Under normal conditions, qualified tobacco bales can smoothly pass through the ultra-wide blocking channel, so that the tobacco bales enter downstream. However, when an ultra-wide cigarette pack is present, the ultra-wide cigarette pack may be blocked by the first barrier plate 20 and the movable barrier plate assembly. The controller can judge whether an ultra-wide cigarette packet is blocked in the ultra-wide blocking channel or not through a signal of the blocking sensor 15, and judge the blocking type, wherein the blocking type comprises cigarette packet blocking deceleration and cigarette packet blocking stop.
When the cigarette packet is blocked and decelerated, the controller 40 starts the rejecting mechanism in a delayed manner, and when the cigarette packet is blocked and stopped, the controller 40 controls the movable blocking plate component to act, so that the ultra-wide blocking channel is widened, and the ultra-wide cigarette packet can enter a working area of the rejecting mechanism at the downstream of the ultra-wide blocking channel. The controller 40 further controls the rejecting device to be started in a delayed mode so as to reject the ultra-wide cigarette packets.
The tobacco bale ultra-wide detection and removal device 50 provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: the device can detect the ultra-wide cigarette packet and then reject the ultra-wide cigarette packet, so that the deflection, deformation and even fracture damage of a downstream packaging machine mechanism can be avoided, and meanwhile, the ultra-wide cigarette packet can be prevented from entering a conveying channel and downstream equipment. The width of the downstream equipment operation point can be reduced, and the constraint effect on the cigarette packet is improved, so that the operation precision and the operation success rate are improved. The detection and elimination process is fully automatic, and manual participation is not needed.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that:
the upper reaches of the super-wide blocking channel are provided with a first guide rod 2 and a second guide rod 3, and the first guide rod 2 and the second guide rod 3 are respectively arranged on two sides of the conveying belt 1 at the upper reaches of the super-wide blocking channel. The conveying belt 1, the first guide rod 2 and the second guide rod 3 jointly surround to form a conveying channel, the conveying channel is communicated with the ultra-wide blocking channel, and the conveying channel is used for conveying cigarette packets.
The movable stop plate assembly comprises a stop sheet 19, a movable second stop plate and a driving device, the movable second stop plate is connected with the stop sheet 19, and the stop sheet 19 is arranged on the inner side of the movable second stop plate. The controller 40 controls the position of the movable second blocking plate by the driving means. The movable barrier plate assembly constitutes the blockage relieving unit.
In this embodiment, the second movable blocking plate is preferably a rotation blocking plate 16, and the rotation blocking plate 16 is connected to the first guide rod 2 through a hinge 11. The driving means is an electromagnet 12. The blocking piece 19 is disposed inside the rotation blocking plate 16. The rotating blocking plate 16 can rotate around a shaft, and the rotating blocking plate 16 and the blocking piece 19 move together in a direction away from the ultra-wide blocking channel by rotating, so that the ultra-wide blocking channel is widened. The widened ultra-wide blocking passage allows ultra-wide cigarette packets to pass through. The electromagnet 12 is connected with an electromagnet support 13, and the electromagnet 12 is arranged outside the rotation blocking plate 16 through the electromagnet support 13. The electromagnet 12 is also connected to a controller 40. The controller 40 is capable of controlling the operating state of the electromagnet 12. The rotation blocking plate 16 is made of magnetizable material. When the current of the electromagnet 12 is conducted, magnetic force is generated between the electromagnet 12 and the rotary blocking plate 16, and the electromagnet 12 is fixed on the electromagnet support 13, so that under the action of the magnetic force, relative motion can occur between the electromagnet 12 and the rotary blocking plate 16, the rotary blocking plate 16 can rotate outwards around the axis of the hinge 11, that is, the blocking sheet 19 can move towards the direction far away from the first blocking plate 20, and the purpose of widening an ultra-wide blocking passage is achieved.
