一种显示装置(100，100’)及电子设备(200)。该显示装置(100，100’)包括：显示面板(10，10’)、第一电路板(20)和第二电路板(30)，其中显示面板包括出光侧和与出光侧相反的非出光侧；第一电路板(20)与显示面板(10，10’)电连接并被定位在非出光侧；以及第二电路板(30)配置为与第一电路板(20)电连接，并且第二电路板(30)包括与显示面板(10，10’)信号连接的功能电路。根据本公开实施例的显示装置(100，100’)能够在不增大显示装置(100，100’)厚度的情况下缩窄显示装置(100，100’)的边框，从而实现显示装置(100，100’)的超薄超窄设计。
