Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any creative effort based on the embodiments in the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present invention, words such as "exemplary" or "for example" are used to indicate examples, illustrations or explanations. Any embodiment or design described as "exemplary" or "such as" in an embodiment of the present invention is not necessarily to be construed as preferred or advantageous over other embodiments or designs. Rather, use of the word "exemplary" or "such as" is intended to present concepts related in a concrete fashion.
For the convenience of clearly describing the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, in the embodiments of the present invention, the words "first", "second", and the like are used for distinguishing the same items or similar items with basically the same functions and actions, and those skilled in the art can understand that the words "first", "second", and the like are not limited in number or execution order.
According to the current 5G NSA network architecture, when a dedicated bearer is established for a terminal, a Policy and Charging Control (PCC) service management server is used for forwarding a request message sent by an Over The Top (OTT) server to an Application Access Control (AAC) network element, where the request message is used for requesting service provisioning for a service of the terminal; the AAC network element performs protocol conversion on the request message and then sends the request message to a Policy and Charging Rule Function (PCRF) network element, the PCRF network element formulates a quality of service (QoS) policy of the terminal according to the request message and sends the QoS policy to a packet data network gateway (PGW)/Serving Gateway (SGW); and after verifying and authorizing the QoS strategy, the PGW gateway/SGW gateway establishes a corresponding special bearer for the terminal. However, when a dedicated bearer is established in the prior art, a network side cannot sense the change of a terminal network standard, which may cause that the dedicated bearer is not matched with the current terminal network standard, thereby causing problems of network congestion, network overload and the like, and affecting service experience of the terminal.
To solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a system for establishing a dedicated bearer, as shown in fig. 1, including: OTT server 101, PCC traffic management server 102, network management device 103, AAC network element 104, PCRF network element 105, PGW gateway/SGW gateway 106, mobility Management Entity (MME) network element 107, base station 108, and terminal 109.
The OTT server 101 is configured to provide a third-party application service. For example, the OTT server 101 may be a server provided by a game operator, and may provide a variety of game services for the terminal 109; or a server provided by a movie operator, and may provide multiple video and audio services for the terminal 109.
The PCC service management server 102 is configured to control policy and charging for the terminal service, implement dynamic management of QoS policy for the terminal service, and provide differentiated service, service flow bearer resource guarantee, and flow charging policy for the terminal.
The network management device 103 is configured to determine a base station type of a base station to which the terminal is accessed, and further determine a network type of the terminal.
And an AAC network element 104, configured to support communication between the PCC service management server 102 and the PCRF network element 104. For example, data sent by PCC service management server 102 may be subjected to protocol conversion, so that PCRF network element 104 can recognize, thereby completing the transmission of application provider information, service information, qoS policy and charging information.
And the PCRF network element 105 is configured to formulate a policy and a charging rule, and send the relevant policy and rule to the PGW gateway/SGW gateway 106.
A PGW gateway/SGW gateway 106, configured to manage session, bearer control, data forwarding, and allocation of an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the terminal.
MME network element 107 is configured to establish, modify, and release bearers of an Evolved Packet System (EPS).
And the base station 108 is configured to transmit data to the terminal 109 and the mobile network, so that the terminal 109 establishes a connection with the mobile network.
And the terminal 109 is used for initiating service to the mobile network. Terminal 109 may be a User Equipment (UE) such as a handset, computer, or cellular telephone, cordless telephone, session Initiation Protocol (SIP) phone, smart phone, wireless Local Loop (WLL) station, personal Digital Assistant (PDA), laptop computer, handheld communication device, handheld computing device, satellite radio, wireless modem card, set Top Box (STB), customer Premises Equipment (CPE), and/or other device for communicating over a wireless system.
It should be noted that the network type in the embodiment of the present invention refers to a network type to which the terminal accesses, and the network type may be a 4G network or a 5G network. The system architecture shown in fig. 1 only shows a part of network devices, and in practice, the system may further include network element devices of other 5G NSA network core networks, such as Home Subscriber Server (HSS) network elements, and the like, which is not described again in this embodiment of the present invention.
According to the above system architecture, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for establishing a dedicated bearer, as shown in fig. 2, including:
s201, the PCC service management server receives a first request message sent by an OTT server on an upper layer of a network.
The first request message comprises the identity of the terminal, the service type and the service quality requirement.
