Background
The traffic signal lamp is a signal lamp for commanding traffic operation and consists of a red lamp, a green lamp and a yellow lamp. Red light means no traffic, green light means permission, yellow light means warning, and as more and more vehicles are used, road traffic becomes congested.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the self-cleaning lifting type traffic guidance device of the invention comprises a box body 1, a lifting component, a traffic guidance component and a cleaning component.
The specific structure of the box body 1 is as follows: the side wall of the box body 1 is hinged with a box door, the bottom surface of the box body 1 is provided with a frosting layer 2, and the top surface of the box body 1 is provided with a cavity 3 in a laminating manner. The inner top surface of the box body 1 is annularly provided with a first dovetail groove 1-1, a first dovetail block 4 is arranged in the first dovetail groove 1-1 in a matching and rotating mode, and the bottom surface of the first dovetail block 4 is fixedly connected with the top surface of the cavity body 3.

The bottom end of the second barrel body 13 is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes. The inner bottom surface of the box body 1 is annularly provided with a second dovetail groove 1-2, a second dovetail block 14 is arranged in the second dovetail groove 1-2 in a fit sliding manner, the side wall of the second dovetail block 14 is fixedly connected with the side wall of a second barrel body 13, and the box body 1 is rotatably connected with the second barrel body 13.
The inner wall of the second barrel body 13 is annularly fixed with a brush 15, and the outer wall of the second barrel body 13 is fixedly sleeved with a toothed ring 16. The bottom surface in this box 1 is equipped with motor 17, and motor 17 passes through the circuit and PLC controller 12 electric connection. The output end of the motor 17 is fixed with a gear 18, the gear 18 is meshed with the gear ring 16, and the inner side wall of the box body 1 is fixedly connected with a water bucket 19.
The top surface of the water barrel 19 is communicated with a feeding pipe 20, and the top end of the feeding pipe 20 penetrates through the box body 1 and is connected with a cover body in a threaded manner. The inner bottom surface of the water bucket 19 is fixedly connected with a material conveying pump 21, and the material conveying pump 21 is electrically connected with the PLC 12 through a circuit. The output end of the material conveying pump 21 is communicated with an L-shaped pipe 22, the other end of the L-shaped pipe 22 penetrates through the water bucket 19 to be fixedly communicated with the other transverse pipe 10, and the L-shaped pipe 22 is fixedly connected with the water bucket 19.
A disc 23 is attached to the inner bottom surface of the second barrel body 13, the section of the disc 23 is T-shaped, and a third barrel body 24 is arranged on the top surface of the disc 23. The section of the third barrel body 24 is square, the top end of the third barrel body sequentially penetrates through the second barrel body 13 and the cavity 3 and penetrates out of the box body 1, and a rain shielding plate 25 is arranged at the top end of the third barrel body.
The third barrel body 24 is slidably connected to the case 1. The side wall of the box body 1 is symmetrically provided with two catching grooves 1-3, the top surface of the box body 1 is provided with grooves 1-4, and the rain shielding plate 25 is arranged in the grooves 1-4 in an attaching mode. A plurality of traffic lights 26 are fixedly embedded in the outer wall of the third barrel 24, and the traffic lights are electrically connected with the PLC controller 12 through a circuit. The top surface of the disc 23 is jointed with and rotatably embedded with a screw nut 27, and the top surface of the screw nut is jointed with the bottom surface of the third barrel body 24. The outer wall of the screw nut 27 is annularly provided with a sliding chute 27-1, and a convex block 28 is arranged in the sliding chute 27-1 in a matching way. Bumps 28 are hemispherical in shape. A plurality of first grooves 23-1 are annularly formed in the inner wall of the disc 23, and a limiting ring 29 is arranged in each first groove 23-1 and is fixedly connected with the disc 23.
A T-shaped sliding rod 30 is arranged in the first groove 23-1 in a sliding mode, and the cross section of the T-shaped sliding rod 30 is square. The other end of the T-shaped sliding rod 30 passes through the limiting ring 29 and is fixedly connected with the lug 28. The first groove 23-1 is provided with a spring 31 therein, and the spring 31 is a compression spring.
