The results of the experiment are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from table 2, the essence of example 1 can promote the proliferation of skin fibroblasts within the concentration range of 0.1mg/mL to 0.5mg/mL, and the effect of promoting the proliferation is more obvious with the increase of the concentration, thereby demonstrating that the essence prepared by the invention has the functions of removing wrinkles and delaying the aging process of skin cells.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.

1. The essence with the collagen raw material and the functions of whitening, repairing, anti-aging and anti-allergy is characterized in that: the material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
85 to 90 percent of deionized water
1 to 10 percent of methyl propylene glycol
0.01 to 0.5 percent of sodium hyaluronate
0.01 to 0.5 percent of hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid
0.5 to 5 percent of amino acid humectant
Nano glycogen pleiotropic factor 0.01-0.2%
0.3 to 1 percent of antioxidant
PPG-10 methyl glucose ether 0.1-3%
0.1 to 3 percent of glycerol glucoside
0.05 to 1 percent of gentian root extract
0.05 to 2 percent of chlorella extract
0.005-0.2 percent of water-soluble glabridin
0.01 to 2 percent of citrus peel extract
0.001 to 0.1 percent of soluble collagen
Centella asiatica extract 0.01-0.5%
0.01 to 3 percent of sargassum biflorum extract
Arginine/lysine polypeptide 0.01-1%
0.1-2% of rhamnose
0.3 to 1 percent of 1, 2-hexanediol.
2. The essence with collagen raw material and having whitening, repairing, anti-aging and anti-allergic functions as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: the material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
85 to 90 percent of deionized water
3 to 8 percent of methyl propylene glycol
0.01 to 0.2 percent of sodium hyaluronate
0.01 to 0.2 percent of hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid
0.5-3% of amino acid humectant
Nano glycogen pleiotropic factor 0.01-0.2%
0.3 to 1 percent of antioxidant
PPG-10 methyl glucose ether 0.5-2%
0.1 to 2 percent of glycerol glucoside
0.05 to 1 percent of gentian root extract
0.05 to 1.5 percent of chlorella extract
0.005-0.2 percent of water-soluble glabridin
0.05 to 1 percent of citrus peel extract
0.001 to 0.1 percent of soluble collagen
Centella asiatica extract 0.01-0.5%
0.01 to 2 percent of sargassum biflorum extract
Arginine/lysine polypeptide 0.01-1%
0.1-2% of rhamnose
0.3 to 1 percent of 1, 2-hexanediol.
3. The method for preparing the essence with collagen material and having whitening, repairing, anti-aging and anti-allergic functions as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the essence comprises: the method comprises the following steps:
step a, adding 85-90% of deionized water, 3-8% of methyl propylene glycol, 0.01-0.2% of hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, 0.5-3% of amino acid humectant, 0.01-0.2% of nano glycogen pleiotropic factor and 0.3-1% of antioxidant into an emulsifying pot according to mass percentage, heating to 78-82 ℃, and stirring and dispersing the materials to a transparent and uniform mixed solution;
b, preserving the temperature of the mixed solution for 25-35 min, and then cooling the mixed solution in a stirring state;
and c, when the temperature is reduced to 35-40 ℃, adding 0.5-2% of PPG-10 methyl glucose ether, 0.1-2% of glycerol glucoside, 0.05-1% of radix gentianae extract, 0.05-1.5% of chlorella extract, 0.005-0.2% of water-soluble glabridin, 0.05-1% of citrus peel extract, 0.001-0.1% of soluble collagen, 0.01-0.5% of centella asiatica extract, 0.01-2% of sargassum bifida extract, 0.01-1% of arginine/lysine polypeptide and 0.1-2% of rhamnose into an emulsifying pot, uniformly stirring, detecting to be qualified, filtering and discharging to obtain the essence with the collagen raw material and the functions of whitening, repairing, resisting aging and resisting allergy.

The preparation method of the essence with collagen raw material and having whitening, repairing, anti-aging and anti-allergic functions as claimed in claim 3, is characterized in that: in the step a, the temperature is raised to 80 ℃, and the materials are stirred and dispersed to be a transparent and uniform mixed solution.
5. The preparation method of the essence with collagen raw material and having whitening, repairing, anti-aging and anti-allergic functions as claimed in claim 3, is characterized in that: in step b, the temperature is kept for 30min, and then the temperature is reduced to 45 ℃ under the stirring state.
6. The preparation method of the essence with collagen raw material and having whitening, repairing, anti-aging and anti-allergic functions as claimed in claim 3, is characterized in that: in step c, the temperature was reduced to 38 ℃.