Specifically, when the terminal starts a corresponding application such as a game or a video and the like and applies for a service guarantee, the OTT server sends a first request message to the PCC service management server, where the first request message is used to request the service guarantee, that is, to request to establish a dedicated bearer for a corresponding service. The PCC service management server may be the PCC service management server shown in fig. 1, and the OTT server may be the OTT server shown in fig. 1.
The QoS requirement here refers to a QoS requirement of the terminal, and may include parameters such as a QoS Class Identifier (QCI), an allocation/reservation priority (ARP), a Maximum Bit Rate (MBR), and a Guaranteed Bit Rate (GBR). Different services may have different quality of service requirements, for example, the quality of service requirements of a live broadcast service are different from those of a game service, and the quality of service requirements of the live broadcast service are higher.
It should be noted that the OTT server refers to a server used when a third party service provider provides a service, for example, when the third party service provider provides a game service or a video service, the OTT server may be a game server or a video service server of the third party service provider; the first request message may be a Hyper Text Transfer Protocol (HTTP) -based traffic acceleration request message.
The identity of the terminal may be a mobile subscriber number (MSISDN), an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI), or other identifier used to indicate the uniqueness of the terminal, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In the following, the embodiment takes the identity of the terminal as the MSISDN as an example.
S202, the PCC service management server sends a second request message to the network management device.
Wherein the second request message comprises an identity of the terminal.
Specifically, after the PCC service management server receives a service acceleration request message (a first request message) of the OTT server, it needs to query the current network type of the terminal to the network management device, so as to determine a corresponding QoS policy according to the current network type of the terminal. The second request message is used for querying a current network type of the terminal from the network management device, and the second request message may further include a second timestamp and a message identifier, where the second timestamp is used for indicating a time when the second request message queries the network type of the terminal, and the message identifier is used for indicating that the second request message is used for querying the network type of the terminal.
S203, the network management device receives the second request message sent by the PCC service management server.
And S204, the network management equipment determines the current network type of the terminal according to the identity of the terminal and the network state mapping table.
The network state mapping table is used for indicating the network type of the terminal.
Specifically, the network management device stores a network state mapping table, and after receiving the second request message, the network management device may query the network state mapping table according to the identity of the terminal carried in the second request message, so as to determine the current network type of the terminal.
For example, the network state mapping table may be as shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1
MSISDN Network system
8613001464758 4G
8613001869090 4G
8613000100000 5G
8613000109998 5G
As shown in table 1 above, if the identity of the terminal is 8613000100000, it may be determined that the current network type of the terminal is a 5G network; if the identity of the terminal is 8613001464758, the current network type of the terminal can be determined to be a 4G network.
The network state mapping table in table 1 is only exemplary and only includes the identity of the terminal and the corresponding network type, and in a possible implementation manner, the network state mapping table may also be as shown in table 2 below:
TABLE 2
MSISDN Network system Time
8613001464758 4G 03 o' clock 05 points on 11/20/2020
8613001869090 4G Year 2020, 11 and 20 day 04 and 11 points
8613000100000 5G 04 o' clock 17 points on 11/20/2020
8613000109998 5G 04 o' clock 21 points on 11/20/2020
8613001869090 5G 20/11/2020/04/23 min
As shown in table 2 above, if the identity of the terminal is 8613001464758, it may be determined that the current network type of the terminal is a 4G network; if the identity of the terminal is 8613001869090, because table 2 stores two network format mapping relationships corresponding to 8613001869090, the latest network format in the two network format mapping relationships may be determined as the current network format of the terminal, for example, if the network format corresponding to 04: 11 at 11/20/2020 of the terminal 8613001869090 is a 4G network, and the network format corresponding to 04: 23 at 11/20/2020 of the terminal is a 5G network, the network management device may determine that the current network format of the terminal 8613001869090 is a 5G network.
It should be noted that the network state mapping tables shown in table 1 and table 2 are exemplary, where each terminal in the network state mapping table shown in table 1 only includes one network type mapping relationship, and when the network type of the terminal changes, the corresponding network type mapping relationship also changes correspondingly; each terminal in the network state mapping shown in table 2 may include multiple network system mapping relationships, and when the network state mapping relationships are different, the network system mapping relationships also include the time generated by the network system mapping relationships, and the network management device may determine the current network system of the terminal according to the time of the network system mapping relationships. Of course, a person skilled in the art may also set parameters of the network state mapping table as needed, so that the network management device can determine the current network type according to the identity of the terminal, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
S205, the network management device sends a first response message to the PCC service management server.
