and if the sixth environment humidity is smaller than the preset dehumidification humidity, stopping a compressor of the dehumidification equipment, and delaying a second preset time to stop the fan.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the dehumidification control method according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the dehumidification control method includes the steps of:
step S101, if dehumidification operation conditions are met currently by dehumidification equipment, acquiring a first environment humidity corresponding to the dehumidification equipment currently and shutdown duration before starting and operating a fan, and controlling the fan of the dehumidification equipment to start and operate;
it can be understood that, in the dehumidification operation process of the dehumidification device, the fan of the dehumidification device is controlled to start operation, so as to reduce the humidity of the area near the humidity sensor through the fan, so that the humidity detected by the humidity sensor is close to the humidity of the environment where the dehumidification device is located, and the detection error of the humidity sensor is reduced.
In this embodiment, it is first determined whether the dehumidification device currently satisfies the dehumidification operation condition, for example, current ambient humidity of the dehumidification device is obtained, and if the ambient humidity is greater than the preset ambient humidity, it is determined that the dehumidification device currently satisfies the dehumidification operation condition, or when a dehumidification instruction is received, it may be determined that the dehumidification device currently satisfies the dehumidification operation condition. When dehumidification operation conditions are met currently by dehumidification equipment, acquiring the current first environment humidity corresponding to the dehumidification equipment and the shutdown time before the fan is started to operate, and simultaneously controlling the fan of the dehumidification equipment to start to operate. Specifically, a first ambient humidity is acquired by a humidity sensor. The shutdown time is the length of shutdown time before the current startup operation, and after the fan is started for the first time and is started again subsequently, the shutdown time can be obtained.
Step S102, if it is detected that the duration of the starting operation of the fan reaches a first preset duration, acquiring a second ambient humidity corresponding to the current dehumidification equipment;
in this embodiment, after the fan is started and operated, the duration of the starting and operating of the fan is obtained in real time, and whether the duration of the starting and operating of the fan reaches a first preset duration is determined, if the duration of the starting and operating of the fan reaches the first preset duration, the second ambient humidity corresponding to the current dehumidification equipment is obtained, that is, the current second ambient humidity is obtained through the humidity sensor.
It can be understood that, in the operation process of the dehumidification device, if it is detected that the duration of the start-up operation of the fan of the dehumidification device reaches a first preset duration, the start-up operation of the compressor of the dehumidification device is controlled at the same time.
The first preset time period can be set reasonably, for example, the first preset time period is 20 seconds, 30 seconds, 40 seconds, and the like.
Step S103, if the shutdown operation of the fan is detected, determining a target shutdown duration based on the first environment humidity, the second environment humidity and the shutdown duration, and controlling the fan to be shut down based on the target shutdown duration.
In this embodiment, in the operation process of the dehumidification device, if the shutdown operation of the fan is detected, the target shutdown duration is determined based on the first environmental humidity, the second environmental humidity and the shutdown duration to determine the shutdown duration corresponding to the current shutdown operation of the fan.
In this embodiment, when the target shutdown duration is obtained, the fan is controlled to be shut down based on the target shutdown duration, that is, the target shutdown duration is in a shutdown state, so that the fan is controlled to be shut down to operate through the environmental humidity parameters before and after the fan starts to operate and the shutdown duration of the fan at the last time, so as to avoid frequent start and stop of the compressor and the fan due to inaccurate detected environmental humidity, or influence user experience due to too large change of the environmental humidity caused by forced shutdown for a long time.
It should be noted that if the fan is started to operate for the first time when dehumidification is set, when the shutdown operation of the fan is detected, the fan is controlled to stop operating based on a second preset time length, and if the duration of the fan stopping operation reaches the second preset time length, whether the first ambient humidity corresponding to the current dehumidification equipment reaches the dehumidification operating condition of the dehumidification equipment is determined.
According to the dehumidification control method provided by the embodiment, if dehumidification operation conditions are currently met by dehumidification equipment, a first environment humidity corresponding to the dehumidification equipment and shutdown duration before starting and running of the fan are obtained currently, and the fan of the dehumidification equipment is controlled to start and run; then, if the duration of starting operation of the fan is detected to reach a first preset duration, acquiring a second environment humidity corresponding to the current dehumidification equipment; and if the shutdown operation of the fan is detected, determining a target shutdown duration based on the first environmental humidity, the second environmental humidity and the shutdown duration, controlling the fan to be shut down based on the target shutdown duration, and controlling the fan to be shut down through environmental humidity parameters before and after the fan is started to operate and the shutdown duration of the fan at the last time, so that the problem that the dehumidification equipment is frequently and otherwise caused by inaccurate detected environmental humidity is solved, the service life of the dehumidifier is prolonged, and the use experience of a user is improved.
A second embodiment of the dehumidification control method of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, and in this embodiment, the step S103 includes:
step S201, determining a humidity difference between the first ambient humidity and the second ambient humidity.
Step S203, determining the target shutdown time length based on the humidity difference and the shutdown time length.