The working process of the blockage relieving unit is as follows: during cigarette packet detection, the blocking sheet 19 and the first blocking plate 20 form a wedge-shaped channel. When the ultra-wide cigarette packet 5 enters the wedge-shaped ultra-wide blocking channel, the ultra-wide cigarette packet 5 is blocked in the ultra-wide blocking channel, when the blocking time exceeds a blocking stop time threshold value, the blocking removing unit is started immediately, the electromagnet 12 opens the rotary blocking plate 16, and the ultra-wide cigarette packet 5 which causes the ultra-wide blocking stop is unblocked and passes through the blocking channel. When no smoke pack is in front of the blockage sensor 15, the rotary blocking plate 16 is closed in a delayed mode, namely the blocking piece 19 is reset.
In addition, a limiting device is further disposed outside the rotation blocking plate 16 for limiting the rotation angle of the rotation blocking plate 16. Preferably, the limiting device in this embodiment comprises a limiting adjusting bolt 17 and a limiting bracket 18. The limit bracket 18 is arranged at the outer side of the rotary blocking plate 16, and the limit adjusting bolt 17 is arranged on the limit bracket 18. The length of the limit adjusting bolt 17 is adjustable, and the limit value of the rotation angle of the rotary blocking plate 16 changes along with the length change of the limit adjusting bolt 17. The limiting bracket 18 and the limiting adjusting bolt 17 are used for limiting and adjusting the radian of the rotating opening of the blocking sheet 19 and the rotating blocking plate 16, so that the cigarette packet can smoothly pass through the widened blocking detection channel.
The rotary blocking plate 16 is connected with one end of the blocking piece 19, and a wedge-shaped structure is formed between the rotary blocking plate 16 and the blocking piece 19. The rotation blocking plate 16 is further provided with a width adjustment means, preferably a width adjustment bolt 14. The length of the width adjusting bolt 14 is adjustable, one end of the width adjusting bolt 14 abuts against the blocking sheet 19, the blocking sheet 19 can be close to or far away from the first blocking plate 20 by adjusting the length of the width adjusting bolt 14, namely, the effective width of the ultra-wide blocking channel can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the width adjusting bolt 14, so that detection on cigarette cases with different sizes is adapted, and the compatibility of the ultra-wide cigarette case detecting and removing device 50 on cigarette cases with various sizes is improved. The minimum width of the ultra-wide blocking channel is the width at the minimum distance between the blocking plate 19 and the first blocking plate 20, which is also referred to as the blocking point or the blocking surface. When the ultra-wide blocking channel is in the minimum width, a certain residual amount is left after the width of the cigarette packet 4 is subtracted from the distance formed by the first blocking plate 20 and the blocking sheet 19 on the inner side of the rotating blocking plate 16, so that the ultra-wide cigarette packet can not pass through smoothly, and the blockage deceleration or the blockage stop can be generated only when the ultra-wide cigarette packet is close to or exceeds the maximum width allowed by the process standard. The cigarette packet which is detected by the cigarette packet ultra-wide detection and removal device is not guaranteed to be a qualified cigarette packet, and further detection such as weight detection and the like needs to be carried out by other subsequent cigarette packet quality detection devices.
The blocking sheet 19 is made of elastic materials, and the width adjusting bolt 14 is used for adjusting the shape of the blocking sheet 19 so as to realize the function of adjusting the width of the ultra-wide blocking channel, so that the tobacco bales which are not ultra-wide can smoothly pass through, and the bad tobacco bales with ultra-wide can generate blocking stop or speed reduction in the channel. In addition, since the blocking sheet 19 does not need to be elastically deformed to remove the blockage of the ultra-wide cigarette packet, the blocking sheet 19 should be selected to have sufficient rigidity, but the blocking sheet 19 still needs to have appropriate elasticity to ensure that the elastic width adjustment can be performed. The width adjustment bolt 14 is provided with a lock nut. Of course, the width adjusting bolt can be omitted, and the width adjusting bolt is directly set to be a fixed width during installation.