The screw nut 27 is internally threaded with a T-shaped screw 32, and the bottom end of the T-shaped screw 32 penetrates out of the screw nut 27 and is fixedly connected with the inner bottom surface of the first barrel 6. The top end of the T-shaped lead screw 32 penetrates out of the lead screw nut 27 and penetrates into the third barrel body 24. The bottom end of the T-shaped lead screw 32 is sleeved with a rubber bulge 33, and the bottom surface of the rubber bulge 33 is fixedly connected with the inner bottom surface of the second barrel body 13 through glue. The bottom surface of the disc 23 is provided with a second groove 23-2, and the rubber bulge 33 is arranged in the second groove 23-2 in an attaching mode. In this embodiment, the disc 23 and the third barrel 24 are connected by welding or sealing.
The PLC controller 12 is of the type CPM1A-10 CDR-A-V1.
When the traffic is directed by the command device of the present invention, the device is moved to a desired position, the cabinet 1 of the device is fixed to the ground and the power is turned on, and then the door of the cabinet is opened, and the PLC controller 12 is operated to rotate the motor 17 in the forward direction. The motor 17 is Y2-80M2-4S150, and has an automatic braking function. The output end of the motor 17 drives the gear 18 to rotate, the gear 18 drives the gear ring 16 to rotate, the gear ring 16 drives the second barrel body 13 to rotate, the second barrel body 13 drives the T-shaped lead screw 32 to rotate, the T-shaped lead screw 32 drives the lead screw nut 27 to move upwards, the lead screw nut 27 drives the third barrel body 24 to move upwards, the third barrel body 24 drives the disc 23 to move, and the third barrel body 24 drives the traffic light 26 to slide out of the box body 1.
When the moving top surface of the disc 23 is attached to the bottom surface of the cavity 3, the disc stops moving, at the moment, the T-shaped lead screw 32 continues rotating, the T-shaped lead screw 32 drives the lead screw nut 27 to rotate, the lead screw nut 27 rotates to extrude the bump 28, the bump 28 drives the T-shaped slide bar 30 to move to extrude the spring 31 to reset, and the traffic light 26 starts to work when the PLC 12 is operated to stop the motor 17.
The traffic light 26 starts to conduct traffic guidance, as shown in fig. 5, after the traffic light 26 guides traffic, the PLC 12 is operated to enable the motor 17 to rotate reversely, the output end of the motor 17 indirectly drives the traffic light 26 to move downwards into the second barrel body 13, the output end of the motor 17 indirectly drives the disc 23 to move downwards to be attached to the bottom surface of the second barrel body 13, the output end of the motor 17 indirectly drives the rain shielding plate 25 to move into the grooves 1-4, then the PLC 12 is operated to enable the motor 17 to stop working as shown in fig. 1, the device is separated from a power supply, the box body 1 is separated from the ground, and then the hand buckle groove 1-3 is manually pulled to move the device to a transport vehicle for transportation.
The traffic light 26 of the invention is moved into the box body 1, and the traffic light 26 is prevented from being damaged due to collision in the transportation process. When the traffic light 26 is cleaned after long-term use, the cover body at the top end of the feeding pipe 20 is unscrewed, and cleaning liquid is added into the water bucket 19 from the top end of the feeding pipe 20 and then covers the cover body. The device is connected with a power supply, and the PLC 12 is operated to enable the motor 17 to rotate reversely and simultaneously enable the material conveying pump 21 to start working.
The output end of the motor 17 indirectly drives the traffic light 26 to move into the second barrel body 13, the output end of the motor 17 indirectly drives the second barrel body 13 to rotate, the second barrel body 13 drives the cavity 3 to rotate, and the cavity 3 drives the first dovetail block 4 to slide in the first dovetail groove 1-1. The cavity 3 drives the nozzle 5 to rotate, the second barrel 13 drives the brush 15 to rotate, and the output end of the motor 17 indirectly drives the disc 23 to move and continue working when being attached to the bottom surface of the second barrel 13. The output end of the motor 17 indirectly drives the T-shaped lead screw 32 to rotate, the T-shaped lead screw 32 drives the lead screw nut 27 to rotate, the lead screw nut 27 rotates to extrude the lug 28, the lug 28 drives the T-shaped slide rod 30 to move to extrude the spring 31, and therefore the lead screw nut 27 idles in the disc 23. The conveying pump 21 conveys the cleaning liquid, the cleaning liquid enters the transverse pipe 10 through the L-shaped pipe 22 and then enters the first barrel 6, then enters the cavity 3, and is sprayed out from the spray head 5 to clean the traffic light 26, and the cleaned water flows out from the bottom end of the second barrel 13.
