Please refer to fig. 6, which is a diagram illustrating an application example of a retail terminal platform 500 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the retail terminal comprises a vending machine, a camera, a sensor, an interactive screen and the like, the retail terminal is connected with the edge node server, various user information of a current user of the retail terminal is obtained through the camera and the sensor, the obtained user information is transmitted to the edge node server, the edge node server loads corresponding computing plug-ins according to different user information to compute and construct a user portrait, product recommendation information of the current user is determined according to the user portrait, the product recommendation information is sent to the retail terminal, the retail terminal displays the product recommendation information on the interactive screen, and the user inputs corresponding instructions through the interactive screen to interact with the retail terminal and finally purchase products.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples for carrying out the invention, and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention in practice.
Claims (10)
1. A product recommendation method is applied to a retail terminal and comprises the following steps:
acquiring user information of a current user of the retail terminal;
sending the user information to a retail terminal platform so that the retail terminal platform can construct a user portrait of the current user according to the user information;
receiving product recommendation information determined by the retail terminal platform according to the user portrait;
and recommending the product to the current user according to the product recommendation information.
2. The product recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein the user information comprises user appearance information, user dress information, user purchase time information and/or user environment information.
3. The product recommendation method of claim 2, wherein the user information further comprises user handheld item information.
4. The product recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein the recommending a product to the current user according to the product recommendation information comprises:
and pushing the product recommendation information to the mobile terminal of the current user.
5. The product recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein the recommending a product to the current user according to the product recommendation information comprises:
and when the product corresponding to the product recommendation information does not exist in the retail terminal, pushing information of other retail terminals in which the product exists.
6. The product recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein the recommending a product to the current user according to the product recommendation information comprises:
when the product corresponding to the product recommendation information does not exist in the retail terminal, booking the product on other retail terminals according to the booking request of the current user, and pushing navigation information of other retail terminals.
7. A product recommendation device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the user information of the current user of the retail terminal;
the sending module is used for sending the user information to a retail terminal platform so that the retail terminal platform can construct a user portrait of the current user according to the user information;
the determining module is used for receiving product recommendation information determined by the retail terminal platform according to the user portrait;
and the recommending module is used for recommending the product to the current user according to the product recommending information.
8. A retail terminal, comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the product recommendation method of any of claims 1-6.
9. A retail terminal platform comprising a platform server and a plurality of retail terminals according to claim 8, the platform server comprising a plurality of edge node servers deployed in a distributed manner;
the edge node server is used for receiving the user information of the current user sent by the retail terminal, constructing a user portrait of the current user according to the user information, determining product recommendation information of the current user according to the user portrait, and sending the product recommendation information to the retail terminal.
10. The retail terminal platform of claim 9, wherein the user information includes user hand-held item information;
the platform server is specifically configured to:
and constructing a user portrait of the current user according to the information of the user handheld articles, and determining product recommendation information related to the information of the user handheld articles according to the user portrait.