The blocking sensor 15 is used for detecting whether a cigarette packet exists in the ultra-wide blocking passage, namely, for detecting the passing state of the cigarette packet or the cigarette packet string. The tobacco bale ultra-wide detection and removal device is arranged close to the packing machine, tobacco bales are evenly and intermittently output by the cigarette packing machine at a certain speed, and the tobacco bales are evenly spaced and have no ultra-wide tobacco bale and are not connected. The cigarette packet combination formed by connecting the front end and the rear end of a certain cigarette packet is called a cigarette packet string and is used as cigarette packet blocking treatment. The blockage sensor 15 is used in combination with a timer in the controller 40 to obtain the time taken by the cigarette packet to pass through the ultra-wide blockage passage. The blockage sensor 15 is connected to a timer in the controller 40, and the timer counts the time from the detection of the front end signal of the cigarette packet by the blockage sensor 15 to the disappearance of the rear end signal of the cigarette packet to obtain the time used by the cigarette packet when passing through the ultra-wide blockage passage, and the timer is also called a blockage timer and can be a software or hardware timer.
The blocking sensor 15 can be a capacitive sensor, a photoelectric sensor, an optical fiber sensor, an inductive sensor, etc., as long as it can detect whether the cigarette packet exists in the ultra-wide blocking channel and has enough response speed.
The controller 40 judges whether the cigarette packet is blocked according to the signal of whether the cigarette packet is present, wherein the blocking type comprises the following steps: cigarette packet blocking deceleration and cigarette packet blocking stop. The controller 40 counts to obtain the cigarette packet passing time, and the controller 40 judges whether the cigarette packet is blocked and decelerated or stopped. When the cigarette packet is blocked and decelerated, the controller 40 controls the blockage removing unit not to be started, the cigarette packets with less ultra-wide quantity can be decelerated and passed, and the controller 40 starts the rejecting mechanism in a delayed mode. When the cigarette packet is blocked and stopped, the controller 40 controls the blockage relieving unit to be started immediately to relieve the blockage, namely the electromagnet 12 opens the rotary blocking plate 16 to enable the ultra-wide cigarette packet which is blocked and stopped to relieve the blockage to pass through the ultra-wide blocking channel. And the controller 40 controls the delayed activation rejection mechanism.
The controller 40 includes a timer and a judgment means. The timer is used for measuring the passing time of the cigarette packet; and the judging device is used for judging whether the blockage occurs or not and judging the type of the blockage, namely judging whether the tobacco bale passing time is more than or equal to the set blockage deceleration time threshold or the blockage stopping time threshold. The cigarette packet smooth passing time threshold is smaller than the blocking deceleration time threshold, and the blocking deceleration time threshold is smaller than the blocking stop time threshold.
The rejecting mechanism is arranged at the downstream of the ultra-wide blocking channel and is adjacent to the ultra-wide blocking channel and used for rejecting ultra-wide cigarette packets. The cigarette packet is rejected by starting the rejecting mechanism in a delayed mode when the cigarette packet is blocked and decelerated or is blocked and stopped. The rejecting mechanism can be a motor type rejecting mechanism, a cylinder type rejecting mechanism or an air jet type rejecting mechanism. In this embodiment, the rejecting mechanism is preferably an air-jet rejecting mechanism, and the air-jet rejecting mechanism includes an air pump, a rejecting solenoid valve 31, and a rejecting air nozzle 32. The rejection solenoid valve 31 is connected with the controller 40, the air pump and the rejection air nozzle 32 respectively. The controller 40 controls the opening and closing of the reject solenoid valve 31. When the eliminating electromagnetic valve 31 is in a conducting state, the air pump is communicated with the eliminating air nozzle 32, and the ultra-wide cigarette packet can be pushed away from the conveying belt 1 through the eliminating opening 34 by high-pressure air. After the controller 40 judges that the tobacco bale is ultra wide, a removing signal is sent to the removing electromagnetic valve 31 to remove the tobacco bale, namely, after the controller 40 judges that the tobacco bale is ultra wide, the removing electromagnetic valve is switched on and the air flow is discharged from the removing air nozzle 32, so that the tobacco bale is removed.
The extension plate of the first blocking plate 20 is provided with a through hole 33, and the through hole 33 can accommodate the removing air nozzle 32 and allow the air sprayed from the removing air nozzle 32 to pass through. The through hole 33 is preferably a square hole.
The first blocking plate 20 is provided with a through hole for placing the blocking sensor 15.
