A rental-restricting method and apparatus for a vehicle and a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings. In order to solve the problems that the controllability of the existing rental vehicle is poor and the efficiency of vehicle rental management is reduced, which are mentioned in the background technology center, the method provides a vehicle rental limitation method, in the method, the rental limitation is performed on the vehicle according to a limitation instruction and the current state of the vehicle, the voice limitation reminding is performed on a user in the vehicle starting state, the vehicle is prohibited from being started again in the non-starting state, so that the control of the rental vehicle can be realized through a remote limitation instruction when the vehicle needs to be controlled, the vehicle is limited from being started after the vehicle is guided to park at a safe position by voice in the starting state, safety accidents are avoided, the rental vehicle is better controlled while the safety of the rental vehicle is ensured, the safety of the rental vehicle and the controllability of the rental limitation can be improved, and the efficiency of the rental management is improved. Therefore, the problems that the controllability of the existing rental vehicle is poor, the efficiency of vehicle rental management is reduced and the like are solved.
Specifically, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a method for limiting rental of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the rental limitation method of a vehicle includes the steps of:
in step S101, a restriction instruction transmitted by the rental server is received.
It should be noted that the execution subject of the rental limitation method for a vehicle may be the vehicle. The rental restriction method of a vehicle according to the embodiment of the present application may be performed by the rental restriction apparatus of a vehicle according to the embodiment of the present application, and the rental restriction apparatus of a vehicle according to the embodiment of the present application may be configured in any vehicle to perform the rental restriction method of a vehicle according to the embodiment of the present application.
The rental server may be a server developed by a rental company, or another server for providing rental services, and is not limited in this respect.
The limiting instruction can comprise a vehicle limiting starting instruction, a vehicle function limiting using instruction and the like.
When the rental company needs to limit the rental vehicle, the limitation instruction can be sent to the rental vehicle through the rental server so as to actively limit the rental vehicle, and the controllability of the rental vehicle is improved.
For example, the rental server may issue a limit/no-limit command to a T-Box (telematics Box) via a communication network such as 4G or 5G, WIFI, and the T-Box may forward the command to a VCU (Vehicle control unit) and a DVD.
In step S102, a current state of the rental vehicle is detected, and if the current state is a start state, the voice broadcasting device is controlled to play a first voice prompt generated based on the limit instruction for a first preset number of times.
The voice announcement device can be a playing device such as a loudspeaker. The first preset number of times may be set according to practical situations, for example, 5 times or 6 times, and is not particularly limited herein. The first voice prompt may be specifically generated according to the restriction instruction, for example, when the restriction instruction is an instruction for restricting the start of the vehicle, the first voice prompt may be "the vehicle is about to be restricted from being started after being powered off at this time, and please park the vehicle at a safe position".
It can be understood that the embodiment of the application can determine the current state of the vehicle, such as a starting state or a non-starting state, according to the power supply gear signal, and perform the first voice prompt when the current state is the starting state.
For example, a BCM (body control module) sends a power shift signal to a CAN network, and a VCU sends a vehicle start status signal and a vehicle limit status to the CAN network; after the DVD receives the limiting instruction, if the current vehicle state is the starting state, the DVD drives the loudspeaker to prompt the vehicle owner according to the voice of a period T1, namely that the vehicle is about to be limited to start after being powered off for the current time, and the vehicle is required to be parked at a safe position for 5 times.
In step S103, after detecting that the rental car exits the start state, the rental car is controlled to enter the restricted state, and the start of the rental car is prohibited.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the application, after the vehicle receives the limiting instruction and is in the non-starting state, the vehicle is prohibited from being started again, so that safety accidents caused by limitation of the vehicle in the starting state are avoided, and the safety of the rental vehicle is ensured while the rental vehicle is better controlled.
For example, after the VCU receives the limitation instruction, if the current vehicle state is the starting state, the VCU limits the vehicle starting in the current ignition cycle, but does not change the current vehicle starting state, and the vehicle cannot be started until the next ignition cycle; the VCU does not change the starting state of the vehicle in the current ignition period, so that safety accidents caused by sudden power cut-off of the vehicle are avoided;
in this embodiment, the method of the embodiment of the present application further includes: detecting whether a power function of the rental vehicle is triggered; and if the power supply function is detected to be triggered, controlling the voice message equipment to play a second voice prompt generated based on the limit state for a second preset time.
