Background
The organic matter pollution of the soil means that after toxic and harmful organic substances enter the soil, the quantity and the speed of the toxic and harmful organic substances exceed the speed of the purification effect of the soil, the natural dynamic balance is destroyed, the accumulation process of the pollutants gradually takes advantage, and therefore the natural normal function of the soil is disordered, and the quality of the soil is reduced.
Organic pollution of soil can cause crop yield reduction, for example, calcium superphosphate fertilizer prepared from waste acid containing trichloroacetaldehyde can cause large-area yield reduction of wheat and rice, and can cause pollutants to remain in plants. Organic matters in the soil can also be absorbed by plants and accumulated in a food chain, so that the health of human beings is harmed, biochemical and physiological reactions of the human bodies are influenced, metabolism, development and reproductive functions are influenced, and serious harm can be caused to the intelligence development level of the human beings and damage to a nervous system and an endocrine system. Organic contaminants may promote tumor growth after entering the body, leading to increased incidence of cancer.
The polluted soil is repaired by various methods, mainly including an oxidation method, a leaching method, a multiphase extraction method, a thermal repair method and the like. The thermal remediation method is a widely applied technology, and mainly comprises the steps of heating the contaminated soil to a sufficient temperature in a heating mode, and indirectly enabling pollutants in the soil to reach a high enough temperature so as to be separated from the contaminated soil, thereby achieving the goal of remediation. The microwave heating belongs to one of enhanced thermal remediation, partial polar pollution of soil is a sensitizer of microwaves, the sensitizer can directly absorb the microwaves to volatilize or degrade, meanwhile, due to the existence of polar substances such as water and the like in the soil, the microwaves can synchronously heat the soil, and finally, pollutants in the soil can be effectively treated through volatilization and decomposition, so that the aim of remediation is fulfilled. However, most of the existing microwave heating repair devices directly perform microwave heating treatment on the soil to treat organic pollutants, and have the problems of low organic pollutant removal rate and more residues.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a soil organic matter pollution treatment device, which combines microwave treatment and internal electrolysis, and improves the removal rate of organic matters compared with simple microwave heating treatment.
The soil organic matter pollution treatment device provided by the invention comprises:
the top end of the pretreatment chamber is provided with a feeding hole for contaminated soil and ferromagnetic metal powder to enter, a screen is horizontally arranged in the pretreatment chamber, a first discharging hole is formed in the side wall of the pretreatment chamber and is positioned at the screen, a second discharging hole is formed in the bottom wall of the pretreatment chamber, and a driving piece for driving the pretreatment chamber to vibrate is installed on the outer side of the bottom wall of the pretreatment chamber;
the microwave treatment mechanism is communicated with the pretreatment chamber at the second discharge port and comprises a microwave treatment cavity, a material conveying and conveying piece and a microwave heater, the material conveying and conveying piece is horizontally arranged in the microwave treatment cavity, and an activated carbon layer is arranged on the surface of the material conveying and conveying piece; the microwave heater is arranged in the microwave treatment cavity, a third discharge hole is formed in one side, away from the pretreatment chamber, of the microwave treatment cavity and located at the material conveying piece, and a waste gas treatment device is connected to the top end of the microwave treatment cavity; and
the sludge dryer is communicated with the microwave treatment mechanism through a conveying channel, and a magnet block magnetically attracted with the ferromagnetic metal powder is arranged at the discharge port of the sludge dryer.
Preferably, a discharge pipeline is arranged at the second discharge port, a material guide pipe is communicated with the discharge pipeline, and the other end of the material guide pipe is arranged on the top wall of the microwave treatment cavity.
Preferably, a rubber cushion pad is arranged at the joint of the material guide pipe and the microwave treatment cavity.
Preferably, the conveying channel is internally provided with an auger for pushing the material to move, and the outer wall of the conveying channel is provided with a motor for driving the auger.
Preferably, the driving member is a vibration motor, and the vibration motor is controlled by a frequency converter.
