The water-based environment-friendly airplane surface dry cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-40% of biodegradable surfactant, 8-20% of composite corrosion inhibitor, 1.5-3.5% of defoaming stabilizer, 1-3% of other additives and the balance of deionized water. The preparation method of the water-based environment-friendly airplane surface dry cleaning agent comprises the following steps: at room temperature, adding deionized water into a stirring kettle, sequentially adding the biodegradable surfactant and the composite corrosion inhibitor, stirring at the speed of 100-. And sequentially adding a defoaming stabilizer and other additives into the obtained uniform solution at room temperature, and stirring at the speed of 50-200r/min for 20-50 minutes to obtain the water-based environment-friendly airplane surface dry cleaning agent. The airplane plays an important role in daily travel and military affairs of people. With the increase of the service life of the airplane, salt fog, dust, oil stain and other dirt can be deposited on the surface of the airplane, so that the appearance of the airplane is influenced, the flying oil consumption is increased, the dirt can be a cause of corrosion greatly, and the safety and the service life of the airplane are reduced. Therefore, it is extremely important to clean the aircraft surfaces regularly.
The current commercially available airplane surface cleaning agent is divided into solvent type and water-based type products, and the water-based type cleaning agent is nonflammable and safe compared with the solvent type cleaning agent, and meets the requirements of environmental protection and sustainable development. However, the conventional water-based cleaning agent consumes a large amount of water during use, and requires a specific cleaning site and a special drainage and sewage treatment facility.
Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a biodegradable water-based environment-friendly aircraft surface cleaning machine, called dry cleaning agent, which has low water consumption in the cleaning process, is convenient to operate and does not need a specific cleaning field, so as to overcome the defects.
Disclosure of Invention
Through research and experiments, the inventor overcomes the defects of the existing product and provides a water-based environment-friendly airplane surface dry cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof. The dry cleaning agent product is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-volatile and biodegradable; the cleaning agent does not contain phosphate, nitrite and chromium salt, is safe and efficient, has no corrosion to a paint film and a base material, has low water consumption for cleaning, is convenient to operate, and only needs to be smeared on the surface of an airplane and then is wiped by a cleaning tool in the using process.
The water-based environment-friendly airplane surface dry cleaning agent provided by the invention comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-40% of biodegradable surfactant, 8-20% of composite corrosion inhibitor, 1.5-3.5% of defoaming stabilizer, 1-3% of other additives and the balance of deionized water.
The biodegradable surfactant is one or more of APG-1216, APG-0810, APG-0814, MEGA-8, MEGA-10, and MEGA-12.
The composite corrosion inhibitor is two or more of sodium silicate, sodium metasilicate, potassium silicate, sodium gluconate, ammonium tartrate, sodium citrate and sodium lignosulfonate.
The defoaming stabilizer is a degradable fatty alcohol polyether defoamer.
The other additive is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate AES or lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate sodium salt SLES.
The deionized water is deionized water with the resistivity of more than 2 megaohms.
The preparation method of the water-based environment-friendly airplane surface dry cleaning agent comprises the following steps:
(1) at room temperature, adding deionized water into a stirring kettle, sequentially adding the biodegradable surfactant and the composite corrosion inhibitor, stirring at the speed of 100-.

The water-based environment-friendly airplane surface dry cleaning agent has the advantages of simple production process, no need of special equipment, biodegradability, safety, no pollution, no need of large-amount water washing in the using process, and no need of specific cleaning sites and special drainage and sewage treatment facilities.
