Claims (10)

1. Automatic locking clamp device, characterized by comprising
The clamping device (1) is arranged at the end part of the stainless steel band and used for drawing the stainless steel band to surround the workpiece;
the limiter (2) is arranged on the stainless steel belt and used for limiting the supply length of the stainless steel belt and stopping the stainless steel belt;
the spot welding device (3) is positioned beside the workpiece and used for locking the stainless steel band wound on the workpiece;
the driving wheel (4) is arranged on the stainless steel belt and used for providing power for the stainless steel belt;
the material breaking device (5) is positioned at the end part of the stainless steel band and used for clamping and breaking the stainless steel band, and the material breaking device (5) and the clamping device (1) are of an integrated structure;
the device comprises a trimming device (6) for trimming a welding part and a cooling device (7) for reducing the temperature of the welding part, wherein the trimming device (6) and the cooling device (7) are connected with each other, and the trimming device (6) provides power for the up-and-down movement of a cold water device.

The automatic locking clamp device according to claim 1, wherein the cooling device (7) comprises a housing (8), a base (9), a water tank (10), an insulation box (11) and a water pump (12) which are arranged between the housing (8) and the base (9), the water pump (12) is arranged between the water tank (10) and the insulation box (11), the base (9) is further provided with a heat pipe (13) and a cold pipe (14), the water pump (12) is connected with the water tank (10) through the heat pipe (13) and the cold pipe (14), the trimming device (6) is arranged on the housing (8), the housing (8) is provided with a cold opening (15) and a hot opening (16), the cold opening (15) and the hot opening (16) are connected with a cold pipe (31) and a hot pipe (32), the cold pipe (31) and the hot pipe (32) are both connected to the trimming device (6), a plurality of heat conducting fins (17) which are uniformly distributed are arranged in the heat insulation box (11), and the heat pipe (13) penetrates through the heat conducting fins (17) and then is connected to the hot port (16).

The automatic locking clamp apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the water pump (12) comprises a first water pump (12) and a second water pump (12) respectively disposed at both ends, the cold conduit (14) is connected from the water tank (10) to the first water pump (12) and from the first water pump (12) to the cold port (15), and the heat conduit (13) is connected from the water tank (10) to the second water pump (12) and then passes through the heat conducting plate (17) in the heat insulation box (11) to the hot port (16).

The automatic locking clamp device according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of heat dissipating ports (18) are formed in the side surface of the housing (8), water filling ports (19) are formed in the top portions of the water tank (10) and the housing (8), and the positions of the water filling ports (19) on the water tank (10) are matched with the positions of the water filling ports (19) on the housing (8).

The automatic locking clamp device according to claim 2, wherein the trimming device (6) comprises a support (20) fixedly connected with the housing (8) of the cooling device (7), a telescopic assembly (21) arranged in the support (20) and a edger (22) detachably connected to the telescopic assembly (21), the cold pipe (31) and the hot pipe (32) are both connected to the support (20), a hydraulic cylinder (211) of the telescopic assembly (21) is fixedly connected with the support (20), the top of a telescopic rod (212) of the telescopic assembly (21) is detachably connected with the edger (22), a plurality of reinforcing members (23) are fixedly connected to the support (20), and a plurality of the reinforcing members (23) are provided with through holes for the telescopic rod (212) of the telescopic assembly (21) to pass through.

The automatic locking clamp device according to claim 5, wherein the bracket (20) comprises a connecting seat (201) connected to the housing (8) and a supporting frame (202) integrally arranged with the connecting seat (201), two ends of the plurality of reinforcing members (23) are fixedly connected to the supporting frame (202), a hydraulic cylinder (211) of the telescopic assembly (21) is fixedly connected to the connecting seat (201), the supporting frame (202) is further provided with a movable member (24) capable of moving up and down, two ends of the movable member (24) are erected on the supporting frame (202), one surface of the movable member (24) opposite to the telescopic assembly (21) is provided with a through hole for passing the telescopic rod (212), the movable member (24) is further provided with two through holes for passing the heat pipe (32) and the cold pipe (31) of the cooling device (7), and the telescopic rod (212) is further provided with a top block (25) for supporting the movable member (24) to move up and down, when the telescopic rod (212) moves up and down, the top block (25) drives the moving piece (24) to move up and down.
7. The automatic locking clamp apparatus of claim 6, wherein the bottom of the edger (22) is removably connected to the telescoping rod (212), and the top of the edger (22) is arcuate, the arcuate shape conforming to the shape of the workpiece.

The automatic locking clamp device according to claim 6, wherein the moving member (24) is provided with a water outlet control valve (26), the moving member (24) is further provided with a cold water outlet (27), a hot water outlet (28) and a mixing water outlet (29), the cold water outlet (27), the hot water outlet (28) and the mixing water outlet (29) are all connected with the water outlet control valve (26), the hot pipe (32) and the cold pipe (31) of the cooling device (7) are all connected to the water outlet control valve (26), and a water outlet pipe of the water outlet control valve (26) is deformable.
9. The automatic locking clamp device according to claim 3, wherein the water pump (12) is fixed to the base (9) by a fixing member (30), the fixing member (30) is in a "[" shape, two wings thereof are fixedly connected to the base (9), and damping holes are provided on both wings.
