III, polymerization: mixing the stretched polyacrylic resin film in the step II with a polypropylene resin film which is not subjected to sand blasting treatment for addition polymerization reaction, and polymerizing the polyacrylic resin on the surface of the polypropylene resin to form a writing surface of the first film layer of the page film;
IV, metering: measuring the required diatomite component according to the thickness of the stretched film layer in the step II, drying and heating to 80 ℃ for 20min, placing in a closed container for cooling, and carrying out 300-mesh vibration screening after the temperature is reduced to 40 ℃; drying the diatomite to remove water in the diatomite so as to maintain the contact effect between the diatomite and each membrane layer in the page membrane and keep the adsorption performance on the writing ink;
v, pressing: adding the diatomite screened in the step IV into a space between a first film layer polymerized in the step III and a second film layer subjected to stretching sand blasting in the step II, controlling the laminating temperature of the first film layer to be in a range of 110-; the first film layer and the second film layer have the best pressing temperature state for the diatomite by adopting different temperatures for the pressed page films and matching different melting point performance parameters of the polyacrylic resin and the polypropylene resin.
When the page film is used, the polyacrylic resin arranged on the first film layer is used for increasing the water adsorption capacity in writing ink, diatomite with larger pore volume is mixed into a polypropylene resin material, the specific gravity of the page film is reduced, the two layers of the first film layer and the second film layer with different specific gravities are arranged in the page film, so that when the structure of the first film layer is damaged in the writing process, water in the ink permeates into the second film layer, the capillary adsorption effect of the ink water on the second film layer is enhanced through the pressed diatomite layer, the drying time after the permeation of the writing ink is further shortened, the structure of the second film layer with lower specific gravity is stabilized, and the trace of the writing ink is quickly dried and shaped; controlling the temperature of acrylic acid below 10 ℃ to mix the acrylic acid in a solid crystal state, heating the acrylic acid in the mixing process to ensure that the acrylic acid and the additive are in a balanced reaction process, and further stabilizing the quality of the prepared polyacrylic resin and maintaining the water absorption performance of the polyacrylic resin on writing ink; acrylic acid is neutralized to control the exothermic speed of the reaction, the temperature is controlled below 30 ℃ to avoid self-polymerization of sodium acrylate monomers neutralized by sodium hydroxide solution at high temperature, carboxyl of amino acid in starch is polymerized into polar groups of polyacrylic resin under the action of initiator ammonium persulfate, the hydrophilic capability to writing ink is enhanced, and dried particles participate in the process of preparing the polypropylene resin, so that the polymerization stability between a first membrane layer and the high-water-absorptivity polyacrylic resin is ensured; the second film layer is subjected to sand blasting treatment, so that the roughness of the smooth surface of the second film layer is increased, the size relation between a sand blasting abrasive and the particle size of diatomite is controlled, the adsorption performance of gaps between the second film layer and the diatomite under the action of water of writing ink is enhanced, the stable state of the first film layer in the book page film after being scratched is ensured by matching with the pressing state between the diatomite and the surface of the sand blasting treated second film layer, and the use performance of the book page film is maintained; acrylic acid is directly coated on each material layer, and the performance of the acrylic acid which belongs to strong organic acid is utilized to show the large granularity of diatomite in the coating on the surface of the film layer, so that the extinction performance of the diatomite is exerted, and the light transmittance of the book page film is recovered.
