Description

Cleaning method of sheet degumming agent
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sheet material degumming and cleaning method, in particular to the technical field of sheet material degumming.
Background
The thick sliced sheet has residual viscose glue and resin blocks on the surface, and the removal of such impurities generally adopts the modes of high-temperature water boiling, high-temperature fire baking and the like. The cost of degumming and degumming is relatively high, mainly the cost of electricity consumption, gas consumption (acetylene) and labor cost is high. And the daily treatment yield is small, the possibility of increasing the yield in the traditional mode is low, and the possibility of degumming and degumming on a large scale cannot be realized. And the problem of poor product downloading such as 'missing inspection' also exists in the aspects of degumming quality and subsequent washing treatment.
The existing degumming mode of 'high-temperature water boiling' has the defects that: the method has the advantages that the power consumption is large, the power consumption cost is high, external force is needed to remove surface viscose impurities after degumming, the degumming process needs to be completed by specially-assigned persons, generally 2-4, and the personnel cost is increased. The feasibility of realizing mass production is low.
The existing degumming mode of high-temperature roasting has the following defects: use acetylene or other gas to bake glue repeatedly, make gluey high temperature carbonization, can produce a large amount of flue gases, it is great to personnel's injury to inhale the flue gas to the price of hot gas such as acetylene is higher, can form the scale deposit on silicon material surface again after coming unstuck, need the special messenger to accomplish the cleaing away of scale deposit, but this type of scale deposit can wash the silicon material in later stage and form the defective work in addition, according to the remaining drawback of impurity, generally need 2-4 people to accomplish, personnel's cost increase. The feasibility of realizing mass production is low.
