As shown in fig. 1, the cabinet 20 of the embodiment of the present invention includes an equipment main body 22 and a first slide rail mechanism 24, and preferably, a second slide rail mechanism 26. In this embodiment, the cabinet 20 is an oven, and the apparatus main body 22 is an oven case, but the embodiment is not limited thereto.
The apparatus main body 22 includes a first wall W1 and a second wall W2. Preferably, the first wall W1 and the second wall W2 are walls on two corresponding sides of the apparatus main body 22, and a space S is defined between the first wall W1 and the second wall W2 for accommodating a load 28. In this embodiment, the carrying object 28 is, for example, a grill or a baking tray, but the implementation is not limited thereto. Preferably, the apparatus body 22 further includes a top wall W3, a bottom wall W4 and a rear wall W5; the top wall W3 is connected between the first wall W1 and the upper part of the second wall W2; the bottom wall W4 is connected between the lower portions of the first wall W1 and the second wall W2; the rear wall W5 is connected between the rear portions of the first and second walls W1 and W2. The first wall W1, the second wall W2, the top wall W3, the bottom wall W4 and the rear wall W5 define the space S.
The first slide mechanism 24 and the second slide mechanism 26 have substantially the same structural configuration. For the first slide mechanism 24, the first slide mechanism 24 includes a support rail 30, and preferably, a movable rail 32 capable of longitudinally moving relative to the support rail 30. Wherein the support rail 30 is arranged at the first wall W1 of the apparatus body 22; on the other hand, the movable rail 32 is used to support the carrying object 28, for example, the carrying object 28 is connected to the movable rail 32 through a mounting portion 28a (the mounting portion 28a and the movable rail 32 are visible as an integral body), so that the carrying object 28 can be pulled out of the space S of the apparatus main body 22 or be retracted into the space S from the outside of the space S relative to the first slide rail mechanism 24 by means of the movable rail 32. The mounting portion 28a and the movable rail 32 have a first mounting feature M1 and a second mounting feature M2 that can be connected to each other, and the first mounting feature M1 and the second mounting feature M2 can be detachably connected by fastening, snapping, or screwing, and the first mounting feature M1 and the second mounting feature M2 are, for example, but not limited to, a protrusion and a hole (groove) that are fastened to each other and/or a snap-fit. Preferably, the cabinet 20 further includes a supporting rod 33 connected between (the supporting rail 30 of) the second sliding rail mechanism 26 and (the supporting rail 30 of) the first sliding rail mechanism 24, and the supporting rod 33 can be used to, for example, improve the stability of the second sliding rail mechanism 26 and the first sliding rail mechanism 24 mounted on the device body 22, or improve the structural strength or the supporting strength of the second sliding rail mechanism 26 and the first sliding rail mechanism 24.
As shown in fig. 2, the top wall W3 of the apparatus main body 22 is omitted from illustration. The carrying object 28 can be pulled out of the space S of the main body 22 relative to the first sliding rail mechanism 24 by the movable rail 32. Preferably, the first slide mechanism 24 further includes a middle rail 31 movably installed between the movable rail 32 and the supporting rail 30 for extending the displacement stroke of the movable rail 32 relative to the supporting rail 30.
As shown in fig. 3, the top wall W3, the first slide rail mechanism 24, the second slide rail mechanism 26 and the carrier 28 of the apparatus main body 22 are omitted from illustration. Further, one of the first wall W1 and the second wall W2 of the apparatus body 22 is arranged with a plurality of identical and spaced first guide paths 34, and the other one of the first wall W1 and the second wall W2 is arranged with a plurality of identical and spaced second guide paths 36, and the structural configuration of each second guide path 36 and each first guide path 34 is substantially the same. Here, the first guide paths 34 are convex strips protruding from the first wall W1 toward the second wall W2, and the second guide paths 36 are convex strips protruding from the second wall W2 toward the first wall W1, but the embodiment is not limited thereto. Each first guide path 34 has a front end 34a, a rear end 34b, and a stop feature 34c between the front end 34a and the rear end 34b, and preferably further includes a longitudinal support section 34d between the rear end 34b and the stop feature 34 c. The blocking feature 34c has a first side L1 and a second side L2 opposite the first side L1. Further, the support rail 30 of the first slide rail mechanism 24 may be supported at the longitudinal support section 34d of one of each two first guide paths 34 or between each two first guide paths 34 (similarly, the support rail 30 of the second slide rail mechanism 26 may be supported at the longitudinal support section 34d of one of each two second guide paths 36 or between each two second guide paths 36).