Preferably, the microwave heater is composed of a microwave generator and a waveguide tube, and the microwave generator is communicated with the waveguide tube.

when the device is used, the driving piece is opened, the pretreatment chamber 100 vibrates, contaminated soil and ferromagnetic metal powder are mixed and enter the pretreatment chamber 100 through the feeding hole, the continuously vibrating screen can screen the mixture, the soil and ferromagnetic metal powder in the mixture can leak from the screen, large granular substances such as stones and the like can move to the first discharging hole under the continuous vibration of the screen to be collected, the soil and ferromagnetic metal powder mixture leaking from the screen can fall onto the bottom wall of the pretreatment chamber 100, the mixture further moves to the second discharging hole through the continuous vibration of the bottom wall, then enters the microwave treatment cavity 201 from the second discharging hole, the microwave heater 203 is opened to treat the mixture in the microwave treatment cavity 201, under the microwave radiation, arc light is generated among activated carbon particles on the surface of the material conveying piece 202, the temperature is rapidly raised, and an active center is formed on the surface of the activated carbon in a short time, organic matters adhered to the surface of the activated carbon can be quickly degraded into carbon dioxide and water, under the microwave radiation of the ferromagnetic metal powder, arc light can be generated among iron scrap particles, the temperature is quickly raised to form an active center, and part of the ferromagnetic metal powder can be accumulated on the surface of the activated carbon, so that the activated carbon particles around the active center can quickly reach high temperature, the internal gap of the activated carbon is enlarged, and the activation and regeneration of the activated carbon are promoted, so that the adsorption of the organic matters is further enhanced, and under the existence of the ferromagnetic metal powder, the formation of the active center in a microwave field is more violent, and the organic matters adhered to the surface of the ferromagnetic metal powder can also be degraded; the waste gas generated in the microwave treatment mechanism 200 can enter the waste gas treatment device 204 to continue to be treated; the mixture after the microwave treatment further enters the sludge dryer 400 through a conveying channel, the water is evaporated by the sludge dryer 400, and then falls from the discharge port of the sludge dryer 400, and the ferromagnetic metal powder mixed in the soil can be magnetically attracted by the magnet block at the discharge port; the device combines microwave treatment and internal electrolysis, and effectively improves the removal rate of organic matters; when the microwave treatment is carried out, the thickness of the material on the material conveying piece 202 is not more than 100 mm; in the microwave treatment, a suction device may be connected to the microwave treatment mechanism 200 to maintain a micro-negative pressure state in the microwave treatment chamber 201.

In the above embodiment, the conveying channel is internally provided with the packing auger 302 for pushing the materials to move, the outer wall of the conveying channel is provided with the motor 303 for driving the packing auger 302, and the mixed materials after microwave treatment can be conveyed to the sludge dryer 400 for drying treatment under the action of the packing auger.
In the above embodiment, the driving member is a vibration motor, and the vibration motor is controlled by a frequency converter.
In the above embodiment, the microwave heater is composed of a microwave generator and a waveguide, and the microwave generator is communicated with the waveguide.
The treatment device provided by the embodiment of the invention and the treatment device provided by the embodiment of the invention are respectively used for treating simulated organic soil without adding ferromagnetic metal powder (as a comparative example 1) and a conventional microwave treatment device (with an authorization notice number of CN 208527684U as a comparative example 2), the microwave radiation time is controlled to be 20min, the microwave power is 8kw, and the microwave frequency is 2000 MHz;
wherein, the amounts of the nitrophenol and the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in the simulated organic soil are 236mg/kg and 2.5mg/kg respectively;
the results of the treatment are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the removal rates of the soil organic matter pollution treatment device provided by the embodiment of the present invention to nitrophenol and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in soil are both greater than 90%, which is higher than the removal rates of comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, which indicates that the soil organic matter pollution treatment device provided by the present invention has a better treatment effect on organic matter in soil compared with other devices.
