Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples.
The embodiment of the invention provides a patch containing coffee powder, which comprises an impermeable layer, an effect coating and an anti-sticking layer which are coated and attached from bottom to top, wherein the effect coating comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3-50% of coffee powder and 50-97% of viscose.
Wherein, the functional coating uses coffee powder as main refreshing substance and viscose as viscose base material. Specifically, caffeine, which plays a major refreshing role in coffee powder, can permeate into the blood circulation system through the skin surface in addition to being taken orally, and plays a refreshing role. When the coffee powder and the viscose are uniformly mixed, the caffeine in the coffee powder can be dissolved into the viscose, when the patch is used, the caffeine dissolved into the viscose can permeate into blood from the surface of skin, and is firstly combined with a receptor of adenosine after blood circulation, so that the body can not feel fatigue, the central nerve can be excited, and the refreshing effect is achieved. Moreover, when the coffee powder is attached to the skin, the user can be pleased with the strong aroma emitted from the coffee powder, which is helpful for alleviating the state of the user's mental fatigue. In addition, the viscose serving as the viscose base material and the coffee powder form an effect coating together, and the viscose mainly has the function of endowing the effect coating containing the coffee powder with an adhesion function, so that the patch containing the coffee powder can be more conveniently applied to various occasions, and is more suitable for people.
The functional coating also comprises auxiliary components, wherein the auxiliary components comprise one or more of 0.5-5% of mint, 0.5-3% of nicotine and 0.5-4% of camphor by mass fraction. Specifically, the mint is an aromatic crop with special economic value, has cool smell, can play a certain stimulation role to a user, and has a refreshing effect, when the mint is externally applied, menthol in the mint can firstly contact with the skin, and then the menthol which is very volatile can take away part of heat to enable the skin to have a cool feeling, so that the user feels tired by locally stimulating the skin. On the other hand, substances in the mint can stimulate central nerves through blood circulation after being taken into skin, and play an effective role in boosting and refreshing. In the embodiment of the invention, the mint materials comprise mint leaves, mint oil, menthol and other materials. The main purpose of nicotine is to provide a user with no desire to smoke for a period of time while also providing fatigue relief. In particular, when a person smoking is listened to, smoking is often the choice for refreshment due to the action of nicotine in the cigarette. However, if both hands are occupied or smoking is inconvenient at this time, the use of the patch can effectively solve the problem of burnout, and the user is not sleepy during the period in which the patch is in operation, and also does not have a clear desire to smoke during the period in which the user is in use. This is mainly because the small amount of nicotine in the product can permeate into the body through the skin to replace the nicotine in cigarette, and is very suitable for people smoking or quitting smoking. When the camphor is locally applied to the skin externally, the camphor has mild stimulation effect on the skin, can generate cool feeling similar to mint, can excite the central nervous system, and further assists the main refreshing substance to show better refreshing effect. Besides, camphor has the efficacy of relieving itching and easing pain. When a problem occurs in the skin of a user, such as itching or pain feeling, the user can also use the patch for refreshing, and also appropriately relieve the problems of itching and pain. It is noted that camphor is easily absorbed through the skin, so that the speed of refreshing the patch can be increased, a user can be excited more quickly, sleepiness disappears, and the effect is better.
In the embodiment of the invention, the efficacy coating also comprises one or more of 0.5-5% of tea powder or tea extract, 0.1-2% of bisabolol and 0.1-2% of methyl salicylate according to the mass fraction. Tea leaves are another source of caffeine, and the embodiment of the invention selects tea leaf powder and tea leaf extract to further supplement the content of caffeine and further help to achieve a quick and effective refreshing effect. And when the tea powder and the tea extract are used in the external use, the tea powder and the tea extract have the effects of helping refreshing, relieving pain, diminishing inflammation and repairing damaged skin. The fact shows that the patch containing the coffee powder is also suitable for people with diseases or scars on the surface of the skin, and the applicable people are wider. The bisabolol is a component existing in chamomile, and has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities. The coffee powder patch added with bisabolol can protect and care the skin of a user to a certain extent, has an anti-allergy effect, and is suitable for people with sensitive skin. Methyl salicylate, also known as methyl o-hydroxybenzoate, has a wintergreen oil aroma and is often found in apple juice, strawberry juice and essential oils. When the methyl salicylate is externally applied to the skin, the methyl salicylate not only has a certain anti-inflammatory effect, but also has the effects of expanding skin blood vessels and promoting local blood circulation, so that the refreshing substance in the product patch can be quickly absorbed into the skin, and the refreshing effect can be quickly realized. In addition, methyl salicylate can impart fragrance to the patch, make the taste of the product pleasant, and help to relieve fatigue of the user.