The first response message is used for indicating the current network type of the terminal.
S206, the PCC service management server receives a first response message returned by the network management device.
Specifically, after determining the current network type of the terminal, the network management device may generate a first response message according to the current network type of the terminal, and notify the PCC service management server of the network type of the terminal through the first response message.
S207, the PCC service management server determines a first service guarantee requirement according to the service type, the service quality requirement and the current network type of the terminal.
Specifically, the first service provisioning requirement here is a QoS policy of the terminal.
The PCC service management server may determine, according to the service type and the service quality requirement carried in the first request message and the current network type of the terminal carried in the first response message, a first service guarantee requirement corresponding to the current service of the terminal from the preset service policy template. The current service here refers to a service requested by the terminal through the first request message.
For example, the preset traffic policy template may be as shown in table 3 below:
TABLE 3
Type of service Network system Bandwidth of
Live broadcast service 4G 2M
Live broadcast service 5G 4M
Video service 4G 4M
Video service 5G 6M
Game business 4G 2M
If the service type carried in the first request message is a live broadcast service, the service quality requirement includes a 4M bandwidth, and the current network type of the terminal carried in the first response message is a 5G network, the PCC service management server may determine, according to a preset service policy template, that the first service guarantee requirement of the terminal is: live broadcast service, 5G network, 4M bandwidth; if the service type carried in the first request message is a live broadcast service, the service quality requirement includes a 4M bandwidth, and the current network type of the terminal carried in the first response message is a 4G network, the PCC service management server may determine, according to a preset service policy template, that the first service guarantee requirement of the terminal is: live broadcast service, 4G network, 2M bandwidth; if the service type carried in the first request message is a live broadcast service, the service quality requirement includes a 2M bandwidth, and the current network type of the terminal carried in the first response message is a 5G network, the PCC service management server may determine, according to a preset service policy template, that the first service guarantee requirement of the terminal is: live broadcast service, 5G network, 4M bandwidth.
And if the service quality requirement requested by the terminal is different from the service quality strategy provided by the preset service strategy template, the PCC service management server determines the first service guarantee requirement for initiating the service according to the current network type of the terminal. For example, a terminal initiates a video service, a service quality requirement of the video service is 5M bandwidth, a current network standard of the terminal is a 4G network, and a preset service policy template in the PCC service management server indicates that the bandwidth of the video service in the 4G network standard is 4M, so that a first service guarantee requirement determined by the PCC service management server for the video service of the terminal is: video service, 4G network, 4M bandwidth.
It should be noted that the preset service policy template shown in table 3 is only an example, and in practice, the service initiated by the terminal may further include multiple service types, and the bandwidth corresponding to each type of service may be different. Of course, the bandwidth may be one parameter of the qos requirement, and the qos requirement may also include other parameters, such as QCI. A person skilled in the art may set a preset service policy template according to a requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
In an optional implementation manner, the preset service policy template may be further shown in table 4 below:
TABLE 4
Type of service Network system MBR GBR
Live broadcast service 4G 4320kbps 288kbps
Live broadcast service 5G 8640kbps 576kbps
Video service 4G 3820kbps 314kbps
Video service 5G 8640kbps 576kbps
Game business 4G 2140kbps 174kbps
Game business 5G 5120kbps 324kbps
When the preset service policy template is shown in table 4 above, the quality of service requirement carried in the first request message also includes corresponding parameters, and here, the PCC service management server may also determine the first service provisioning requirement corresponding to the preset service policy template shown in table 4 according to the method for determining the first service provisioning requirement in table 3 above, which is not described again in this embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that, when the quality of service policy in the preset service policy template can meet the quality of service requirement carried in the first request message, the PCC service management server may also determine the quality of service requirement carried in the first request message as the first service guarantee requirement, and does not need to keep consistent with the quality of service policy in the preset service policy template.
And S208, the PCC service management server sends a third request message to the AAC network element so that the AAC network element establishes a special bearer for the terminal according to the first service guarantee requirement.
Wherein the third request message comprises the first service provisioning requirement.
Specifically, after the PCC service management server determines a first service provisioning requirement corresponding to the current network type of the terminal, the first service provisioning requirement may be sent to the AAC network element through the third request message, so that the AAC network element establishes a dedicated bearer for the terminal according to the first service provisioning requirement.