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first slide rail mechanism 24 and the second slide rail mechanism 26 are disposed on two sides of the carrier 28, and the structural configurations of the first slide rail mechanism 24 and the second slide rail mechanism 26 are substantially the same. Taking the first slide rail mechanism 24 as an example, the first slide rail mechanism 24 includes a support rail 30. The first slide mechanism 24 further includes a bracket 35 connected to the support rail 30, wherein the support rail 30 and the bracket 35 form a slide assembly. Herein, the bracket 35 is connected to the support rail 30 through at least one first connecting member (e.g., a first connecting member 38a and a second connecting member 38 b); alternatively, in other alternative embodiments, the bracket 35 may be integral to the support rail 30, and thus, the support rail 30 or bracket 35 referred to below may be considered the same component. Further, the first slide mechanism 24 further includes a stopper Km, and the stopper Km can be operated by a user to move relative to the support rail 30 (or the bracket 35) of the first slide mechanism 24.
Preferably, the first slide mechanism 24 further comprises an operating member 42 for operatively connecting the stopper Km, for example, to drive the stopper Km to move in a linear displacement manner.
Preferably, the support rail 30 (or bracket 35) has a stop feature 41. In the present embodiment, the bracket 35 is provided with a limiting feature 41, such as a long hole (or an elongated slot) with a boundary, to communicate with both sides of the bracket 35, and the stopper Km is disposed through a portion of the limiting feature 41 to be movable within a limited range. Wherein, the direction of the position-limiting feature 41 is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal length direction of the support rail 30.
Preferably, the operating element 42 has a main body 42a and an operating portion 42b bent (for example, but not limited to, bent perpendicularly) relative to the main body 42a, and the stopper Km is connected to the main body 42a, wherein the operating portion 42b of the operating element 42 is located above the bracket 35 for the user to operate.
Preferably, the first sliding rail mechanism 24 further includes an elastic member 43 for providing an elastic force to the operating member 42, so that the operating member 42 can keep the stopper Km at a first position X1 by the elastic force of the elastic member 43. Herein, the elastic member 43 has a first elastic end 43a and a second elastic end 43b, wherein the first elastic end 43a is connected to the supporting rail 30 (or the bracket 35) through a mounting member 45, and the second elastic end 43b elastically loads the operating member 42.
Preferably, the first slide mechanism 24 further includes a first stopper K1 and a second stopper K2 arranged on the supporting rail 30 (or the bracket 35). In the embodiment, the first stopper K1 and the second stopper K2 are disposed on the bracket 35, but not limited thereto. Wherein the first stopper K1 is located adjacent to a first end E1 (such as the front end, but not limited to) of the support rail 30 (or the bracket 35); the second stop K2 is located adjacent to a second end E2 (e.g., rear end, but not limited to) of the support rail 30 (or bracket 35); the stopper Km is located between the first stopper K1 and the second stopper K2.
As shown in fig. 6, a user can apply a force F to the operating portion 42b of the operating member 42 to operate the stopper Km to move from the first position X1 to a second position X2 relative to the supporting rail 30. At this time, the elastic member 43 is in a state of accumulating an elastic force. Once the user stops applying the force F, the operating member 42 is released in response to the elastic force to drive the stopper Km to return to the first position X1.
As shown in fig. 7, a plurality of pairs of the first slide mechanism 24 and the second slide mechanism 26 (not shown) can be used to carry a carrier 28. Take the upper set of the first slide rail mechanism 24 and the second slide rail mechanism 26 (not shown) in fig. 7 as an example (wherein, since the structural configuration of the second slide rail mechanism 26 and the first slide rail mechanism 24 is substantially the same, only the first slide rail mechanism 24 will be described below). In addition, the support rail 30 of the first slide rail mechanism 24 can be supported on the longitudinal support section 34d of one of the two first guide paths 34, and the support rail 30 (or the bracket 35) is located between the two first guide paths 34. It should be noted that, in an alternative embodiment, if only one first guide path 34 is arranged on the first wall W1 of the apparatus main body 22 (i.e. the first wall W1 of the apparatus main body 22 is not provided with a plurality of first guide paths 34), the support rail 30 of the first slide mechanism 24 can be supported on a longitudinal support section of the first wall W1 of the apparatus main body 22, and the longitudinal support section can also replace the longitudinal support section 34d of one of the two first guide paths 34, and therefore, the implementation is not limited.
Further, the first slide mechanism 24 and the second slide mechanism 26 (not shown) are located at a first predetermined position P1 relative to the apparatus main body 22. When the stopper Km is located at the first position X1, the stopper Km located at the first position X1 is located at substantially the same horizontal plane H as the first stopper K1 and the second stopper K2. At this time, the stopper Km can be stopped by the stopping feature 34c of the other of the two first guiding paths 34 to prevent the support rail 30 from being longitudinally displaced from the first predetermined position P1 toward a first direction D1 (such as an opening direction, but not limited to) relative to the main body 22.
