Claims (2)
1. The intumescent environment-friendly flame-retardant non-vulcanized silicone rubber is characterized by being prepared from the following components in percentage by mass:
polydimethylsiloxane: 30-50 parts;
methyl silicone oil: 1-5 parts;
silane coupling agent: 0.5-1 part;
ammonium polyphosphate: 30-50 parts;
aluminum hydroxide: 20-50 parts;
filling: 15-30 parts;
iron sesquioxide: 0.5-1 part;
and (3) white carbon black precipitation: 1-3 parts.
2. The intumescent environment-friendly flame retardant non-vulcanized silicone rubber as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filler is any one of vermiculite, wollastonite and kaolin.