In the embodiment, the efficacy coating also comprises 1-6% of penetration enhancer, 1-14% of dispersant and 1-5% of dissolving agent in percentage by mass. The proper amount of penetration enhancer is added into the patch to promote the refreshing substance to rapidly and efficiently permeate into the skin, so that the sleepiness of a user can be rapidly eliminated, and the spirit can be restored. In addition, the permeation quantity of the refreshing substance on the skin can be increased, the nerve stimulating effect is improved, and the refreshing effect is better. In the examples of the present invention, azone was selected as the penetration enhancer. The azone can further promote the skin to absorb and utilize the refreshing substance, and has good permeation effect. In other embodiments, one or more of isosorbide dimethyl ether, N-alkyl benzisothiazolone and inositol can be optionally added to achieve the effect of promoting the permeation of the refreshing substance into the skin, and the refreshing effect can be promoted. The main function of the dispersing agent is to ensure that the coffee powder is more uniformly dispersed in the viscose, so that the prepared patch has uniform quality. The dissolving agent can dissolve more caffeine in coffee powder, tea powder or tea extract into viscose, and increase caffeine content in viscose, thereby increasing caffeine permeation amount in skin, shortening indirect permeation path of caffeine from source substance into skin, and better and faster achieving refreshing effect. In addition, in the embodiment, the efficacy coating also comprises 0.1-1% of perfume in mass fraction. The fragrance may provide a pleasant sensation, and when different fragrances are added, the patch has different tastes, which allows the patch to be presented in multiple types, to cater to different users' preferences. For example, floral and fruity fragrances may be selected.
In this embodiment, the adhesive solution includes one of a polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive, a polyurethane pressure-sensitive adhesive, or a medical silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive. The polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive has the advantages of wide raw material source, excellent adhesion, strong weather resistance, no phase separation and migration phenomena, no color and safety. When the polyacrylate is selected as the viscose base material, the prepared patch is not influenced by seasons due to the excellent performance of the polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive, is easy to transport and store, does not need to take extra protection measures to transport and store products, and saves the input cost. When the polyurethane pressure-sensitive adhesive is used as a viscose base material, the polyurethane pressure-sensitive adhesive has excellent impact resistance, wear resistance and low temperature resistance and has no stimulation to skin, so that the patch is not easy to lose adhesion caused by the influence of sudden factors, such as collision, bending or abrasion. Moreover, such a viscose base material would also have excellent low temperature resistance, thereby making the ground coffee-containing patch suitable for use in lower temperature situations, such as in the winter, north and field where the temperature is lower. And the polyurethane pressure-sensitive adhesive has strong cohesive force, and can form a stable adhesive layer through crosslinking when the polyurethane pressure-sensitive adhesive is thermally cured, so that the storage life of the patch is prolonged. The medical organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive has good biocompatibility, no stimulation to skin, no skin allergy and good stability. When the medical organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive is selected as the viscose base material, the refreshing substance can better mutually permeate with the viscose base material, the refreshing effect is good, and the side effect is avoided. It should be noted that the adhesive base material provided by the embodiment of the invention is suitable for occasions where the adhesive is usually pasted and peeled off, does not bring pain to the skin when being peeled off, causes skin damage, is convenient to use, does not damage the skin, and has a good effect. In addition, the viscose also contains 1-6% of terpene resin and/or 5-10% of polyvinylpyrrolidone by mass. The terpene resin has good compatibility with the adhesive base material and high stability, and can further improve the performance of the adhesive layer. Moreover, the terpene resin has good oxidation resistance, so that the adhesive layer is not easy to age, and the shelf life of the patch is prolonged. The polyvinylpyrrolidone has excellent biological inertia and biocompatibility, does not stimulate the skin, does not cause anaphylactic reaction, has better oxidation resistance, avoids the effect coating from being easy to age, and has short quality guarantee time. In addition, the polyvinylpyrrolidone can control the release of the refreshing substance, prolong the action time of the refreshing substance, keep the nerve excitation state of a user for a long time, improve the working efficiency, avoid the lassitude and irrecoverable errors of the user, particularly have more remarkable effect on long-distance drivers and avoid accidents caused by the errors.
