Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the present application, the present application will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present application are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. This application may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Referring to fig. 1, a disinfection control system includes a controller 11, a steam vaporizer 12, a steam compressor 13 and a steam heater 14, wherein the steam vaporizer 12, the steam compressor 13 and the steam heater 14 are respectively connected to the controller 11, the steam vaporizer 12 is used for accessing a water source, the steam vaporizer 12 is connected to the steam compressor 13, and the steam compressor 13 is connected to the steam heater 14; the controller 11 is used for controlling the operation of the steam vaporizer 12, the steam compressor 13 and the steam heater 14; the steam vaporizer 12 is used for heating and vaporizing the input water into water vapor and delivering the water vapor to the steam compressor 13; the steam compressor 13 is used for pressurizing the water steam and then conveying the water steam to the steam heater 14; the steam heater 14 is used for secondarily heating the pressurized steam, and conveying the secondarily heated steam to the disinfection cabin 1 for disinfecting the articles to be disinfected when the heating meets the preset conditions.
Specifically, when a user needs a sterilization control system to generate superheated steam for sterilization, a water source is input into the steam vaporizer 12, the controller 11 controls the steam vaporizer 12 to start operation, water is boiled by heating to generate steam, and the steam is delivered to the steam compressor 13 connected with the steam generator through a pipeline. The steam compressor 13 pressurizes the inflow steam to change the pressure of the steam, thereby obtaining high-pressure steam. In order to ensure that the obtained steam temperature meets the requirements of overheat sterilization, the pressurized steam is further conveyed to the steam heater 14 through a pipeline for secondary heating, finally, the superheated steam meeting the requirements of sterilization temperature is obtained and conveyed to the inside of the sterilization bin 1 through the steam heater 14, and overheat sterilization is realized. The preset condition refers to a condition that the preset water vapor meets the requirements of overheat disinfection, specifically, the water vapor pressure reaches a set threshold value or the water vapor temperature reaches a set temperature, and different selections can be performed specifically according to different high user requirements.
It should be noted that in order to ensure that water vapor satisfying the preset condition is obtained, in one embodiment, a temperature collector is provided inside the steam heater 14, and the temperature collector is connected with the controller 11. The temperature of the steam in the steam heater 14 is collected in real time through the temperature collector and is sent to the controller 11 to be compared and analyzed with the preset temperature, and the steam is conveyed to the disinfection cabin 1 to be disinfected only when the temperature of the steam reaches the preset temperature; otherwise, the controller 11 controls the steam heater 14 to heat the steam inside until the preset temperature is met.
When steam heater 14 again with the steam input disinfection storehouse 1 after the secondary heating disinfect, can be through the inside of pipeline etc. transport to disinfection storehouse 1, can also be directly set up steam heater 14 in the inside of disinfection storehouse 1, when satisfying the preset condition with steam secondary heating, directly open steam heater 14, can discharge steam to the inside of disinfection storehouse 1.
It can be understood that the way that the steam vaporizer 12 is connected to the water source is not exclusive, for example, when the sterilization control system of the present embodiment is applied to a dishwasher, the water source connected to the steam vaporizer 12 may be tap water or the like input through a water inlet pipe of the dishwasher, or may be water recycled after the dishwasher rinses the kitchenware, and specifically, different choices may be made according to user requirements. When the water source connected to the steam vaporizer 12 is water recycled after the dishwasher is rinsed, that is, when the sterilization operation of the dishwasher is performed after the kitchenware cleaning operation, the water used for rinsing may not be discharged when the dishwasher is rinsed for the last time, and when the rinsing operation is not finished (which may be 5 minutes before the rinsing operation is finished), the rinsing power is reduced, the rinsed water is delivered to the steam vaporizer 12, and the controller 11 controls the steam vaporizer 12 to start to operate, and the low-temperature and low-pressure water vapor is generated by heating the steam vaporizer 12. When the steam vaporizer 12 is connected to external tap water or the like through the water inlet pipe, it is only necessary to open a water path or a water source when a user needs to disinfect the water.
According to the scheme of the embodiment, the disinfection function can really reach the disinfection index required by the relevant disinfection standard of the disinfection cabinet by adopting the superheated steam disinfection technology, the disinfection in the real sense is realized, the temperature field of the superheated steam is very uniform, the high-temperature steam is also easy to control, and the heat utilization efficiency can be effectively improved. The steam is heated in the low-pressure container (namely the steam vaporizer 12) to generate steam, then the steam is heated to the required temperature to sterilize tableware and the like by a secondary heating technology, the steam is secondarily heated, the control is easy, the energy is saved, and the temperature of the steam can be controlled to be sterilized only by controlling the pressure.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the sterilization control system further includes a blower 15 and a circulation pipe 16, the blower 15 is connected to the controller 11, the blower 15 is disposed inside the sterilization chamber 1, and the blower 15 is connected to the steam heater 14 through the circulation pipe 16.