In the embodiment of the invention, a PCC service management server determines the current network type of a terminal through network management equipment, and because service templates corresponding to different network types are stored in the PCC service management server, when the PCC service management server determines the current network type of the terminal, the service guarantee requirement corresponding to the terminal can be determined from the service template by combining parameters such as service types, service quality requirements and the like in a first request message, so that a corresponding service quality strategy is formulated, and a corresponding special bearer is established for the terminal according to the service quality strategy; when the PCC service management server establishes a special bearer for the terminal, firstly, the network type of the terminal is determined, and a service quality strategy is determined by combining the service type and the service quality requirement, wherein the service quality strategy established by the PCC service management server takes the network type as a reference, so that the condition that the service quality strategy corresponding to the service initiated by the terminal is not consistent with the current network type can be avoided, the problems of network congestion, network overload and the like which possibly occur are further avoided, the service experience of the terminal can be improved, and the network quality is ensured.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, after step S208, the method further includes:
s301, the PCC service management server sends a first subscription message to the network management device.
The first subscription message is used for subscribing the network type of the terminal.
S302, the PCC service management server receives a first state notification message returned by the network management device.
The first state notification message is used for indicating the network type of the terminal.
Specifically, after the PCC service management server establishes a dedicated bearer for the terminal, the PCC service management server may send a first subscription message to the network management device, subscribe to a network system change condition of the terminal, and when the network system of the terminal changes, the network management device sends a first state notification message to the PCC service management server to notify the PCC service management server of the change in the network system sending of the terminal. The first status notification message includes the latest network type of the terminal.
Illustratively, after a PCC service management server subscribes a network type of a terminal to a network management device, if the network type of the terminal changes from a 4G network to a 5G network, the network management device sends a first state notification message to the PCC service management server, where the network type of the terminal carried by the first state notification message is the 5G network; if the network type of the terminal is changed from the 5G network to the 4G network, the network management device sends a first state notification message to the PCC service management device, and at this time, the network type of the terminal carried by the first state notification message is the 4G network.
Optionally, in step S207, the first service provisioning requirement determined by the PCC service management server may further include a service provisioning duration, which is used to indicate an establishment duration of the dedicated bearer, that is, the third request message further includes the service provisioning duration; the first status notification message further comprises a first timestamp, and the first timestamp is used for indicating the time when the network system of the terminal changes. After the PCC service management server determines that the network type of the terminal changes according to step S302, as shown in fig. 4, the method further includes:
s401, the PCC service management server determines the residual service guarantee duration of the terminal according to the service guarantee duration and the first time stamp.
Specifically, the PCC service management server may determine whether the established dedicated bearer reaches the guarantee period according to the first timestamp and the service guarantee duration, and if the established dedicated bearer does not reach the guarantee period, the PCC service management server may determine the remaining service guarantee duration according to the service guarantee duration, the first timestamp, and a third timestamp, where the third timestamp is the time for establishing the dedicated bearer.
For example, if the service guarantee duration is 10min, the third timestamp is 04 points 23 points on 11/month and 20/day 2020, and the first timestamp is 27 points on 04 points on 11/month and 20/day 2020, the remaining service guarantee duration is 6min.
S402, the PCC service management server determines a second service guarantee requirement according to the residual service guarantee duration of the terminal.
Specifically, here, each qos requirement parameter in the second service guarantee requirement is the same, for example, the bandwidth in the second service guarantee requirement is the same as the bandwidth in the first service guarantee requirement, and the difference is that the service guarantee duration in the second service guarantee requirement is the remaining service guarantee duration determined in step S401.
It should be noted that, the QCI is included in the first service provisioning requirement. When the parameters of the MBR and the GBR are used, the parameters are also included in the second service provisioning requirement, and the values of the parameters in the second service provisioning requirement are the same as the values of the corresponding parameters in the first service provisioning requirement.
And S403, the PCC service management server sends a fourth request message to the AAC network element so that the AAC network element adjusts the special bearing of the terminal according to the requirement of the second service guarantee.
Wherein the fourth request message comprises the second service provisioning requirement.
Specifically, as in step S208, after determining the second service provisioning requirement, the PCC service management server may send the second service provisioning requirement to the AAC network element through the fourth request message, so that the AAC network element establishes a dedicated bearer for the terminal according to the second service provisioning requirement.
