Abstract
The invention relates to a dimming control system and a working method thereof, wherein the system comprises a dimming controller, a signal conversion box, a contactor and LED driving chips, wherein the dimming controller, the signal conversion box, the contactor and the LED driving chips are sequentially connected, and the LED driving chips are used for driving an LED lamp; the dimming controller is used for sending a dimming signal; the signal conversion box is used for judging the power failure condition in the preset time according to the dimming signal and sending a power failure signal to the LED driving chip; the contactor is used for being connected between the signal conversion box and the LED driving chip; the LED driving chip is used for controlling the color of LED light according to the power-down signal. The invention realizes the control of the LED driver by adding a signal conversion box at the input end and converting the signal of the dimming controller into an input voltage signal through an internal circuit. Compared with a common dimming system, the system not only keeps the communication mode of the existing dimming controller, but also removes a dimming line from the dimming controller to an LED driver.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of dimming control, and particularly relates to a dimming control system and a working method thereof.
Background
With economic development and scientific progress, LED lighting has pulled the development of the LED industry due to its unique appeal and great potential; because the working voltage and current of the LED lamp need to be strictly controlled to meet the requirements of working characteristics, reliability and high efficiency, a special driving power supply is required to be matched with the common LED lamp. And users have different requirements for the illumination of the light source at different times.
In the related art, there are many dimming control modes in the LED field, wherein the use of the communication line in the practical application process of the long-distance wired communication causes great difficulty and hidden quality trouble for installation and use.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art, and provide a dimming control system and a working method thereof, so as to solve the problem that the market stability analysis mainly based on the qualitative analysis in the prior art is difficult to handle the complex decision in the power market.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. A specific dimming control system and an operating method thereof provided in the embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the dimming control system provided in the embodiment of the present application includes:

Specifically, the control system mainly realizes the control of the LED driver by adding a signal conversion box at the input line end and converting the dimming controller signal into an input voltage signal through an internal circuit. Compared with the existing dimming system, the system not only keeps the communication mode of the existing dimming controller, but also removes the dimming line from the dimming controller to the LED driver. As shown in fig. 1, in the dimming process, a user can change a dimming signal of a dimming controller, the dimming controller sends the dimming signal to a signal conversion box, at the moment, the signal conversion box controls the on-off of a relay according to the signal given by the dimming controller through an internal single chip microcomputer so as to realize the on-off of an input power supply, an LED driver detects an input voltage within 10 seconds of power-on, when a power-off condition is detected, a dimming mode is realized, and if a power-off condition is not detected, another dimming mode is realized.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the signal conversion box comprises:

one end of the communication module is connected with the dimming controller, the other end of the communication module is connected with one end of the single chip microcomputer, the other end of the single chip microcomputer is connected with the relay, and the relay is connected with the contactor.

The working principle of the working method of the dimming control system provided by the application is that the dimming controller is used for sending a dimming signal; after the signal conversion box acquires the dimming signal, judging the power failure condition within a preset time according to the dimming signal, and sending a power failure signal to the LED driving chip; the LED driving chip is used for controlling the color of LED light according to the power-down signal.
The obtaining of the dimming signal comprises:
presetting two dimming colors; the dimming color comprises: red light and white light;
and acquiring a red light dimming signal or a white light dimming signal.
It is understood that the dimming color may also include other colors, red light and white light are taken as examples in this application, and the application does not limit the color of the lamp light.
In some embodiments, the controlling the on/off of the relay within the preset time according to the dimming signal includes:
receiving the dimming signal through the communication module, decoding and sending the dimming signal to the single chip microcomputer;
and the singlechip controls the on-off state of the relay according to the dimming signal and sends a power failure signal to the LED driving chip.
Preferably, the single chip microcomputer controls the on-off state of the relay according to the dimming signal, and the method includes:
when the dimming signal is a white light dimming signal, the single chip microcomputer controls the relay to be closed within a preset time;
when the dimming signal is a red dimming signal, the single chip microcomputer controls the relay to be disconnected for 1 second and then to be closed within the preset time.
Preferably, the controlling the color of the LED light according to the power-down signal or the power-off-free signal includes:
if the signal is a power-down signal, the white LED lamp is turned on;
and if the power failure signal is not the power failure signal, the red LED lamp is lightened.

It can be understood that the preset time in the present application can be set as needed, and the present application is not described herein again.
In one embodiment, for example, RS485 communication, the LED driver has two dimming schemes, one red and one white. The signal conversion box needs to be powered on simultaneously with the LED river general gate. When the dimming controller sends a dimming signal to the signal conversion box, the signal conversion box firstly decodes the dimming signal to the MCU through the communication module, the MCU receives a white light turning-on signal, the relay is controlled to be in a closed state all the time, and at the moment, the LED driver detects that the input voltage does not detect the power failure condition within 10 seconds of power-on and controls the rear-stage white light to be turned on. If the MCU receives a red light turning-on signal, the relay is controlled to be firstly closed and then opened for 1s in the middle within 10 s of power-on, and at the moment, the LED driver detects a power-off signal and controls the red light on the rear stage.
