Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of a transaction data processing method provided in an embodiment of the present specification. Although the present specification provides the method steps or apparatus structures as shown in the following examples or figures, more or less steps or modules may be included in the method or apparatus structures based on conventional or non-inventive efforts. In the case of steps or structures which do not logically have the necessary cause and effect relationship, the execution order of the steps or the block structure of the apparatus is not limited to the execution order or the block structure shown in the embodiments or the drawings of the present specification. When the described method or module structure is applied to a device, a server or an end product in practice, the method or module structure according to the embodiment or the figures may be executed sequentially or in parallel (for example, in a parallel processor or multi-thread processing environment, or even in an implementation environment including distributed processing and server clustering).
In a specific embodiment of the transaction data processing method provided in this specification, as shown in fig. 1, the method may be applied to a payment platform or a risk management and control system, and specifically may be a terminal such as a computer, a tablet computer, a server, a smart phone, and the method may include the following steps:
step 102, when the risk threshold of the transaction to be processed is determined to be larger than the first risk threshold, transferring the transaction resource of the resource expenditure user in the transaction to be processed into an intermediate account, and setting the control time of the transaction resource in the intermediate account.
In a specific implementation process, a user may submit a pending transaction, a payment platform or a risk management and control system may perform risk identification on the pending transaction, and if it is identified that a risk threshold of the pending transaction is greater than a first risk threshold, it is determined that the pending transaction may have a risk. At this time, the transaction resources of the resource expenditure user in the pending transaction can be transferred to the intermediate account, wherein the resource expenditure user can be understood as a user who transfers funds in the pending transaction, that is, a payer, the transaction resources can be understood as a transaction amount of the pending transaction, and the intermediate account can be understood as a non-real account, can exist as a medium, does not belong to any person, has neutral and fair attributes, and is specially used for temporarily storing the transaction resources of the transaction with possible risks. After the transaction resources of the transaction to be processed are transferred to the intermediate account, the control time of the transaction resources in the intermediate account can be set, the control time can be understood as the time that the transaction resources need to be stored in the intermediate account, and the specific values of the control time can be set according to actual needs as follows: 2 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, etc.
The method for identifying the risk of the transaction to be processed is not the key point of the embodiment of the specification, such as: a risk identification model and the like may be used, and this is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present specification.
And step 104, setting the balance of the resource receiving account of the resource receiving user in the transaction to be processed to be increased by the amount corresponding to the transaction resource.
In a specific implementation process, after the transaction resource transferred by the resource expenditure user in the transaction to be processed is transferred to the intermediate account, the balance of the resource receiving account of the resource receiving user in the transaction to be processed can be increased by the amount corresponding to the transaction resource, such as: if the original account balance in the resource receiving account is 100 yuan and the transaction resource of the transaction to be processed is 30 yuan, then if the resource receiving user inquires the balance of the resource receiving account, 130 yuan is displayed. Therefore, the resource receiving user can inquire the resource of the transaction to be processed when inquiring the balance, so that the risk control processing resource receiving party of the transaction to be processed is not sensitive, the user experience is improved, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that the fund psychology of the transaction to be processed is panic if the resource receiving user cannot inquire the fund psychology of the transaction to be processed is avoided. Wherein the resource receives the user, i.e., the payee in the pending transaction.
It should be noted that although the resource receiving user can query the transaction resource corresponding to the pending transaction, the transaction resource is temporarily stored in the intermediate account, and cannot be used by the resource receiving user.
In some embodiments of this specification, after the setting of the balance of the resource receiving account of the resource receiving user in the transaction to be processed is increased by the amount corresponding to the transaction resource, the method further includes:
and sending a transaction risk existing in the transaction to be processed to the resource receiving user, wherein the transaction resource corresponding to the transaction to be processed is limited to use and prompt information within the control time.