In an optional implementation manner, when the service provisioning duration corresponding to the terminal expires, the PCC service management server may send a first state unsubscribe message to the network management device, where the first state unsubscribe message includes an identity of the terminal. The first status unsubscribe message is used for indicating to cancel the network type subscription of the corresponding terminal.
It should be noted that, because the network type of the terminal may change for many times within the service provisioning duration of the terminal service, and the network management device sends the first status notification message to the PCC service management server each time the network type of the terminal changes, at this time, the PCC service management server may iteratively perform the above steps S401 to S403, so that the PCC service management server can update the dedicated bearer of the terminal according to the network type of the terminal, so that the dedicated bearer adapts to the network type of the terminal, and problems of network congestion, network overload, and the like that may occur are avoided.
Optionally, before step S203, as shown in fig. 5, the method further includes:
s501, the network management device acquires the fifth request message.
The fifth request message includes the identity of the terminal and the network protocol IP address of the base station, and the base station is a base station to which the terminal is accessed.
Specifically, the fifth request message may be an E-RAB modification Indication message of an S1 interface between the base station and the MME network element, and when the network type of the terminal changes, the E-RAB modification Indication message may be sent to the MME network element by the base station. The network management device can acquire the E-RAB modification Indication message from the S1 interface.
It should be noted that, because the terminal may establish multiple dedicated bearers simultaneously, the network management device may obtain multiple fifth request messages corresponding to the same terminal, and because the network systems corresponding to the dedicated bearers are the same, the network management device modifies the network system of one of the dedicated bearers, so that modification of the network systems corresponding to all the dedicated bearers of the terminal can be implemented. Since the fifth request message further includes a bearer identifier (EBI), the fifth request message corresponding to the terminal may be filtered according to the EBI, so that the network management device only processes the fifth request message corresponding to one of the dedicated bearers, for example, all the fifth request messages except for EBI =5 may be filtered. And the proprietary bearer and the fifth request message have a corresponding relation.
S502, the network management equipment determines the network type of the terminal according to the IP address of the base station and the base station type mapping table.
The base station type mapping table is used for indicating the type of the base station.
Specifically, the network management device stores a base station type mapping table, where the base station type mapping table includes information such as a base station Identity (ID), an IP address of a base station, and a type of the base station, and for example, the base station type mapping table may be as shown in table 5 below:
TABLE 5
Base station ID IP address of base station Type of base station
001 122.96.40.101 4G
002 122.96.4.102 4G
003 122.96.40.150 5G
If the IP address of the base station carried by the fifth request message is 122.96.4.102, the network management device may determine, according to the base station type mapping table, that the base station to which the terminal accesses is a 4G base station, and the network system of the terminal is a 4G network.
It should be noted that the foregoing base station type mapping table is only exemplary, and those skilled in the art may also determine the type of the base station by using other methods to further determine the network type of the terminal, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
S503, the network management equipment stores the network type of the terminal in a network state mapping table.
Specifically, after the network management device determines the network type of the terminal, the network type of the terminal may be stored in the network state mapping table.
For example, the network state mapping table may be as shown in table 1 or table 2, and when the network state mapping table initially determined by the network management device is as shown in table 1, if the network type of a certain terminal in the network state mapping table changes, the network management device may update the network type of the terminal in the network state mapping table shown in table 1. As shown in table 1, when the network type of the terminal initially determined by the network management device changes, the network management device updates the network state mapping table shown in table 1, and the updated network state mapping table may be as shown in table 6 below:
TABLE 6
MSISDN NetworkSystems of
8613001464758 5G
8613001869090 4G
8613000100000 5G
8613000109998 5G
When the network state mapping table initially determined by the network management device is shown in table 2, if the network type of a certain terminal in the network state mapping table changes, the network management device may update the network type of the terminal in the network state mapping table shown in table 2. As the network system of the terminal initially determined by the network management device is shown in table 2, when the network system of the terminal 8613001464758 changes, the network management device updates the network state mapping table shown in table 2, and the updated network state mapping table may be shown in table 7 below:
TABLE 7

Figure BDA0002839662110000161
The network management device may continuously update the network type of the terminal according to the fifth request message, and update the network state mapping table.
As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for establishing a dedicated bearer, including:
s601, the PCC service management server receives a first request message sent by an OTT server on an upper layer of a network.
S602, the PCC service management server sends a second request message to the network management device.
S603, the network management device receives a second request message sent by the PCC service management server.
And S604, the network management equipment determines the current network type of the terminal according to the identity of the terminal and the network state mapping table.
