Preferably, in the present embodiment, the silicone lip 4 is formed on the supporting portion 11 by an encapsulation process. The rubber coating process can simultaneously realize the molding of the silica gel lip 4, the connection of the silica gel lip 4 and the supporting part 11 and the sealing of the supporting part 11 and the connecting seam of the covering shell 2 at one end with a large caliber, does not need to use an adhesive or a fastener, and has simple structure, convenient molding and tight matching. In other embodiments, the silicone lip 4 may be fixed on the supporting portion 11 by injection molding and then by bonding, which is not limited herein.
Preferably, the cross-section of the silicone lip 4 is elliptical, as shown in fig. 2. The mother breast is not a standard spherical shape in general, and the silicone lip 4 is designed to be oval, so that the angle of the breast shield can be adjusted during breast pumping, the breast shield can be better attached to the breast, the breast shield does not need to be pressed to be attached to the breast, and breast pumping can be carried out more effectively and comfortably.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the edge of the elliptical silicone lip 4 is concave inward and is arc-shaped along the long axis direction of the silicone lip 4. The edge of the silica gel lip 4 is arc-shaped, so that the fit degree of the silica gel lip 4 and the breast can be further improved, and more comfortable breast pumping is facilitated.

Claims (10)

1. A breastshield, comprising:
the cover comprises a cover body (1) and a cover body, wherein the cover body comprises a trumpet-shaped supporting part (11) and an installation part (12) connected to one end of the supporting part (11) with a small caliber;
the covering shell (2) is sleeved outside the supporting part (11) and forms an annular accommodating cavity with the cover body (1);
the self-heating layer (3) is filled in the annular accommodating cavity, and the self-heating layer (3) comprises tourmaline;
the silica gel lip (4) is connected to the large-caliber end of the supporting part (11), and the silica gel lip (4) is configured to be attached to the breast.
2. The breastshield according to claim 1, wherein the self-heating layer (3) further comprises vermiculite powder and iron powder, and the mass fraction ratio of the tourmaline, the vermiculite powder and the iron powder is 1: 1: 1.
3. the breastshield according to claim 1, wherein the self-heating layer (3) further comprises a vinegar powder and an iron powder, and the mass fraction ratio of the tourmaline, the vinegar powder and the iron powder is 1: 1: 1.
4. the breastshield according to any of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said silicone lip (4) comprises, in sequence, in the axial direction of said support (11):
a contact portion (41) for fitting to the breast;
a connecting portion (42) connected to the support portion (11), the connecting portion (42) sealing at least one connecting seam of the cover case (2) and the cover body (1).
5. Breast shield according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the silicone lip (4) is formed on the support part (11) by an encapsulation process.
6. The breastshield according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the cross section of the silicone lip (4) is oval;
and along the long axis direction of the silica gel lip (4), the edge of the silica gel lip (4) is inwards concave to form an arc shape.

The breastshield according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the small-caliber end of the support portion (11) is provided with a first clamping groove (111), the small-caliber end of the cover shell (2) is provided with a first protruding portion (21) and a second protruding portion (22), the small-caliber end of the cover shell (2) is clamped in the first clamping groove (111), and the first protruding portion (21) and the second protruding portion (22) are respectively abutted against two side walls oppositely arranged in the first clamping groove (111);
the one end of the heavy-calibre of supporting part (11) is provided with second draw-in groove (112), the one end of the heavy-calibre that covers casing (2) is provided with third bellying (23), third bellying (23) joint in second draw-in groove (112).
8. A breast pump comprising a breastshield according to any of claims 1-7.
9. The breastpump of claim 8 further comprising a negative pressure generating assembly, a bottle body and a three-way element, said negative pressure generating assembly, said bottle body and said breastshield being in communication with three openings of said three-way element, respectively.
10. The breastpump of claim 9 wherein said breastpump comprises a plurality of said breastshields, said silicone lips (4) of each of said breastshields being of a different size, a plurality of said breastshields being selectively connectable to said tee.