Specifically, since the temperature of the water vapor in the sterilization chamber 1 is decreased after the sterilization, the water vapor is also recycled by the fan 15 and the circulation pipeline 16 in order to improve the sterilization efficiency and save energy. The water vapor in the disinfection cabin 1 can be conveyed back to the water vapor heater 14 for heating through the fan 15 and the circulating pipeline 16 connected with the fan, and when the heating meets the preset conditions, the water vapor is conveyed to the inside of the disinfection cabin 1 again for disinfection treatment. Through the scheme of this embodiment, need not produce steam through the heating of steam vaporizer 12 all the time or only need steam vaporizer 12 heating to produce a small amount of steam, can realize the disinfection operation, can effectively reduce the consumption of energy, can also effectively improve disinfection efficiency.
It will be appreciated that the manner in which the fan 15 is turned on to deliver water vapour back to the steam heater 14 for cyclic heating is not exclusive. In one embodiment, a temperature collector and/or a pressure collector may be disposed inside the disinfection chamber 1, so as to collect the temperature and/or the pressure of the water vapor inside the disinfection chamber 1 in real time and send the collected temperature and/or pressure of the water vapor to the controller 11 for analysis, when the temperature and/or the pressure of the water vapor reach a set condition, the controller 11 controls the fan 15 to start operation, and the water vapor inside the disinfection chamber 1 is sent back to the steam heater 14 for heating treatment, so as to quickly obtain the water vapor meeting the preset condition for disinfection operation again.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the disinfection control system further includes a condensed water collector 17, the condensed water collector 17 is connected to the controller 11, and the condensed water collector 17 is disposed in the circulation pipeline 16.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, a condensed water collector 17 is further disposed on the circulating pipeline 16, and the water vapor delivered to the steam heater 14 by the fan 15 needs to be condensed by the condensed water collector 17, and finally flows into the steam heater 14. The dryness of the water vapor from the disinfection bin 1 to the steam heater 14 can be effectively ensured through the condensed water generated in the mobile phone circulation process of the condensed water collector 17, and the operation reliability of the disinfection operation is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment, the steam heater 14 includes a housing 143, a heating device 142, and an exhaust assembly 141, the housing 143 is provided with an exhaust hole, the exhaust assembly 141 is disposed at the exhaust hole, the housing 143 is connected to the steam compressor 13, the heating device 142 is disposed inside the housing 143, and the heating device 142 is connected to the controller 11.
Specifically, the present embodiment provides the steam heater 14 inside the sterilizing compartment 1, and the steam heater 14 includes a housing 143 for storing pressurized steam, a heater for performing a steam heating operation, and an exhaust assembly 141 for controlling the discharge of the steam. It will be appreciated that in order to obtain high temperature and high pressure water vapor, the housing 143 of the steam heater 14 should be sealed, with only one inlet for delivering water vapor at a lower temperature, and a vent (the opening or closing of which is controlled by the vent assembly 141) for venting water vapor. After the pressurized steam or circulating water vapor (i.e., the steam delivered back through the fan 15 and the circulating pipeline) is delivered to the steam heater 14, if the steam does not satisfy the preset condition, the controller 11 controls the heater to start to operate, so as to heat the steam until the preset condition is satisfied. When the heating makes the water vapor satisfy the preset condition, the exhaust assembly 141 is turned on, so that the water vapor flows into the sterilizing compartment 1 for sterilization.
It should be noted that the specific form of the preset condition is not exclusive, and may specifically be a preset temperature and/or a preset pressure, that is, when the temperature and/or the pressure of the water vapor satisfy the preset condition, the exhaust assembly 141 is opened to deliver the water vapor to the disinfection chamber 1 for the disinfection operation.