S605, the network management device sends a first response message to the PCC service management server.
S606, the PCC service management server receives the first response message returned by the network management device.
S607, the PCC service management server determines the first service guarantee requirement according to the service type, the service quality requirement and the current network type of the terminal.
S608, the PCC service management server sends a third request message to the AAC network element.
Specifically, steps S601 to S608 are the same as steps S201 to S208, and are not described herein again.
S609, the AAC network element receives the third request message and converts the data protocol of the third request message to obtain a sixth request message.
Specifically, after receiving the third request message, the AAC network element needs to convert a data protocol of the third request message to obtain a sixth request message, so that the PCRF network element can identify the sixth request message. For example, the third request message is HTTP-based data, and the AAC network element may be configured to convert the HTTP-based third request message into a sixth request message based on the Diameter protocol.
S610, the AAC network element sends a sixth request message to the PCRF network element.
Optionally, the sixth request message may be an application access request command message, and the AAC network element sends the sixth request message to the PCRF network element through a routing agent (DRA) node.
S611, the PCRF network element receives the sixth request message, and formulates the QoS policy of the terminal service according to the sixth request message.
Specifically, the PCRF network element formulates the QoS policy of the terminal according to the first service provisioning requirement carried in the sixth request message.
And S612, the PCRF network element sends a seventh request message to the PGW gateway/SGW gateway.
Wherein the seventh request message includes the QoS policy.
Optionally, the seventh request message may be a re-authentication request command message, and the PCRF network element sends the seventh request message to the PGW gateway/SGW gateway corresponding to the terminal through the DRA node.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the PCC service management server may determine, according to a technical means used in the art, a PGW gateway/SGW gateway corresponding to the terminal, which is not described herein again.
S613, the PGW gateway/SGW gateway sends an eighth request message to the MME network element.
Specifically, after receiving the seventh request message, the PGW gateway/SGW gateway sends an eighth request message to the MME network element according to the seventh request message; the eighth request message may be a create bearer request message, which is used to instruct the MME network element to create a bearer for the terminal.
Optionally, although the PGW gateway and the SGW gateway are located in the same entity device, the PGW gateway and the SGW gateway are actually two separate logical network elements. Therefore, in the actual signaling flow, when the PGW gateway sends the eighth request message to the MME network element, the PGW gateway needs to forward the eighth request message through the SGW gateway, that is, the PGW gateway sends the eighth request message to the SGW gateway, and the SGW gateway sends the eighth request message to the MME network element.
And S614, the MME network element sends a ninth request message to the base station.
Specifically, after receiving the eighth request message, the MME network element sends a ninth request message to the base station according to the eighth request message; the ninth request message may be an activate dedicated EPS bearer context request message for requesting a dedicated EPS bearer context.
S615, the base station sends a tenth request message to the terminal.
After receiving the ninth request message, the base station sends a tenth request message to the terminal according to the ninth request message; the tenth request message may be a Radio Resource Control (RRC) reconfiguration request message for instructing the terminal to reconfigure the RRC connection.
In an optional implementation manner, after step S613, the method further includes: and the PGW gateway/SGW gateway returns a bearing establishment response message to the OTT server.
Wherein, the bearer establishment response message is used for indicating that the bearer establishment is successful.
The process of sending the bearer establishment response message to the OTT server by the PGW gateway/SGW gateway is opposite to the process of sending the first request message to the PGW gateway/SGW gateway by the OTT server, and the procedure needs to be forwarded by the PCRF network element, the AAC network element, and the PCC service management server, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that steps S601 to S615 are determined by combining the embodiment of the present invention with a conventional means for establishing a dedicated bearer in the art, and it should be clear to those skilled in the art that the process also includes other procedures, which are not described in detail herein.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 7, after step S615, the method further includes:
s701, the PCC service management server sends a first subscription message to the network management device.
S702, the PCC service management server receives a first state notification message returned by the network management device.
S703, the PCC service management server determines the remaining service guarantee duration of the terminal according to the service guarantee duration and the first timestamp.
S704, the PCC service management server determines a second service guarantee requirement according to the remaining service guarantee duration of the terminal.
S705, the PCC service management server sends a fourth request message to the AAC network element, so that the AAC network element adjusts the special bearing of the terminal according to the second service guarantee requirement.
Specifically, steps S701 to S705 are the same as steps S301 to S302 and steps S401 to S403, and the steps are described in detail here.
