Abstract
The invention discloses a sheet material degumming and cleaning method, which comprises the following steps: simply arranging and classifying the sheet materials needing degumming; and (3) sorting the sheet materials, degumming and soaking, sealing the sheet materials in the whole soaking process only, waiting for the reaction of the degumming agent and the gum, directly transferring the semi-finished products of the sheet materials after soaking, rinsing and cleaning to an acid cleaning process, and performing the processes of acid cleaning to remove damage, alkali cleaning to remove dirt, and acid cleaning to remove metal impurities to finish the whole cleaning process of the sheet materials. The degumming cleaning agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-99 parts of ethylene glycol, 1-99 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 1-99 parts of formic acid, 1-99 parts of dichloromethane, 1-99 parts of phenol and 1-99 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate. The degumming agent can be used for degumming to realize large-scale treatment, and the advantages of low consumption, less labor consumption, no need of heating, no need of external force and thorough degumming can be realized, thereby realizing the purpose of greatly reducing the processing cost in the degumming process.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a sheet material degumming and cleaning method, in particular to the technical field of sheet material degumming.
Background
The thick sliced sheet has residual viscose glue and resin blocks on the surface, and the removal of such impurities generally adopts the modes of high-temperature water boiling, high-temperature fire baking and the like. The cost of degumming and degumming is relatively high, mainly the cost of electricity consumption, gas consumption (acetylene) and labor cost is high. And the daily treatment yield is small, the possibility of increasing the yield in the traditional mode is low, and the possibility of degumming and degumming on a large scale cannot be realized. The feasibility of realizing mass production is low.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the sheet material degumming and cleaning method comprises the following steps: firstly, simply arranging and classifying the sheet materials needing degumming, and removing interlayer sheets to ensure the integrity of the sheet materials to be treated as much as possible;
step two, the sheet materials are classified to be degummed and soaked, and the degummed and soaked sheet materials are divided into whole pieces and fragments to be soaked independently;
step three, adding 125-grade 135kg degumming cleaning agent into 320kg piece material in the whole piece material degumming process, soaking for 24-36 hours, adding 125-grade 135kg degumming cleaning agent into 260kg piece material in the piece material degumming process, soaking for 24-36 hours, sealing the whole soaking process, waiting for the degumming agent to react with the glue, and not needing to additionally add manual treatment in the process, wherein the degumming cleaning agent can treat two pieces material each time, and the degummed piece material is directly cleaned and rinsed to finish the pretreatment process of the piece material;
step four, directly transferring the semi-finished product of the sheet stock after soaking, rinsing and cleaning to an acid cleaning process, performing the processes of acid cleaning loss removal, alkali cleaning decontamination and acid cleaning metal impurity removal to complete the whole cleaning process of the sheet stock, and sorting to ensure that qualified products are put into storage;
and step five, recycling the scrapped degumming cleaning agent after soaking the sheet materials.
Further preferably, the degumming cleaning agent in the third step comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-99 parts of ethylene glycol, 1-99 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 1-99 parts of formic acid, 1-99 parts of dichloromethane, 1-99 parts of phenol and 1-99 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
Further preferably, the degumming cleaning agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55 parts of ethylene glycol, 50 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 50 parts of formic acid, 50 parts of dichloromethane, 50 parts of phenol and 50 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the degumming agent of the invention can be used at normal temperature without high-temperature treatment; the soaking process of the degumming agent does not need to be operated by a special person, the whole soaking process only needs to be sealed, and the degumming agent is waited to react with the glue, so that the degumming purpose is achieved; when the degumming agent is used for degumming, only 1-2 persons are needed for the initial stacking, sealing and later rinsing processes with clear water, and the whole process of treatment by special persons is not needed, so that the personnel cost is greatly reduced; the degumming agent can be used for degumming to realize large-scale treatment, and the advantages of low consumption, less labor consumption, no need of heating, no need of external force and thorough degumming can be realized, thereby realizing the purpose of greatly reducing the processing cost in the degumming process.

step two, the sheet materials are classified to be degummed and soaked, and the whole sheet is soaked separately;
step three, adding 300kg of sheet materials into 125kg of degumming cleaning agents in the whole sheet material degumming process, wherein the degumming cleaning agents are prepared from the raw materials in parts by weight shown in the table 1, soaking for 24 hours, sealing in the whole soaking process, waiting for the degumming agent to react with the gum, and needing no additional manual treatment in the process, the degumming cleaning agents can treat two wheels of sheet materials each time, and the degummed sheet materials are directly cleaned and rinsed to finish the pretreatment process of the sheet materials;
step four, directly transferring the semi-finished product of the sheet stock after soaking, rinsing and cleaning to an acid cleaning process, performing the processes of acid cleaning loss removal, alkali cleaning decontamination and acid cleaning metal impurity removal to complete the whole cleaning process of the sheet stock, and sorting to ensure that qualified products are put into storage;
and step five, recycling the scrapped degumming cleaning agent after soaking the sheet materials.
Example 2
The whole sheet degumming and cleaning method comprises the following steps: firstly, simply arranging and classifying the sheet materials needing degumming, and removing interlayer sheets to ensure the integrity of the sheet materials to be treated as much as possible;
step two, sorting the sheet materials, degumming and soaking, and soaking the whole sheet materials separately;
step three, adding 125kg of degumming cleaning agent into 300kg of sheet materials in the whole sheet material degumming process, wherein the degumming cleaning agent comprises the raw materials in parts by weight shown in table 1, soaking for 24 hours, sealing the whole soaking process, waiting for the degumming agent to react with the gum, and no additional manual treatment is needed in the process, the degumming cleaning agent can treat two wheels of sheet materials each time, and the degummed sheet materials are directly cleaned and rinsed to finish the pretreatment process of the sheet materials;
and step four, directly transferring the semi-finished product of the sheet stock after soaking, rinsing and cleaning to an acid cleaning process, performing the processes of acid cleaning loss removal, alkali cleaning decontamination and acid cleaning metal impurity removal to complete the whole cleaning process of the sheet stock, and sorting to ensure that qualified products are stored in a warehouse.
And step five, recycling the scrapped degumming cleaning agent after soaking the sheet materials.
The entire piece of the cleaning agent of examples 1 to 2 was examined and analyzed for the degumming effect, which is shown in Table 2.
The degumming cleaning agent added in example 1-2 comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight as shown in table 1:

step four, directly transferring the semi-finished product of the sheet stock after soaking, rinsing and cleaning to an acid cleaning process, performing the processes of acid cleaning loss removal, alkali cleaning decontamination and acid cleaning metal impurity removal to complete the whole cleaning process of the sheet stock, and sorting to ensure that qualified products are put into storage;
and step five, recycling the scrapped degumming cleaning agent after soaking the sheet materials.

The chip sheet cleaning agents of examples 3 to 4 were examined and analyzed for their degumming effects, which are shown in Table 3.
