The invention relates to the technical field of roller blinds, in particular to a zipper roller blind structure.
Background
The electric wind-proof zipper rolling machine is an electric rolling mechanism which adopts a tubular motor as power, has simple and convenient operation and quiet work, and is widely applied to places such as storefronts, markets, garages and the like.
However, the common zipper roller shutter structure can only be used for vertical lifting, namely, the roller shutter can not be used for horizontal operation of a daylighting roof, cannot be opened from bottom to top, cannot be used for a curtain wall structure with a large inclination angle, cannot be transversely operated left and right, and the like by depending on the weight of a bottom rod at the bottom of the curtain cloth, so that the application range of the product is limited to a great extent.
Meanwhile, because the two sides of the curtain cloth are thicker due to the welding of the zippers, the curtain cloth cannot be completely pulled flat only by the weight of the bottom rod, the existing zipper roller shutter structure cannot be too wide and too high, otherwise the curtain cloth is easy to wrinkle, and especially in the process of lifting the curtain cloth, the curtain cloth is easy to wrinkle and damage.

a torsion spring component is also arranged in the winding drum and comprises a transmission rod, a torsion spring rotating wheel, a torsion spring fixed wheel and a first winding wheel which are sleeved on the transmission rod,
the right end of the transmission rod is rotationally connected with the right mounting plate, the torsional spring rotating wheel is rotationally connected with the left end of the transmission rod, the torsional spring rotating wheel is connected with the inner wall of the winding drum, the torsional spring fixed wheel and the first winding wheel are sequentially and fixedly connected with the right end part of the transmission rod from left to right, the left end and the right end of the torsional spring are respectively connected with the torsional spring fixed wheel and the torsional spring rotating wheel, the first winding wheel is positioned between the right mounting plate and the winding drum,
the left end of the tubular motor is connected with the left mounting plate, a second winding wheel connected with the left end of the tubular motor is arranged between the left mounting plate and the winding drum,
a circulating rope is arranged between the first rolling wheel and the second rolling wheel, two ends of the circulating rope are respectively fixed on the first rolling wheel and the second rolling wheel, and the circulating rope body sequentially penetrates through the right rail assembly, the bottom rod and the left rail assembly from right to left.
By adopting the structure, when the curtain cloth is folded or unfolded, the two ends of the curtain cloth are always pulled by the winding drum and the bottom rod, so that the curtain cloth is ensured to be flat and wrinkle-free in the movement process, and the working stability of the roller shutter is realized. Meanwhile, due to the torsion spring assembly, relative rotation displacement can be formed between the winding drum and the first winding wheel and between the winding drum and the second winding wheel by means of the elasticity of the torsion spring, so that the stroke difference between the curtain cloth and the circulating rope is made up, the problem of blocking is solved, and the curtain cloth or the circulating rope is prevented from being pulled apart.

When the electric rolling shutter is in operation, the circuit control module controls the tubular motor 50 to rotate after the rolling shutter is electrified, so as to drive the rolling drum 4 to rotate synchronously. When the winding drum 4 rotates synchronously with the tubular motor 50, the left end cover 53 connected with the inner wall of the winding drum 4 drives the second winding wheel 54 to rotate synchronously with the tubular motor 50, and the torsion spring rotating wheel 61 connected with the inner wall of the winding drum 4 also rotates synchronously with the tubular motor 50. The torsion spring wheel 61 rotates the first roller 66 fixed on the transmission shaft 60 through the torsion spring 63. Thus, the reel 4 rotates in synchronization with the first reel 66 and the second reel 54.
When the curtain needs to be horizontally unfolded, the tubular motor 50 drives the winding drum 4, the first winding wheel 66 and the second winding wheel 54 to rotate forwards synchronously. During the rotation, the first winding wheel 66 and the second winding wheel 54 continuously wind and wind the circulating rope 12, and as the circulating rope 12 is wound, the bottom rod 10 at the bottom end of the curtain cloth 7 is pulled to drive the curtain cloth 7 to move towards the horizontal direction far away from the housing 1, and meanwhile, the winding drum 4 continuously releases the curtain cloth 7. In the process, the two ends of the curtain cloth 7 are pulled by the winding drum 4 and the bottom rod 10 all the time, so that the curtain cloth 7 is flat and free of wrinkles in the moving process, and the working stability of the roller shutter is realized.
When the curtain cloth needs to be horizontally folded, the tubular motor 50 drives the winding drum 4, the first winding wheel 66 and the second winding wheel 54 to synchronously rotate reversely. During rotation, the first reel 66 and the second reel 54 continuously release the endless rope 12. As the drum 4 is reversed and the circulating rope 12 is released, the bottom bar 10 follows the curtain 7 towards the casing 1 until it is fully retracted. In the process, the two ends of the cord fabric 7 are also pulled by the winding drum 4 and the bottom rod 10 all the time, so that the cord fabric 7 is ensured to be flat and free of wrinkles in the moving process, and the working stability of the roller shutter is realized.
Since the thickness of the cord fabric 7 is smaller than the diameter of the circulating rope 12, during the movement of the cord fabric 7 and the circulating rope 12, the situation that the diameter of the cord fabric roll wound on the winding drum 4 is inconsistent with the diameter of the circulating rope roll wound on the first winding wheel 66 and the second winding wheel 54 inevitably exists, which leads to the situation that the movement stroke of the cord fabric 7 is inconsistent with the movement stroke of the circulating rope 12, so that the problem of transport jam can occur, and the cord fabric 7 or the circulating rope 12 is torn off. In the invention, by arranging the torsion spring assembly 6, the relative rotational displacement between the winding drum 4 and the first winding wheel 66 and the second winding wheel 54 can be formed by means of the elasticity of the torsion spring 63, so that the stroke difference between the curtain cloth 7 and the circulating rope 12 is compensated, the problem of blocking is overcome, and the curtain cloth 7 or the circulating rope 12 is prevented from being torn off.