In a specific implementation process, after transaction resources are added to the account balance of the resource receiving account, the use limiting prompt information can be sent to the resource receiving user at the same time, the resource receiving user, namely the payee, can be prompted to have a transaction risk in the current to-be-processed transaction, and the transaction resources corresponding to the to-be-processed transaction are limited to be used within the control time. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a prompt information interface of the payee in an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 2, the payee may be prompted to limit the reason for use, limit the resource information for use, and limit the time range for use. By sending the use limiting prompt information to the resource receiving user, the safety of the resource receiving user can be improved, the reason that the current transaction resource cannot be used temporarily is informed, and the public opinion risk is reduced. Of course, the use restriction prompting message may also include other contents according to actual use needs, such as: and the material submitting interface is used for facilitating the resource receiving user to provide materials to prove that the transaction is a safe transaction, and performing control analysis on transaction resources as soon as possible.
And 106, sending a risk transaction reporting interface to the resource expenditure user so that the resource expenditure user can carry out risk confirmation on the transaction to be processed.
In a specific implementation process, fig. 3 is an interface schematic diagram of a risk transaction reporting interface in an embodiment of this specification, and as shown in fig. 3, after transferring transaction resources of a transaction to be processed to an intermediate account, a risk transaction reporting interface may be sent to a resource expenditure user in the transaction to be processed, and in the risk transaction reporting interface, a risk may be prompted to exist in a current transaction to be processed, and a user is prompted to report through the risk transaction reporting interface within a control time.
In some embodiments of the present description, the method further comprises:
and if a risk reporting request submitted by the resource expenditure user is received within the control time and the risk reporting request is successfully reported, determining that the transaction to be processed has risk, and returning the transaction resources to the resource expenditure account of the resource expenditure user from the intermediate account.
In a specific implementation process, if the resource expenditure user submits the risk reporting request within the transaction resource control time, the report submitted by the user can be checked, and if the report is determined to be legal and qualified, the report of the risk reporting request can be determined to be successful, that is, the to-be-processed transaction really has a risk, at this time, the transaction resources related to the to-be-processed transaction can be returned to the resource expenditure account of the resource expenditure user from the intermediate account. By setting the intermediate account, when the pending transaction is determined to have a risk possibly, the transaction resources are temporarily stored in the intermediate account, and after the pending transaction is determined to have the risk indeed, the transaction resources are directly returned to the payer from the intermediate account without the need of recovering funds from the payee, so that the fund recovery cost and time of the risky transaction are reduced, and the safety of the online transaction is improved.
In some embodiments of the present description, the method further comprises:
after receiving a risk reporting request submitted by the resource expenditure user, prolonging the control time and guiding the resource expenditure user to submit reporting materials;
determining whether the risk reporting request is reported successfully based on the reporting material.
In a specific implementation process, general management and control time is short, inconvenience brought to a resource receiving user is avoided, after a risk reporting request submitted by a resource expenditure user is received, the resource expenditure user can be considered to have suspicion about the transaction, the possibility that the transaction has risk is high to a certain extent, at the moment, the management and control time of transaction resources of the transaction to be processed can be prolonged, so that sufficient time is provided for submitting reporting materials for the resource expenditure user and performing further risk identification on the transaction to be processed, and accuracy of transaction risk management and control and security of the transaction are ensured.
Generally, a resource expenditure user can submit a risk reporting request through a risk transaction reporting interface, and the risk transaction reporting interface can also guide reporting materials that the resource expenditure user needs to submit, and further risk identification is performed on a transaction to be processed based on the reporting materials submitted by the resource expenditure user so as to determine whether the transaction to be processed really has risk. If it is determined that the pending transaction does have a risk based on the reporting material, the risk reporting request submitted by the resource expenditure user may be considered successful, otherwise, the risk reporting request is determined to have failed.
In some embodiments of the present description, the method further comprises:
and if the risk reporting request is determined to be not reported successfully based on the reporting material, determining that the transaction to be processed has no risk, and transferring the transaction resource from the intermediate account to a resource receiving account of the resource receiving user.
