Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于涂层机技术领域,具体涉及一种导带方式三合一涂层技术涂层机。
背景技术
目前欧洲先进国家的纺织品涂层技术,都是高张力、由大轴送布的方式,来达到对纺织面料的防水、防紫外线,挡阳光PU等的涂层,这种方式的缺点是:需要有拉伸布匹通过,从而产生张力,对弹力布(四面弹)、针织纬编面料都因产生张力而达不到均匀涂层效果。市场上所推的涂层机的适应范围也受限制。
例如中国专利申请号为:201920776869.3,公开了一种涂层机工作位锁紧装置及涂层机,属于涂层机技术领域。涂层机工作位锁紧装置,包括过渡座、锁紧杆、施压机构、受力座和弹性复位件;过渡座用于安装于涂层机的机架上,受力座用于安装到涂层机工作位基础上,锁紧杆竖向设置且可滑动地穿设于过渡座,施压机构用于向锁紧杆的上端施加作用力,以使锁紧杆的下端抵持到受力座上;弹性复位件用于向锁紧杆施加向上的作用力,以使锁紧杆的下端与受力座分离。该涂层机工作位锁紧装置,通过施压机构对锁紧杆施加竖向作用力,锁紧杆与受力座压紧锁紧,锁紧杆与受力座为面接触锁紧,可在设备允许的工作位置浮动误差内有效锁紧;过渡座将锁紧杆与涂层机隔离,锁紧力不对涂层机造成不利影响,但是没有提出一种导带方式三合一涂层技术涂层机。
又如中国专利申请号为:201720767315.8,公开了一种散热效果好的涂层机,包括工作台,所述工作台顶部的两侧均固定连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆的顶部固定连接有涂层机,所述涂层机的表面开设有散热孔,所述涂层机的表面设置有冷凝管,所述冷凝管的内腔设置有冷却液,所述涂层机内腔顶部的两侧均固定连接有固定块,所述固定块的底部固定连接有电机,所述电机的转轴固定连接有扇叶。本实用新型通过散热孔、冷凝管、电机、扇叶、制冷机、第一软管、送风机和第二软管的配合使用,能够高效快速的对涂层机的内部热量进行散热,方便了工作人员对被加工物料的监控,提高了工作效率和良品率,而且大量的热量能够及时的排出延长了机器的使用寿命。同样没有提出一种导带方式三合一涂层技术涂层机。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷空白,本发明提出一种导带方式三合一涂层技术涂层机。
本发明解决问题的技术方案是:
所述的涂层机,包括:布匹、伸缩辊、扩展辊、贴布辊、镍网、磁台、磁棒、支撑辊、刮刀涂层机构、导带、主传动辊、被传动辊、浆管和导辊;布匹经过导辊下方,另一导辊上方设置有伸缩辊,伸缩辊一侧设置有扩展辊,扩展辊一侧设置有贴布辊,贴布辊与被传动辊之间设置有导带,导带通过被传动辊、支撑辊和主传动辊固定,被传动辊与主传动辊之间依次设置有镍网涂层机构和刮刀涂层机构,导带依次贯穿镍网涂层机构和刮刀涂层机构,镍网涂层机构由镍网、磁台、磁棒和浆管构成,镍网内部从上至下依次设置有浆管和磁棒,导带穿设于磁棒与磁台之间。
进一步的,镍网涂层机构还可以由镍网和第一刮刀构成,第一刮刀设置于镍网内部,镍网的下部与导带接触。
进一步的,刮刀涂层机构由第二刮刀、输送浆液管,高度调节装置和托板构成,第二刮刀上部设置有高度调节装置,第二刮刀一侧设置有输送浆液管,另一侧设置有托盘。
进一步的,镍网为可拆卸式镍网。
进一步的,输送浆液管通过软管和供浆泵连接。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明所述的涂层机克服了张力问题,三种功能合一,针织弹力布、梭织弹力布都能够使用的涂层机,突破了传统,有利于一机多用,适用于多种纺织品。
2、本发明所述的涂层机的布匹通过涂层机导辊经伸缩辊将布匹展平,然后经扩开辊将布匹扩开,通过贴布胶辊将展平后的布匹粘贴在由主传动辊和被传动辊支撑及传动的导带上运行。