The conveyor belt 1 is generally original equipment of a cigarette packet packaging machine. The speed signal of the conveying belt 1 is input into the controller 40, and the controller 40 can correct the blocking deceleration time threshold or the blocking stop time threshold according to the speed inverse ratio of the conveying belt 1, so that the accuracy and intelligence of cigarette packet blocking judgment are improved. The values of the blockage deceleration time threshold and the blockage stopping time threshold in the operation can also be a certain value.
The speed of the conveying belt 1 is properly increased, so that the distance for conveying tobacco packets is increased, and the accuracy of judging the blockage is improved conveniently.
In order to avoid mistaken removal when upstream and downstream equipment are not in emergency shutdown, the tobacco bale conveyor belt is arranged to delay to stop conveying the tobacco bale, and the tobacco bale conveyor belt is stopped after no tobacco bale passes through the detection channel. And the occurrence of emergency shutdown can be avoided without considering the mistaken rejection generated at the moment.
The detection and elimination process executed by the ultra-wide detection and elimination device is as follows:
1. the ultra-wide cigarette packet is blocked and decelerated or stopped, so that the non-ultra-wide cigarette packet can pass through smoothly;
2. performing occlusion detection;
wherein the judging means of the controller 40 judges whether the jam deceleration or the jam stop occurs according to the signals of the counter and the jam sensor 15;
3. the blockage is relieved;
if the blockage stop occurs, the blockage removing unit is started immediately, and the ultra-wide blocking channel is widened to allow the ultra-wide cigarette packet which is blocked and stopped to pass through.
4. Eliminating ultra-wide tobacco packets: and starting the removing unit to remove the ultra-wide cigarette packet as long as the blockage is reduced or stopped.
The cigarette packet can be a hard cigarette packet, a soft cigarette packet or a soft hardened cigarette packet, and cigarette packets filled with cigarettes with different diameters and lengths.
The cigarette packet visual appearance detection device 60 comprises a conveyor belt 1, a light source 106, a camera 107, a guiding device, a trigger sensor group 109 and a second rejecting device, wherein the second rejecting device, the light source 106, the trigger sensor group 109 and the camera 107 are all connected with the controller 40.
The guide device and the conveyor belt 1 together form a visual inspection channel. Preferably, the guide means comprises an upper guide wire assembly and a lower guide plate assembly.
The conveyor belt 1 is used for transporting cigarette packets 4. The upper guide steel wire component is arranged on the upper part of the conveying belt 1, and the lower guide plate component is arranged on two sides of the conveying belt 1. The upper guide steel wire assembly, the lower guide plate assembly and the conveying belt 1 surround together to form an appearance detection channel. And a light source 106, a camera 107 and a trigger sensor group 109 are arranged outside the appearance detection channel.
Go up the direction steel wire subassembly and include first direction steel wire 102 and second direction steel wire 103, it is used for the tobacco bale transportation direction, reduces the swing on the non-direction of transportation of tobacco bale, reduces the camera and shoots the area of sheltering from to do not shelter from the detection key position.
The lower guide plate assembly comprises a first guide plate 104 and a second guide plate 105, and the first guide plate 104 and the second guide plate 105 are respectively arranged on two sides of the conveying belt 1 and compress the conveying belt 1. Lower guide plate subassembly is used for the downside transportation direction to the tobacco bale, reduces the swing on the non-direction of transportation of tobacco bale, reduces the camera and shoots the area of sheltering from to compress tightly conveyer belt 1, reduce the beating of conveyer belt 1 upper and lower direction.
The distance between the innermost sides of the first guide wire 102 and the second guide wire 103 in the direction of the hammer, which is the direction of movement of the conveyor belt 1, is equal to the distance between the innermost sides of the first guide plate 104 and the second guide plate 105, which distance is referred to as the width of the appearance inspection channel.
In addition, the upper guide wire assembly and the lower guide plate assembly may be replaced with two guide glass plates. I.e. the guiding means are glass plates on both sides of the conveyor belt 1, respectively.
The trigger sensor group 109 is disposed at a position downstream of the camera 107.