In a specific implementation process, if it is found that the reporting material is not real and incomplete based on the reporting material submitted by the user, and it cannot be determined whether the transaction to be processed really has a risk, it can be considered that the risk reporting request is not successful, that is, the transaction to be processed does not have a risk, at this time, the transaction resource with the intermediate account can be transferred to the resource receiving account of the resource receiving user, that is, the limited use of the transaction resource is released, and the resource receiving user can use the transaction resource. By further verifying and auditing the reporting materials submitted by the resource expenditure users, deep identification and confirmation are carried out on whether the transaction risk exists in the transaction to be processed, and after the fact that the risk does not exist in the transaction to be processed is determined, the transaction resources of the transaction to be processed are immediately released, so that the resource receiving users can use the transaction resources in time, the transaction safety is improved, meanwhile, the user experience is improved, and the public opinion risk is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present description, the method further comprises:
and if the risk reporting request submitted by the resource expenditure user is not received within the control time, determining that the transaction to be processed has no risk, and transferring the transaction resource from the intermediate account to a resource receiving account of the resource receiving user.
In a specific implementation process, after the payment platform or the risk management and control system sends a risk transaction reporting interface to the resource expenditure user, if the resource expenditure user determines that the pending transaction has no risk, the risk reporting may not be performed. If the risk reporting request submitted by the resource expenditure user is not received within the control time of the transaction resource of the transaction to be processed, the transaction resource of the transaction to be processed is released immediately, and the transaction resource can be transferred from the intermediate account to the resource receiving account of the resource receiving user. The resource receiving user can use the transaction resource in time, the transaction safety is improved, meanwhile, the user experience is improved, and public opinion risks are reduced.
Of course, if the resource expenditure user determines that the pending transaction has no risk, the resource expenditure user may also send confirmation information to the payment platform or the risk management and control system through the risk transaction reporting interface to confirm that the pending transaction has no risk and is not reported, so that the transaction resources of the pending transaction can be released as soon as possible.
In the transaction data processing method provided in the embodiment of the present specification, by setting the intermediate account, when it is determined that the pending transaction may have a risk, the transaction resources are temporarily stored in the intermediate account, so that when it is determined that the pending transaction has a risk, the transaction resources of the pending transaction are not transferred by the resource receiving party, thus facilitating the fund recovery, improving the fund recovery efficiency and the transaction security in the risky transaction, and reducing the fund recovery cost of the risky transaction. Meanwhile, the resource receiving user can inquire the amount of money corresponding to the transaction resources added with the transaction to be processed in the resource receiving account of the resource receiving user, so that the perception of the resource receiving user in the whole process is reduced, the public opinion risk is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiments, in some embodiments of the present specification, the method further includes:
if the risk threshold of the transaction to be processed is larger than a second risk threshold, sending an outbound wake-up request to an external incoming call system so that the external incoming call system sends a wake-up call to the resource expenditure user; wherein the second risk threshold is greater than the first risk threshold.
In the specific implementation process, some users may be deceived deeply, and even if the risk transaction reporting interface is received, the users cannot be found in time and cannot report. For higher risk transactions, such as: if the risk threshold of the pending transaction is identified to be greater than the second risk threshold when the risk of the pending transaction is identified, the risk of the pending transaction may be considered to be relatively high. The second risk threshold is greater than the first risk threshold, and specific values of the first risk threshold and the second risk threshold may be set according to actual needs, which is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present specification. Upon determining that the risk threshold for pending transactions is greater than the second risk threshold, an external call capability may be introduced, such as: the outbound wake-up request can be sent to the external incoming call system, so that the external incoming call system can remind relevant staff to send a wake-up call to the resource expenditure user, and the wake-up call can be understood as a manual active contact for the resource expenditure user, such as: the method has the advantages that the risk of the transaction of the resource expenditure user can be manually prompted during the awakening call by dialing the telephone or sending voice, the reason of the high risk or similar cases can be explained, the trust degree of the resource expenditure user is increased, and the alertness of the resource expenditure user to the transaction to be processed is improved.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart of a transaction data processing method in another embodiment of the present disclosure, which can be applied to a client of a payer, such as: in a computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer, and the like, as shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of this specification, a method performed by a client of a payer may include:
step 402, submitting the transaction to be processed so that the payment platform carries out risk identification on the transaction to be processed.