In one embodiment, the exhaust element 141 is a pressure control weight when the predetermined condition is a predetermined pressure.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the pressure control weight is disposed on the top of the steam heater 14, the exhaust hole is blocked by gravity, when the pressure is lower, the steam cannot be discharged from the pressure control weight, and only when the steam pressure in the steam heater 14 reaches a certain value due to heating, the steam can push the pressure control weight open and flow into the disinfection chamber 1. It should be noted that the specific type of the pressure control weight can be different, and can be selected according to the temperature or pressure of the steam required by the user, for example, in one embodiment, a pressure control weight capable of controlling the pressure of the steam to be 0.5MPa, that is, a pressure weight that can be pushed open only when the pressure of the steam reaches 0.5MPa, can be selected.
It is understood that the type of exhaust assembly 141 is not exclusive and in another embodiment, the exhaust assembly 141 may also be a spring exhaust valve.
Specifically, the opening and closing actions of the spring exhaust valve are realized by automatically opening and closing the valve core through air pressure change and spring pretightening force, when the water vapor pressure rises to a lifting force larger than the spring pretightening force, the valve core overcomes the spring pretightening force to automatically open, and the water vapor is discharged to the disinfection bin 1 for disinfection, so that the internal pressure is reduced; and due to the action of the spring force, when the internal pressure is reduced to a safe value, the valve core is automatically closed, and the release of the water vapor is stopped. At this time, the spring exhaust valve is closed to seal the steam heater 14, heating is continued, the temperature of the steam in the steam heater 14 is continuously increased, the movement of gas molecules is intensified, the average speed of the molecules is increased, the acting force of the molecules striking the wall of the device is increased, so that the pressure is increased, and when the pressure is increased to a certain value (namely the pre-tightening force of the spring), the spring exhaust valve is opened again.
In another embodiment, the exhaust assembly 141 may also be a solenoid valve. At this time, a temperature collector and/or a pressure collector is further arranged inside the steam heater 14, the temperature and/or the pressure of the steam is sent to the controller 11 for analysis through the temperature collector and/or the pressure collector in real time, when the pressure and/or the temperature of the steam do not meet the corresponding preset steam pressure and/or preset steam temperature, the controller 11 controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed, and the steam heater 14 heats the steam until the preset steam pressure and/or the preset steam temperature are met. And when the preset water vapor pressure and/or the preset water vapor temperature are/is met, the controller 11 controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened, and the water vapor is conveyed to the disinfection bin 1 for disinfection operation. It will be appreciated that the preset water vapor pressure and the preset water vapor temperature are not exclusive, and in one embodiment, the preset water vapor pressure may be set to 0.5MPa and the preset water vapor temperature may be set to 130 c to 160 c.
The disinfection control system is sequentially provided with the steam vaporizer 12, the steam compressor 13 and the steam heater 14, after water is input into the steam vaporizer 12, the controller 11 can control the steam vaporizer 12 to be started to operate, the water is heated into water vapor and is conveyed to the steam compressor 13 to be compressed, then the compressed water vapor is conveyed to the steam heater 14 to be heated for the second time, and finally the water vapor with higher temperature is obtained and is conveyed to the disinfection cabin 1 to be disinfected. The steam compressor 13 compresses the steam to increase the pressure of the steam, and then the steam heater 14 heats the high-pressure steam for the second time to obtain the steam with the temperature of 130-160 ℃ or even higher. The real superheated steam sterilization can be realized by using the water vapor with the temperature of 130-160 ℃ or even higher in the sterilization equipment such as a dish washer, the high temperature resistant germs can be effectively killed, and the sterilization reliability is stronger.
A disinfection device comprises a disinfection cabin 1 and the disinfection control system.
Specifically, as shown in the above embodiments, when a user needs the sterilization control system to generate superheated steam for a sterilization operation, a water source is input into the steam vaporizer 12, the controller 11 controls the steam vaporizer 12 to operate, and the water is boiled by heating to generate steam, which is then transported to the steam compressor 13 connected to the steam generator through a pipeline.

When the high-temperature steam is used for disinfecting tableware of the dish washing machine, the high-temperature steam or water in the dish washing machine is discharged through the first sewage discharge pipeline, the second sewage discharge pipeline and the third sewage discharge pipeline, the steam is prevented from being condensed and remained on the tableware, and a good drying effect can be achieved.
The disinfection equipment is sequentially provided with the steam vaporizer 12, the steam compressor 13 and the steam heater 14, after water is input into the steam vaporizer 12, the controller 11 can control the steam vaporizer 12 to be started to operate, the water is heated into water vapor and is conveyed to the steam compressor 13 to be compressed, then the compressed water vapor is conveyed to the steam heater 14 to be heated for the second time, and finally the water vapor with higher temperature is obtained and is conveyed to the disinfection cabin 1 to be disinfected.
