1. A rental method, comprising:
acquiring the vehicle state of a target rental vehicle at the current moment;
if the vehicle state is that the target rental vehicle is in an arrearage state, reminding a user of paying, and after updating the current moment, if the target rental vehicle is still in an arrearage state, uploading vehicle information to a platform until the target rental vehicle is in a paying state, wherein if the target rental vehicle is still in an arrearage state when the user restarts, limiting the speed of the target rental vehicle; the vehicle information is the vehicle position information and the user name of the target rental vehicle at the current moment;
if the vehicle state is that the target rental vehicle deviates from the set running track, reminding a user of running according to the set running track, and after updating the current moment, if the target rental vehicle still deviates from the set running track, uploading the vehicle information to a platform until the target rental vehicle runs according to the set running track, wherein if the target rental vehicle still deviates from the set running track when the user restarts, limiting the speed of the target rental vehicle;
and if the vehicle state is that the self-adaptive cruise control power supply signal of the target rental vehicle cannot be acquired, giving an alarm and uploading the vehicle information to a platform.
2. The rental method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the vehicle state is that the data signal of the target rental vehicle cannot be acquired, reminding the user of returning for repair, wherein the data signal is a vehicle starting signal, a GSM signal or a GPS signal.
3. The rental method of claim 1, wherein the speed limit for the target rental vehicle is specifically:
and controlling the output voltage of an accelerator pedal in the target rental vehicle to be within a preset idle speed voltage range.

the track judging module is used for reminding a user of driving according to a set driving track if the vehicle state is that the target rental vehicle deviates from the set driving track, and executing the uploading module until the target rental vehicle drives according to the set driving track if the target rental vehicle still deviates from the set driving track after updating the current moment, wherein the speed of the target rental vehicle is limited if the target rental vehicle still deviates from the set driving track when the user restarts;
the power supply signal judgment module is used for sending an alarm and executing the uploading module if the vehicle state is that the vehicle self-adaptive cruise control power supply signal of the target rental vehicle cannot be obtained;
the uploading module is used for uploading the vehicle information to the platform; the vehicle information is the vehicle position information and the user name of the target rental vehicle at the current moment;
and the speed limiting module is used for limiting the speed of the target rental vehicle.
5. The rental system of claim 4, further comprising: and the power supply module is connected with the main controller of the target rental vehicle.