Preferably, the stopper Km is stopped at the first side L1 of the stopping feature 34c of the first guide path 34 when in the first position X1, so as to prevent the support rail 30 from being longitudinally displaced from the first predetermined position P1 relative to the apparatus body 22 in the first direction D1; and, the first stopper K1 is stopped on the second side L2 of the stopping feature 34c of the first guiding path 34 to prevent the support rail 30 from being longitudinally displaced from the first predetermined position P1 relative to the main body 22 in a second direction D2 (such as a retracting direction, but not limited to) opposite to the first direction D1.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, when a user wants to clean the object 28 or perform a related maintenance operation on the first slide rail mechanism 24 and the second slide rail mechanism 26 (not shown), the user can apply the force F to the operating element 42 to operate the stopper Km to move from the first position X1 to the second position X2 relative to the supporting rail 30, and the stopper Km at the second position X2 and the first stopper K1 and the second stopper K2 are no longer at the same horizontal plane H. At this time, the elastic member 43 is in a state of accumulating the elastic force. Further, the stopper Km is not stopped by the first side L1 of the stopping feature 34c of the first guiding path 34 when being in the second position X2, so as to allow the support rail 30 to be displaced from the first predetermined position P1 toward the first direction D1 relative to the main body 22.
As shown in fig. 10, once the user stops applying the force F to the operating member 42, the operating member 42 drives the stopper Km to return to the first position X1 in response to the elastic member 43 releasing the elastic force. Further, when the supporting rail 30 is displaced from the first predetermined position P1 to a second predetermined position P2 in the first direction D1 relative to the apparatus body 22, the supporting rail 30 is stopped by the second stop K2 at the first side L1 of the stopping feature 34c of the first guiding path 34 to prevent the supporting rail 30 from being displaced from the second predetermined position P2 to the first direction D1 relative to the apparatus body 22.
As shown in fig. 11, the supporting rail 30 is tilted to the first guiding path 34 by an angle R by applying an external force J, so that the second stopper K2 is no longer stopped by the first side L1 of the stopping feature 34c of the first guiding path 34, so as to allow the supporting rail 30 to be detached from the second predetermined position P2 relative to the apparatus main body 22 in the first direction D1 (see fig. 12 and 13 at the same time). In other words, the first slide rail mechanism 24 and the second slide rail mechanism 26 (not shown) can be detached from the apparatus main body 22, so that the user can perform the related maintenance operation on the carrying object 28, the first slide rail mechanism 24 and the second slide rail mechanism 26 (not shown).
As shown in fig. 14, the carrying object 28, the first sliding rail mechanism 24 and the second sliding rail mechanism 26 (not shown) can be re-installed into the above-mentioned space of the apparatus main body 22 in the second direction D2, wherein the second blocking portion K2 is blocked by the second side L2 of the blocking feature 34c of the first guiding path 34, at this time, the user can apply the external force J again to tilt the supporting rail 30 by the angle R relative to the first guiding path 34 (as shown in fig. 12), so that the second blocking portion K2 is no longer blocked by the second side L2 of the blocking feature 34c of the first guiding path 34, so as to allow the supporting rail 30 to be folded in the second direction D2 relative to the apparatus main body 22, and for the sake of brevity, this operation principle can refer to fig. 11, fig. 10, fig. 9, fig. 8 and fig. 7 in sequence, which will not be described herein.
From the above description, it can be seen that the enhanced efficacy and advantages of the present invention are:

2. The stopper Km is stopped at the first side L1 of the stopping feature 34c of the first guide path 34 when in the first position X1 to prevent the support rail 30 from being longitudinally displaced from the first predetermined position P1 relative to the apparatus body 22 in the first direction D1; and, the first stopper K1 is stopped on the second side L2 of the stopping feature 34c of the first guide path 34 to prevent the support rail 30 from being longitudinally displaced from the first predetermined position P1 relative to the apparatus body 22 in the second direction D2.
3. The supporting rod 33 is connected between the second slide rail mechanism 26 and the first slide rail mechanism 24, and the supporting rod 33 can be used to improve the stability of the second slide rail mechanism 26 and the first slide rail mechanism 24 mounted on the device main body 22, or can improve the structural strength or supporting strength of the second slide rail mechanism 26 and the first slide rail mechanism 24.
4. The slide rail suite can be quickly disassembled and applied to various cabinets.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the present specific embodiments, it will be recognized by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments are illustrative only, and various equivalent changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and therefore, it is intended to cover in the appended claims all such changes and modifications as fall within the true spirit of the invention.
