the method is characterized in that: the clamping device is characterized by further comprising a first clamping plate (9), a second clamping plate (10) and a pushing mechanism (11), wherein the first clamping plate (9) is fixed to the front end of the connecting head (8), the second clamping plate (10) is locked and fixed to the front end of the top of the placing plate (2) through screws, the pushing mechanism (11) is installed and fixed to the bottom of the placing plate (2), the first clamping plate (9) comprises an upper clamping block (91), a lower clamping block (92), a first screw rod (93), a first knob (94), a first moving block (95), a first swinging rod (96), a guide block (97), a threaded sleeve (98) and a top support mechanism (99), the lower clamping block (92) is fixed to the front end of the connecting head (8), the threaded sleeve (98) is fixed to the left end inside the lower clamping block (92), the first screw rod (93) is in threaded fit with the inner side of the threaded sleeve (98), and the first screw rod (93) is fixed to the right end of the first knob (94), a first moving block (95) is installed at the left end of the first screw (93), the first moving block (95) is in sliding fit with the inner portion of the lower clamping block (92), one end of a first swinging rod (96) is in rotating fit with the upper side of the front end of the first moving block (95) through a hinge shaft, the other end of the first swinging rod (96) is in rotating fit with the left upper end of a guide block (97), the guide block (97) and the lower end of the upper clamping block (91) are fixed into a whole, the guide block (97) is embedded into the inner side of the upper end of the lower clamping block (92) in a clearance fit mode, and the jacking mechanism (99) is installed and fixed at the inner right end of the lower clamping block (92).