3、本发明所述的涂层机由镍网、磁台和磁棒组成的镍网涂层机构的磁棒式结构对导带上布匹进行涂层,磁棒将浆液通过镍网的网目及调整磁台的磁力大小进行涂到织物上,同时可调整磁台压力的大小、替换不同的直径的磁棒以及替换不同粗细网目的镍网。
4、本发明所述的涂层机由镍网和第一刮刀组成的镍网涂层机构的刮刀式结构,第一刮刀可调整角度及压力,将浆液通过镍网的网目涂到织物上,同时能够替换不同粗细网目的镍网。
5、本发明所述的涂层机的刮刀涂层机为无介质刮刀结构,第二刮刀可根据拟涂的浆厚薄,通过高度调节装置调整结构,输送浆液管为不锈钢管,由电机驱动在工作范围内往返输送浆液,达到连续输浆的目的。
6、本发明所述的涂层机的托板为固定式支撑弧形台,表面电镀不锈金属,刮涂时稳定,不变形,保证涂层的均匀。

下面结合说明书附图对本发明内容作进一步详细说明。
如图1和图2所示的涂层机,包括:布匹1、伸缩辊2、扩展辊3、贴布辊4、镍网5、磁台6、磁棒7、支撑辊8、刮刀涂层机构9、导带10、主传动辊11、被传动辊12、浆管13和导辊15。布匹1经过导辊15下方,另一导辊15上方设置有伸缩辊2,伸缩辊2一侧设置有扩展辊3,扩展辊3一侧设置有贴布辊4,贴布辊4与被传动辊12之间设置有导带10,导带10通过被传动辊12、支撑辊8和主传动辊11固定,被传动辊12与主传动辊11之间依次设置有镍网涂层机构和刮刀涂层机构9,导带10依次贯穿镍网涂层机构和刮刀涂层机构9,镍网涂层机构由镍网5、磁台6、磁棒7和浆管13构成,镍网5内部从上至下依次设置有浆管13和磁棒7,磁棒7与磁台6之间有导带10穿过。
进一步的,如图3所示,镍网涂层机构还可以由镍网5和第一刮刀14构成,第一刮刀14设置于镍网5内部,镍网5的下部与导带10接触。
进一步的,如图1所示,刮刀涂层机构9由第二刮刀901、输送浆液管902,高度调节装置903和托板904构成,第二刮刀901上部设置有高度调节装置903,第二刮刀901一侧设置有输送浆液管902,另一侧设置有托盘904。
进一步的,镍网5为可拆卸式镍网。
进一步的,输送浆液管902通过软管和供浆泵(图中均未示出)连接。

1.一种导带方式三合一涂层技术涂层机,其特征在于,包括:布匹、伸缩辊、扩展辊、贴布辊、镍网、磁台、磁棒、支撑辊、刮刀涂层机构、导带、主传动辊、被传动辊、浆管和导辊;布匹经过导辊下方,另一导辊上方设置有伸缩辊,伸缩辊一侧设置有扩展辊,扩展辊一侧设置有贴布辊,贴布辊与被传动辊之间设置有导带,导带通过被传动辊、支撑辊和主传动辊固定,被传动辊与主传动辊之间依次设置有镍网涂层机构和刮刀涂层机构,导带依次贯穿镍网涂层机构和刮刀涂层机构,镍网涂层机构由镍网、磁台、磁棒和浆管构成,镍网内部从上至下依次设置有浆管和磁棒,磁棒与磁台之间有导带穿过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导带方式三合一涂层技术涂层机,其特征在于,镍网涂层机构还可以由镍网和第一刮刀构成,第一刮刀设置于镍网内部,镍网的下部与导带接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导带方式三合一涂层技术涂层机,其特征在于,刮刀涂层机构由第二刮刀、输送浆液管,高度调节装置和托板构成,第二刮刀上部设置有高度调节装置,第二刮刀一侧设置有输送浆液管,另一侧设置有托盘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的导带方式三合一涂层技术涂层机,其特征在于,镍网为可拆卸式镍网。
5.根据权利要求1所述的导带方式三合一涂层技术涂层机,其特征在于,输送浆液管与外部的软管和供浆泵连接。