In this embodiment, the barrier layer is one of a PET polyester film, a polyurethane film, or a nonwoven fabric. One side of the impermeable layer is coated with the attaching effect coating, the other side of the impermeable layer is non-adhesive, and the impermeable layer can effectively prevent the effect coating from penetrating into the other side so as to avoid the phenomenon of inconvenience and clothes pollution caused by the adhesion of the patch to the clothes. Among them, a PET polyester film is selected as a barrier layer of the patch due to its excellent waterproof and permeation-proof properties. And because of good mechanical property, toughness, friction resistance, puncture resistance, high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance, the patch containing the coffee powder also has good performance advantage. In addition, the PET polyester film also has good fragrance retention, antistatic property and recyclability, so that on one hand, the pleasant fragrance of the patch containing the coffee powder can be retained for a long time, is not easy to dissipate, and has good recycling performance, and on the other hand, when a user uses the patch in a dry environment, the strong electrostatic action generated by friction between the patch and clothes can be effectively prevented. The polyurethane film has excellent waterproof effect, air permeability and antibacterial function, good extensibility and is a preferred object of the impermeable layer. The non-woven fabric has the characteristics of good waterproof and moisture-permeable performance, softness, low price, no stimulation to skin, recyclability, easy degradation and environmental friendliness. When the non-woven fabric is selected as the impervious layer of the patch, the service life and the quality guarantee period of the patch are longer.
In this embodiment, the anti-sticking layer is a release film. When the release film is attached to the effect coating, the release film not only plays a certain role in isolating and protecting the effect coating, so that the effect coating on the patch is not easily polluted by the environment during transportation and storage, and further the use value is lost. And the release film also has the characteristic of easy stripping, namely when a user wants to use the patch, the release film on the functional coating is directly stripped, and the patch can be instantly stuck to the skin for use, and is convenient and quick. In other embodiments, release paper can be selected, and the same effects of isolation protection and easy peeling can be achieved.
The invention provides a preparation method of a patch containing coffee powder, which mainly comprises the following steps:
mixing coffee powder and viscose to obtain coffee powder mixture. The raw material coffee bean can also be selected, then the coffee bean is crushed and ground, and is mixed with the viscose after being processed into coffee powder. In this case, an auxiliary component, an anti-inflammatory component, a penetration enhancer, a dispersant, a dissolving agent and a perfume may be added thereto and mixed uniformly. The substances and the viscose can be mutually permeated and uniformly distributed, and the phenomenon of uneven quality of finished products of the patch is avoided. In this example, the dispersing apparatus was a high speed stirrer.
Then coating the coffee powder mixture on the impermeable layer for drying at 60-100 deg.C for 20-60 min. Under the operating condition, the coffee powder mixture containing the viscose can be subjected to cross-linking curing reaction to form a viscose layer with higher stability, so that the patch is not only favorable for storage and transportation, but also the viscose layer in the patch is free from glue overflow and is convenient to use. In addition, the viscosity of the adhesive layer can be effectively controlled through the temperature and the drying time, so that the condition that the viscosity of the adhesive layer is too low or too high is avoided. For example, when the drying temperature is low and the drying time is insufficient, the viscosity of the adhesive layer of the patch is too high, so that the fluidity of the adhesive part is too strong, the adhesive part easily overflows out of the anti-seepage layer, clothes are polluted, and the patch is inconvenient to use. On the contrary, when the viscosity is too low, the patch is easily peeled off from the skin surface, and the use value is lost. Then compounding the anti-sticking layer on the anti-sticking layer to prepare the patch containing the coffee powder. The prepared patch finished product has clean appearance, no glue overflow and convenient use.