The light source 106 is used to provide illumination during shooting. When cigarette packet 4 reaches the shooting position, trigger sensor group 109 to detect cigarette packet 4, and controller 40 sends the shooting signal to camera 107. The number of the cameras 107 and the light sources 106 may be several, only one camera 107 and one light source 106 are illustrated in fig. 3, and the control circuit and the control program related to the camera 107 and the light source 106 are not repeated here.
The second rejecting device is used for rejecting the tobacco packets which are detected and judged to be unqualified. The second rejecting device is arranged at the downstream of the appearance detecting channel.
Example four
The present embodiment is different from the second or third embodiment in that:
in order to avoid the blockage of the ultra-wide cigarette packet blocking channel in the ultra-wide blocking channel, when the distance between the ultra-wide cigarette packet blocking channel and the subsequent cigarette packet is smaller than 20mm in the process that the ultra-wide cigarette packet approaches the ultra-wide cigarette packet, the passing speed of the ultra-wide cigarette packet is considered to be close to stop, the cigarette packet is defined as a blockage stop, and the blockage removing unit is started to remove the blockage immediately in the same treatment as the completely blocked and stopped cigarette packet.
The set blocking time threshold coefficient can be modified appropriately according to actual conditions, and the effect of modifying the set blocking time threshold can be achieved by adjusting the front and rear positions of the blocking sensor 15.

The present embodiment is different from any one of the second to fourth embodiments in that:
the electromagnet 12 used for unblocking can be replaced by a combination of a solenoid valve and a cylinder.

before and/or after the removing electromagnetic valve 31, namely upstream and/or downstream of the removing electromagnetic valve 31, a cigarette packet positioning removing sensor can be additionally arranged, the removing sensor is connected with the controller 40, the removing sensor can input a signal for detecting that the cigarette packet is in place to the controller 40, and the controller 40 judges and outputs a removing signal.
Example nine
The present embodiment is different from the third embodiment in that:
the movable blocking plate component in the original cigarette packet ultra-wide detection and rejection device 50 is replaced by a fixed blocking plate component, the fixed blocking plate component comprises a third blocking plate with a fixed position, a blocking piece 19 is connected to the third blocking plate, the third blocking plate is connected with one end of the blocking piece 19, and a wedge-shaped structure is formed between the third blocking plate and the blocking piece 19. The third blocking plate is also provided with a width adjustment device, preferably a width adjustment bolt 14. The length of the width adjusting bolt 14 is adjustable, one end of the width adjusting bolt 14 abuts against the blocking sheet 19, the blocking sheet 19 can be close to or far away from the first blocking plate 20 by adjusting the length of the width adjusting bolt 14, namely, the effective width of the ultra-wide blocking channel can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the width adjusting bolt 14, so that detection on cigarette cases of different sizes is adapted, and the compatibility of the ultra-wide cigarette case detection and removal device 50 on cigarette cases of various sizes is improved. The minimum width of the ultra-wide blocking channel is the width at the minimum separation of the blocking plate 19 and the first blocking plate 20, which is also referred to as the blocking point or the blocking face. When the ultra-wide blocking channel is in the minimum width, a certain residual amount is left after the width of the cigarette packet 1 is subtracted from the distance formed by the first blocking plate 20 and the blocking sheet 19 on the inner side of the third blocking plate, so that the ultra-wide cigarette packet can not pass through smoothly, and the blockage deceleration or the blockage stop can be generated only when the ultra-wide cigarette packet is close to or exceeds the maximum width allowed by the process standard.
When the cigarette is blocked and decelerated or the cigarette stops, the elastic blocking sheet 19 and the ultra-wide cigarette packet are extruded and deformed under the push of the conveying belt and the subsequent cigarette packet, the channel is widened, the ultra-wide cigarette packet is narrowed, and therefore the contact blockage is realized. The controller 40 will also control the rejecting mechanism to operate immediately or in a delayed manner, so as to reject ultra-wide cigarette packets.
Since the blocking sheet 19 needs to be elastically deformed to release the blockage of the ultra-wide cigarette packet, the blocking sheet 19 is made of an elastic material. In addition, the width adjusting bolt 14 is used for adjusting the shape of the blocking sheet 19, so that the function of adjusting the width of the ultra-wide blocking passage is realized, cigarette packets which are not ultra-wide can smoothly pass through, and bad cigarette packets which are ultra-wide can be blocked in the passage to stop or decelerate.