In this embodiment, the humidity difference between the first ambient humidity and the second ambient humidity is calculated first, and then the target shutdown duration is calculated based on the humidity difference and the shutdown duration, specifically, the target shutdown duration is calculated by using the following formula,
Tstop=N*T1Wherein N ═ X (HA)11-HA12);
Wherein, TStopFor duration of shutdown, HA12A second ambient humidity, HA11The first environmental humidity is X, wherein X is a constant, and the value of X is reasonably set according to the rated power of a compressor of the dehumidification equipment, and the range of X is 0-2, for example.
In the dehumidification control method provided by this embodiment, a humidity difference between the first ambient humidity and the second ambient humidity is determined; and then, the target shutdown time is determined based on the humidity difference and the shutdown time, the target shutdown time is obtained through the environmental humidity parameters before and after the fan is started to operate and the shutdown time of the fan at the last time, and the problem that the dehumidification equipment is frequent and other problems caused by inaccurate detected environmental humidity can be solved through the environmental humidity parameters before and after the fan is started, so that the service life of the dehumidifier is prolonged, and the use experience of a user is improved.
A third embodiment of the dehumidification control method according to the present invention is proposed based on the second embodiment, and in this embodiment, after step S103, the dehumidification control method further includes:
step S301, if the duration of the fan stopping operation reaches the target shutdown duration, determining whether the dehumidification equipment meets the dehumidification operation condition currently;
step S302, if it is determined that the dehumidification equipment meets the dehumidification operation condition currently, returning to execute the steps of obtaining the first environment humidity corresponding to the dehumidification equipment currently and the shutdown duration before the fan is started to operate, and controlling the fan of the dehumidification equipment to start to operate.
In this embodiment, the duration of the stop operation of the fan is obtained in real time, and it is determined whether the duration of the stop operation of the fan reaches a target stop time, if the duration of the stop operation of the fan reaches the target stop time, it is determined whether the dehumidification operation condition is currently met by the dehumidification equipment, and if the dehumidification operation condition is currently met by the dehumidification equipment, the dehumidification equipment is controlled to execute the dehumidification operation, that is, the fan is controlled to start to operate, and the operation returns to the execution step S101. Specifically, the humidity sensor through dehumidification equipment acquires the ambient humidity that dehumidification equipment corresponds to judge whether this ambient humidity reaches dehumidification operating condition of dehumidification equipment to judge whether need start compressor and fan in order to carry out dehumidification operation at present, wherein, if this ambient humidity reaches dehumidification operating condition, then control dehumidification equipment and carry out dehumidification operation.
In the dehumidification control method of the embodiment, if the duration of the stop operation of the fan reaches the target stop time, whether the dehumidification equipment meets the dehumidification operation condition currently is determined; and then if the dehumidification equipment meets the dehumidification operation condition currently, returning to execute the steps of obtaining the first environment humidity corresponding to the dehumidification equipment currently and the stop time before the fan is started to operate, and controlling the fan of the dehumidification equipment to start and operate, so that the circulation dehumidification of the dehumidification equipment is realized, and in each dehumidification process of the dehumidification equipment, the fan is controlled to stop and operate through the environment humidity parameters before and after the fan is started to operate and the stop time of the fan at the last time, so that the phenomenon that the compressor and the fan are frequently started and stopped due to inaccurate detected environment humidity or the environment humidity changes too much due to forced stop, and the user experience is influenced.
A fourth embodiment of the dehumidification control method according to the present invention is proposed based on the third embodiment, and in this embodiment, the step S301 includes:
step S401, if the duration of the fan stopping operation reaches the target shutdown duration, acquiring a fourth environment humidity corresponding to the dehumidification equipment in real time;
step S402, whether the dehumidification equipment meets the dehumidification operation condition currently is determined based on the fourth environmental humidity.
In this embodiment, when the target shutdown duration is obtained, the duration of the shutdown of the fan is obtained in real time, and it is determined whether the duration of the shutdown of the fan reaches the target shutdown duration, if the duration of the shutdown of the fan reaches the target shutdown duration, the fourth environmental humidity corresponding to the dehumidification device is obtained in real time, that is, the fourth environmental humidity is obtained through the humidity sensor in real time, and it is determined whether the dehumidification device currently meets the dehumidification operation condition according to the fourth environmental humidity, wherein, if it is determined according to the fourth environmental humidity that the dehumidification device currently meets the dehumidification operation condition, the process returns to the step S101.
However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the step S402 includes:
step a, determining whether the fourth environment humidity is greater than a preset dehumidification humidity, wherein if the fourth environment humidity is greater than the preset dehumidification humidity, determining that the dehumidification equipment currently meets dehumidification operation conditions.
In this embodiment, if the fourth environment humidity is obtained, it is determined whether the fourth environment humidity is greater than the preset dehumidification humidity, and if the fourth environment humidity is greater than the preset dehumidification humidity, it is determined that the dehumidification device currently satisfies the dehumidification operation condition, and then the step S101 is executed to realize the cyclic dehumidification of the dehumidification device.
The preset dehumidification humidity is the set humidity corresponding to the dehumidification instruction of the user.