The second preset number may be set according to actual conditions, for example, 5 times or 6 times, and is not limited herein. The second voice prompt is used for prompting the user of the current restriction state when the user starts again after the vehicle is restricted, for example, "the vehicle is restricted from starting, please contact the rental company as soon as possible", and the like.
It can be understood that after the vehicle is limited, when the vehicle is started again, the embodiment of the application can remind the user of the current limiting state through the second voice prompt.
For example, after receiving that the vehicle restriction state sent by the VCU is a restriction, the DVD detects whether the power shift state is switched from OFF to ON; if the power supply gear is switched from OFF to ON every time, a loudspeaker is driven according to a period T1 to prompt a vehicle owner that the vehicle is limited to start, please contact the leasing company as soon as possible for 5 times
In some embodiments, before playing the first voice alert and/or the second voice alert, further comprising: detecting whether the rental vehicle meets a voice broadcasting condition; if not, then close the voice broadcast equipment, otherwise open the voice broadcast equipment.
The voice broadcasting condition can be that the vehicle is in the state of electrifying or starting, for example, the DVD prohibits driving the loudspeaker to play voice when the power supply gear is not ON, so that the user can be ensured to remind when using the vehicle or starting the vehicle again, the reminding accuracy is improved, the user experience is improved, meanwhile, the vehicle feed can be avoided by prohibiting voice playing when the power supply gear is not ON, and the reliability of the vehicle is improved.
In some embodiments, the method of embodiments of the present application further comprises: and sending a restriction success signal to the preset terminal so that the preset terminal sends a restriction message and a restriction mode to the mobile terminal of the leasing user.
The preset terminal can be a leasing server, a leasing platform, a terminal for receiving messages set by a leasing company, or the like. Taking a rental platform as an example, the T-Box judges whether the current vehicle is successfully limited according to the vehicle limitation state sent by the VCU; if the T-Box judges that the vehicle restriction state is the restriction, the T-Box clears the restriction instruction, the T-Box feeds back that the restriction of the rental platform is successful, the rental platform pushes an APP text Box or a short message to prompt the owner that the vehicle is restricted to start, please contact the rental company as soon as possible, and synchronously pushes the contact phone.
In some embodiments, when the rental car cannot be controlled to enter the limitation state, a limitation failure signal is sent to the preset terminal, so that the preset terminal sends a reminding message and a limitation mode to the mobile terminal of the rental user.
For example, if the T-Box judges that the vehicle restriction state is unlimited, the T-Box continues to latch the restriction instruction and feeds back the restriction failure of the rental platform, the rental platform pushes an APP text Box or a short message to prompt the owner that the vehicle is about to be restricted to start after the power is off, and the owner should contact the rental company as soon as possible, and synchronously pushes the contact phone.
In some embodiments, when the rental vehicle cannot be controlled to enter the limitation state, the network state of the rental vehicle is switched from the sleep mode to the wake-up state so as to resend the limitation instruction to the voice broadcast device and the vehicle control unit.
For example, if the current vehicle is not successfully limited, the T-Box detects whether the network state of the whole vehicle is awakened again from dormancy; and if the whole vehicle CAN network is awakened again, the T-Box resends the restriction request to the DVD and the VCU, and the step is repeated until the latch restriction instruction is cleared after the vehicle restriction is successful.
In summary, the embodiment of the present application may have the following beneficial effects: 1) the system can be developed based on a pure electric vehicle, the cost of the whole vehicle is not increased, and the structure is simple; 2) the method can enable the rental company to effectively manage the vehicle by remotely limiting the vehicle starting when the vehicle needs to be controlled; 3) when the vehicle owner uses the vehicle, the voice is used for guiding the vehicle owner to park the vehicle at a safe position and then limiting the vehicle to start, so that safety accidents are avoided; 4) can remind the car owner vehicle to be restricted to start through pronunciation or APP characters or SMS when the vehicle restriction, guide the car owner in time to contact the lease company, avoid arousing the car owner terrorism, promote the user and use experience.