Compared with the tobacco bale ultra-wide detection and removal device 50 in the third embodiment, the tobacco bale ultra-wide detection and removal device 50 in the third embodiment removes the hinge 11, the electromagnet 12, the electromagnet support 13, the limit adjusting bolt 17 and the limit support 18.
Example ten
The present embodiment is different from any one of the first to ninth embodiments in that:
the cigarette packet ultra-wide detection and removal device 50 is arranged at the adjacent downstream of the cigarette packing machine 70, namely, the cigarette packets output by the cigarette packing machine 70 are firstly subjected to ultra-wide detection, and no quality detection or other operation is added before the ultra-wide detection.
Other quality detection devices or other operations can be added between the tobacco bale ultra-wide detection and removal device 50 and the tobacco bale visual appearance detection device 60 or at the downstream of the tobacco bale visual appearance detection device 60, so that the production flow of the tobacco bale is expanded.

The structure, the connection mode and the like of all the components in the invention can be changed, and the equivalent transformation and the improvement on the basis of the technical scheme of the invention are not excluded from the protection scope of the invention.

1. A tobacco bale makes up the checkout gear, characterized by, it includes tobacco bale ultra wide detection and rejecting device, tobacco bale visual appearance checkout gear and controller; the cigarette packet ultra-wide detection and removal device is arranged at the downstream of the cigarette packaging machine, and the cigarette packet ultra-wide detection and removal device is arranged at the upstream of the cigarette packet visual appearance detection device; the tobacco bale ultra-wide detection and rejection device and the tobacco bale visual appearance detection device are respectively electrically connected with the controller; the tobacco bale ultra-wide detection and elimination device is used for detecting and eliminating ultra-wide tobacco bales; the tobacco bale visual appearance detection device is used for detecting the appearance quality of a tobacco bale;
conveying channels are arranged between the cigarette packaging machine and the cigarette packet ultra-wide detection and removal device, and between the cigarette packet ultra-wide detection and removal device and the cigarette packet visual appearance detection device.

The cigarette packet combination detection device according to claim 1, wherein the cigarette packet ultra-wide detection and rejection device comprises a conveyer belt, a first blocking plate, a movable blocking plate assembly, a blocking sensor and a rejection mechanism, wherein the conveyer belt, the first blocking plate and the movable blocking plate assembly jointly surround to form an ultra-wide blocking channel; the rejection mechanism is arranged at the downstream position of the ultra-wide blocking channel; a probe of the blocking sensor points to the ultra-wide blocking channel; the controller is electrically connected with the blockage sensor; the controller is also respectively connected with and controls the movable blocking plate component, the conveying belt and the removing mechanism.

The cigarette packet combination detecting device according to claim 2, wherein the movable barrier plate assembly includes a barrier sheet, a movable second barrier plate, and a driving device, the barrier sheet is disposed inside the movable second barrier plate; the controller controls the position of the movable second blocking plate through the driving device.

The cigarette packet combination detection device according to claim 3, characterized in that the movable second blocking plate is a rotary blocking plate, and the rotary blocking plate is connected with the upstream first guide rod through a hinge; the driving device is an electromagnet, the electromagnet is arranged on the outer side of the rotary blocking plate, and the electromagnet is further connected with the controller.

The combined cigarette packet detection device according to claim 2, wherein the rejecting mechanism is a jet rejecting mechanism, the jet rejecting mechanism includes an air pump, a rejecting solenoid valve and a rejecting air nozzle, the rejecting solenoid valve is respectively connected to the controller, the air pump and the rejecting air nozzle, and the controller can control the rejecting solenoid valve to open and close.

The cigarette packet combination detection device according to claim 2, wherein the controller comprises a timer and a judgment device, the timer is used for measuring the time of the cigarette packet passing through the ultra-wide blocking channel; the judging device is used for judging whether the blockage and the blockage type occur in the ultra-wide blocking channel.