According to the dehumidification control method provided by the embodiment, if the continuous time of the stop operation of the fan reaches the target stop time, the fourth environmental humidity corresponding to the dehumidification equipment is obtained in real time, and whether the dehumidification equipment meets the dehumidification operation condition currently is determined based on the fourth environmental humidity, so that the dehumidification equipment can be accurately controlled to perform dehumidification operation according to the fourth environmental humidity, and further the cyclic dehumidification of the dehumidification equipment is realized.
A fifth embodiment of the dehumidification control method of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, and in this embodiment, the step S102 includes:
step S501, if the running duration of the fan reaches a first preset duration, acquiring the second environment humidity, controlling a compressor of the dehumidification equipment to start running, and acquiring a third environment humidity corresponding to the dehumidification equipment in real time;
step S502, if the third environment humidity is less than the preset dehumidification humidity, the compressor of the dehumidification equipment is stopped, and the fan is stopped after a second preset time is delayed.
In this embodiment, when the fan starts to operate, the duration of the fan start operation is obtained in real time, whether the duration of the fan start operation reaches the first preset duration is judged, if the duration of the fan start operation reaches the first preset duration, the second environment humidity is obtained, the compressor start operation is controlled at the same time, so that the dehumidification operation of the dehumidification equipment is performed, the third environment humidity corresponding to the dehumidification equipment is obtained in real time, and the third environment humidity corresponding to the dehumidification equipment is detected in real time through a humidity sensor of the dehumidification equipment.
And then, when the third environment humidity is obtained, judging whether the third environment humidity is smaller than the preset dehumidification humidity or not, if the third environment humidity is smaller than the preset dehumidification humidity, indicating that the environment humidity is reduced to be lower than the preset dehumidification humidity through dehumidification of the dehumidification equipment, stopping a compressor of the dehumidification equipment at the moment to stop dehumidification of the dehumidification equipment, and delaying a second preset time to stop a fan of the dehumidification equipment, namely stopping the fan of the dehumidification equipment when the duration of the compressor after the compressor is stopped reaches the second preset time, and controlling the fan to stop running in a delayed manner to promote air exchange between the interior of the dehumidifier and the external environment, so that the accuracy of the humidity detected by a humidity sensor of the dehumidification equipment is improved, namely the humidity detected by the humidity sensor is close to the humidity of the environment where the dehumidification equipment is located.
In the dehumidification control method provided by this embodiment, if the duration of the operation of the fan reaches a first preset duration, the second environmental humidity is obtained, and a third environmental humidity corresponding to the dehumidification equipment is obtained in real time; and then if the third environment humidity is less than the preset dehumidification humidity, stopping the compressor of the dehumidification equipment, delaying the second preset time to stop the fan of the dehumidification equipment, and stopping the fan by delaying, so that the air exchange between the interior of the dehumidifier and the external environment is promoted, the frequent other problems of the dehumidification equipment caused by the inaccurate detected environment humidity are prevented, the service life of the dehumidifier is prolonged, and the use experience of a user is improved.
On the basis of the above-described respective embodiments, a sixth embodiment of the dehumidification control method of the present invention is proposed, and in this embodiment, the dehumidification control method further includes:
step S601, if the shutdown time length is not obtained when the dehumidification equipment meets the dehumidification operation condition currently, controlling a fan of the dehumidification equipment to start and operate;
step S602, if the stop operation of the fan is detected, acquiring a fifth ambient humidity corresponding to the dehumidification equipment in real time;
step S603, if it is determined that the dehumidification device currently meets the dehumidification operation condition based on the fifth ambient humidity, returning to perform the step of obtaining the first ambient humidity corresponding to the dehumidification device currently and the shutdown duration before the start-up operation of the fan, and controlling the start-up operation of the fan of the dehumidification device.
In this embodiment, if the shutdown duration is not obtained when the fan is started, it indicates that the fan is started for the first time after the current dehumidification device is powered on, and then the fan is directly controlled to start and operate. And then when the dehumidification equipment stops dehumidifying, firstly stopping the operation of the compressor, stopping the fan after a second preset time, and if the stop operation of the fan is detected, acquiring the fifth environment humidity corresponding to the dehumidification equipment in real time.
And then, judging whether the dehumidifying equipment meets the dehumidifying operation condition currently or not based on the fifth ambient humidity, and if the dehumidifying equipment meets the dehumidifying operation condition currently based on the fifth ambient humidity, returning to the step S101. Specifically, whether the fifth ambient humidity is greater than the preset initial humidity or not is judged, and if the fifth ambient humidity is greater than the preset initial humidity, it is judged that the dehumidifying device currently meets the dehumidifying operation condition.
However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, before step S602, the dehumidification control method further includes:
b, if detecting that the duration of the starting operation of the fan reaches a first preset duration, controlling the compressor to start operation, and acquiring a sixth environment humidity corresponding to the current dehumidification equipment in real time;
and c, if the sixth environment humidity is smaller than the preset dehumidification humidity, stopping a compressor of the dehumidification equipment, and delaying a second preset time to stop the fan.
