Referring to FIG. 7, in the present embodiment, first mounting bore 131 includes first and second bore sections 1311, 1312 that communicate with one another, first bore section 1311 having an inner diameter that is less than an outer diameter of fastener 14, and second bore section 1312 having an inner diameter that is greater than an outer diameter of fastener 14. It should be noted that the fastener 14 can lock the cover 13 on the third flange 123 when the fastener 14 passes through the first hole segment 1311 and the second mounting hole 1231. In the case where the fastening member 14 passes through the second hole section 1312 and the second mounting hole 1231, when the cover 13 is lifted up, the cover 13 may be detached from the fastening member 14, so that the cover 13 may be removed even without detaching the fastening member 14, improving the detachment efficiency of the cover 13.
In practical use, after the cover 13 is inserted into the slot 114, the first hole 1311 is aligned with the second mounting hole 1231, and then the fastening member 14 can be mounted, and after the fastening member 14 passes through the first hole 1311 and the second mounting hole 1231, the cover 13 can be locked on the third flange 123, and the cover 13 and the third flange 123 are kept fixed relatively. When it is desired to remove the cover 13, the fastener 14 can be loosened, but without removing the fastener 14, after the fastener 14 is loosened, the cover 13 can be moved so that the second hole segment 1312 is aligned with the second mounting hole 1231, then the cover 13 is lifted upward, the cover 13 can be detached from the fastener 14, the cover 13 can be removed from the third flange 123, and then the cover 13 can be moved so that the cover 13 is detached from the engaging groove 114, and the cover 13 can be completely removed. That is, in the present embodiment, the removal efficiency of the cover 13 is improved without removing the fastening member 14 during the removal of the cover 13.
Note that, in the present embodiment, the area of the third flange 123 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the first mounting hole 131. That is, the projection of the outer contour of the first mounting hole 131 on the third flange 123 is located within the outer contour of the third flange 123. Thus, the third flange 123 can completely shield the first mounting hole 131, and can prevent external foreign matters from entering the mounting cavity 111 from the first mounting hole 131.
Referring to fig. 6 and fig. 7 in combination with fig. 2 and fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the cover 13 is provided with a fourth flange 132, after the middle portion of the cover 13 is partially inserted into the slot 114, the fourth flange 132 may abut against the second side wall 118, so as to limit the cover 13 to continue to move along the installation direction, and the fourth flange 132 and the second side wall 118 may play a role in positioning the installation of the cover 13. It is theorized that the blocking of the cover 13 by the first sidewall 117 may also serve to limit the continued movement of the cover 13 in the installation direction.
It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the fourth flange 132 is always located outside the mounting cavity 111, and the fourth flange 132 abuts against the outside of the second side wall 118.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8 in combination with fig. 2 and 5, in the present embodiment, the cover 13 includes a first edge 133, a second edge 134, a third edge 135, and a fourth edge 136 connected end to end in sequence, where the first edge 133 is used to be inserted into the slot 114, the fourth flange 132 is disposed on the third edge 135, and the second edge 134 and the fourth edge 136 are respectively provided with a fifth flange (not shown) and a sixth flange 138.
In this embodiment, in the process that the cover 13 moves along the installation direction, the fifth flange and the sixth flange 138 are slidably clamped to the box 11 along the installation direction, so that the fifth flange and the sixth flange 138 can guide the movement of the cover 13, and the cover 13 is prevented from deviating from the original movement track in the moving process.
Referring to fig. 8 and fig. 3, in the present embodiment, a seventh flange 139 is disposed on the first edge 133, and the seventh flange 139 is folded toward a direction close to the third edge 135. This prevents the first edge 133 from scratching the worker.
Optionally, the seventh flange 139 may be folded upward or downward.
Generally, in actual use, each corner of the cover body 13 is chamfered, so that the worker is prevented from being scratched by each corner of the cover body 13.
The present embodiment also provides an air conditioner, which includes the aforementioned electronic control box 1, and has all the functions of the electronic control box 1. The air conditioner can also effectively solve the problems of inconvenient installation and low installation efficiency between the cover body 13 and the box body 11 of the electric control box 1.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (12)

1. 3. The electrical control box according to claim 2, characterized in that a portion of the first flange (112) is bent in a direction close to the mounting cavity (111), and the bent portion forms the second flange (113) and the second guide edge (1152).

The electrical control box according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the box body (11) includes a first side wall (117) and a second side wall (118) which are oppositely disposed, the first flange (112) and the second flange (113) are disposed on the first side wall (117), the cover body (13) is configured to be inserted into the slot (114) along an installation direction, the first side wall (117) is configured to limit the cover body (13) from moving continuously along the installation direction, and the installation direction is a direction from the second side wall (118) to the first side wall (117).
5. The electrical control box according to claim 4, wherein the second side wall (118) is provided with a third flange (123) protruding in a direction towards the mounting cavity (111), and the third flange (123) is used for supporting the cover body (13).
