Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of follicle detection, and discloses a reproductive follicle detector which comprises a detector main body and a detection part; the detector main body comprises a control module, an image processing module and a wireless module; the detection part is connected with the detector main body and is provided with an ultrasonic probe for acquiring a genital follicle ultrasonic image; cutting and masking the reproductive follicle ultrasonic image through an image processing module; the detector main body is wirelessly connected with external equipment through a wireless module, and the detected reproductive follicle ultrasonic image is displayed through the external equipment; during detection, the detection part is stretched into the female vagina, the position of the reproductive follicle is detected by the ultrasonic detection head, the reproductive follicle ultrasonic image is obtained, the detector main body is connected with external equipment through the wireless module, the reproductive follicle ultrasonic image can be displayed, observation is convenient, the image processing module is responsible for cutting and masking the image, interference of other irrelevant information influencing inspection is eliminated, and inspection is more accurate.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of follicle detection, in particular to a reproductive follicle detector.
Background
The reproductive follicle detection plays a great role in prepotency, and corresponding guidance is performed by detecting the development condition of the reproductive follicle, particularly for infertility patients, whether ovulation is normal or not is often required to be known, and if ovulation is obstructed, follicle detection is required to be performed during drug treatment, and follicular development is monitored so as to guide clinical medication, guide life, artificial fertilization and follicular puncture.
At present, doctors need to measure the sizes of a plurality of follicles simultaneously in departments of reproductive department, gynecology and the like, in the existing detection, a user is usually required to do B-ultrasound to check the image of the reproductive follicles, if the user wants to continuously check the growth process of the reproductive follicles, the user needs to do B-ultrasound for a plurality of times, the price is high, and the user is not convenient to check the image of the reproductive follicles at any time.

When the reproductive follicle is detected, whether the number, the size, the shape and the boundary of the reproductive follicle are clear or not is required to be detected, and the like, the reproductive follicle detector provided by the invention comprises a detector main body 10 and a detection part 20, wherein the detector main body 10 is connected with a detector, an ultrasonic detection head 16 is arranged in the detection part 20, and when the reproductive follicle detector is used, the detection part 20 is inserted from a female vagina, the position of the reproductive follicle is detected through the ultrasonic detection head 16, and an ultrasonic image of the reproductive follicle is acquired; the detector main body 10 comprises a control module 11, an image processing module 18 and a wireless module 17, the ultrasonic probe 16, the image processing module 18 and the wireless module 17 are respectively electrically connected with the control module 11, and the detector main body 10 is electrically connected with external equipment through the wireless module 17, so that images can be conveniently checked; the genital follicle ultrasonic image is displayed through external equipment, and the external equipment such as a display, a mobile phone, a computer and the like which can be used for displaying can be connected at any time to carry out detection at any time.
The image processing module 18 cuts and masks the collected reproductive follicular ultrasound image, so as to obtain an effective atlas, and after the effective atlas is cut and masked, interference of other irrelevant information is eliminated, thereby facilitating subsequent analysis of the reproductive follicular ultrasound image.
When the reproductive follicle detector is used for detection, the detection part 20 is inserted into a female vagina, the position of a reproductive follicle is detected by the ultrasonic detection head 16, a reproductive follicle ultrasonic image is obtained, the detector main body 10 is connected with external equipment through the wireless module 17, the reproductive follicle ultrasonic image can be displayed for a user to observe, when the user needs to detect, the detection can be carried out automatically, and the reproductive follicle image can be observed at any time through detection; in addition, the image processing module 18 is responsible for performing cropping and masking processing on the acquired genital follicle ultrasound image, so as to eliminate interference of other irrelevant information affecting the examination, thereby ensuring that the user can watch the examination more accurately.
The main body 10 of the detector comprises a volume calculating module 14, and the volume of the reproductive follicle is calculated through the volume calculating module 14 so as to drive whether the size of the reproductive follicle is within a normal range or not.
Further, the genital follicle analyzer comprises a segmentation module 13, and the genital follicle ultrasound image is segmented by the segmentation module 13 to determine the average diameter of the genital follicle.
Further, the main body 10 of the detecting apparatus includes a determining module 12, and the determining module 12 determines whether the image obtained by the ultrasonic probe 16 has a reproductive follicle, wherein the mature follicle is characterized in that the follicle is circular or elliptical, the diameter of the follicle reaches 15-30mm (21.2 + -0.53 mm), the follicle is a non-echo region, and the follicle is clear and pure, has a clear boundary and a thin wall, so that the determining module 12 can rapidly determine whether the obtained image has the reproductive follicle according to the characteristic of the mature follicle, thereby facilitating the rapid and accurate positioning of the user.

The detecting part 20 comprises a connecting section 21 and a bending section 22, one end of the connecting section 21 is rotatably connected with the detector main body 10, the connecting section 21 extends towards the direction of the detector main body 10 to form a connecting part, a concave connecting ring is formed on the connecting part in a concave manner, a convex connecting ring is formed on the inner wall of the detector main body 10 in a convex manner, the connecting part is embedded into the detector main body 10, and the convex connecting ring is embedded into the concave connecting ring, so that the connecting section 21 is connected with the detector main body 10; the other end of the connecting section 21 is connected with the bending section 22, one side of the bending section 22 can be connected with one side of the other end of the connecting section 21 in a bending way to form a bending connecting part 26, the bending part can be made of a bendable material, and one side of the bending section 22 can also be hinged with one side of the other end of the connecting section 21; and the other side of the bending section 22 is connected to the other side of the other end of the connecting section 21 by a folding portion 24, and the folding portion 24 is retractable, so that when the bending section 22 is bent toward one side of the bending connection portion 26, the folding portion 24 is stretched to ensure smooth bending of the bending section 22, and when the bending section 22 is in an unfolded state, the folding portion 24 is in a folded state.

the detection part comprises a connecting section and a bending section, one end of the connecting section is rotatably connected with the detector main body, and the connecting section extends towards the direction of the detector main body to form a connecting part; the other end of the connecting section is connected with the bending section, and one side of the bending section can be connected with one side of the other end of the connecting section in a bending mode to form a bending connecting part; the other side of the bending section is connected with the other side of the other end of the connecting section through a folding part, and the folding part can stretch;
the detector main body is provided with a limiting piece, and the end part of the limiting piece extends towards the direction of the connecting section and extends to the bent connecting part; when the limiting piece is right opposite to the bending connecting part, the bending section is in a state of being incapable of being bent, the connecting section is rotated, the limiting piece and the bending connecting part are staggered, and the bending section can be bent.
