The transformer moving contact welding set forth in claim 1, wherein said welding assembly comprises a positioning component and a copper welding machine, said positioning component comprises a first positioning frame, said first positioning frame is provided with a first lifting cylinder, said first lifting cylinder piston rod end is provided with a clamping jaw cylinder, said clamping jaw cylinder is provided with a welding clamping jaw for clamping the moving contact on the first positioning groove, said copper welding machine is disposed opposite to said welding clamping jaw, said copper welding machine is provided with a welding coil, and said welding coil is disposed opposite to the moving contact in said second positioning groove.

The transformer moving contact welding set forth in claim 4 wherein said positioning member further comprises a second positioning frame, said second positioning frame is provided with a second linear motor, said second linear motor is provided with a second lifting cylinder, a rod end of a piston rod of said second lifting cylinder is provided with a pressing frame, and said pressing frame is provided with a pressing rod disposed opposite to the moving contact in the first positioning groove.

The transformer moving contact welding set of claim 1, wherein the soldering terminal mechanism comprises a soldering terminal cutting assembly, a coating robot and a positioning fixture for positioning the moving contact, the soldering terminal cutting assembly comprises a material tray, a conveying roller set, a straightening roller set and a cutting cylinder, the material tray, the first roller set straightening roller set and the cutting cylinder are sequentially arranged on the cutting frame, a cutter is arranged on the cutting cylinder, the soldering terminal with the material tape fed passes through the conveying roller set and the straightening roller set sequentially, the cutting cylinder drives the cutter to cut off the soldering terminal, the coating robot transfers the soldering terminal to the moving contact of the positioning fixture, drives the coating pipe to move above the positioning fixture, and coats the soldering terminal with the flux.

The transformer moving contact welding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blanking cooling mechanism includes a transplanting assembly, a cooling seat, a marking machine and a transfer robot, the transplanting assembly, the cooling seat and the marking assembly are disposed on the blanking frame, the transplanting assembly includes a transplanting linear motor and a transplanting lifting cylinder, the transplanting lifting cylinder is disposed on the transplanting linear motor, a transplanting clamping cylinder is disposed at a piston rod end of the transplanting lifting cylinder, a clamping claw for taking materials is disposed on the transplanting clamping cylinder, and the transfer robot transfers the moving contact blanked from the transplanting assembly to the cooling seat to the marking machine for marking.

The transformer moving contact welding set forth in claim 7 wherein said cooling base is provided with a water cooling plate, said water cooling plate is provided with a water pipe for water passage, said cooling base is provided with a material pushing groove, said material pushing groove is provided with a material pushing plate, and said material pushing plate is drivingly connected to a pushing cylinder.

The transformer moving contact welding device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a plastic sucking disc feeding mechanism, wherein the plastic sucking disc feeding mechanism comprises a feeding assembly, a transmission belt and a feeding assembly, the transmission belt transfers the plastic sucking disc on the feeding assembly to the feeding assembly, the feeding assembly comprises a feeding cylinder and a lifting baffle, the feeding cylinder is provided with a feeding support plate for stacking empty plastic sucking discs, and the lifting baffle is arranged on one side of the feeding support plate;
the feeding assembly comprises a feeding cylinder and a feeding supporting plate, the feeding supporting plate is arranged on the feeding cylinder, material supporting frames are arranged on two sides of the feeding cylinder, a material supporting cylinder is arranged on each material supporting frame, and a material supporting block is arranged at the rod end of a piston rod of each material supporting cylinder;
when the baffle falls down, the feeding cylinder drives the empty plastic absorption box on the supporting plate to be placed on the transmission belt, the empty plastic absorption box is arranged at the position of the feeding assembly, the material supporting block supports the top plastic absorption plate, and the empty plastic absorption plate which is not supported is conveyed to the next station through the transmission belt.