In a specific implementation process, a payer, i.e., a resource expenditure user, may submit a pending transaction through a client thereof, where the pending transaction may include transaction resources, i.e., a transaction amount, users of both parties of the transaction, i.e., a resource expenditure user, and a resource receiving user, and may also include other transaction information such as: order number, transaction type, transaction goods, etc. The payment platform or the risk management and control system may perform risk identification on the to-be-processed transaction, and the method of risk identification is not a key point in the embodiments of the present specification, for example: a risk identification model and the like may be used, and this is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present specification.
Step 404, receiving a risk transaction reporting interface sent by the payment platform after identifying that the risk threshold of the to-be-processed transaction is greater than a first risk threshold; after the payment platform determines that the risk threshold of the transaction to be processed is larger than a first risk threshold, transferring transaction resources of a resource expenditure user in the transaction to be processed into an intermediate account, and setting the control time of the transaction resources in the intermediate account.
In a specific implementation, the payment platform recognizes that the risk threshold of the pending transaction is greater than the first risk threshold, i.e., considers that the pending transaction may be at risk. At this time, the transaction resources of the resource expenditure user in the transaction to be processed can be transferred to the intermediate account, the control time of the transaction resources in the intermediate account is set, meanwhile, the payment platform can also send a risk transaction reporting interface to the resource expenditure user in the transaction to be processed, the risk transaction reporting interface can prompt that the current transaction to be processed has a risk, and the user is prompted to report through the risk transaction reporting interface within the control time. The description of the above embodiments may be referred to for setting the control time, and details are not repeated here.
Step 406, after determining that the pending transaction has a risk, submitting a risk reporting request to the payment platform through the risk transaction reporting interface within the control time.
In a specific implementation process, after receiving a risk transaction reporting interface sent by a payment platform, a resource expenditure user can perform preliminary risk confirmation on the transaction to be processed by himself, and if the resource expenditure user thinks that the transaction to be processed really has a risk, a risk reporting request can be submitted to the payment platform through the risk transaction reporting interface sent by the payment platform within a control time, so that the transaction to be processed is subjected to risk reporting. The resource expenditure user can submit corresponding reporting materials according to the guidance and the prompt of the risk transaction reporting interface, so that the payment platform can conveniently conduct further risk audit on the transaction to be processed.
And step 408, receiving resource return information returned by the transaction resources stored in the intermediate account by the payment platform after the risk reporting request is determined to be reported successfully.
In a specific implementation process, after the payment platform determines that the risk reporting request submitted by the resource expenditure user is successfully reported, the payment platform can think that the transaction to be processed really has a risk and needs to intercept in time, can return the transaction resources of the transaction to be processed, which are stored in the intermediate account, to the resource expenditure account of the resource expenditure user, and send resource return information to the resource expenditure user to prompt the user that the transaction resources of the transaction are returned.
On the basis of the above embodiments, in some embodiments of the present specification, the method further includes:
receiving a wake-up call sent by the payment platform, and performing risk confirmation on the transaction to be processed based on the wake-up call; wherein the wake-up call is sent by the payment platform after determining that the risk threshold of the pending transaction is greater than a second risk threshold, which is greater than the first risk threshold.
Upon determining that the risk threshold for pending transactions is greater than the second risk threshold, an external call capability may be introduced, such as: the outbound wake-up request can be sent to the external incoming call system, so that the external incoming call system can remind relevant staff to send a wake-up call to the resource expenditure user, and the wake-up call can be understood as a manual active contact for the resource expenditure user, such as: the method has the advantages that the risk of the transaction of the resource expenditure user can be manually prompted during the awakening call by dialing the telephone or sending voice, the reason of the high risk or similar cases can be explained, the trust degree of the resource expenditure user is increased, and the alertness of the resource expenditure user to the transaction to be processed is improved.

the embodiment of the specification is mainly applied to a cheater money collection link in which the user still enforces payment after being reminded when the fact that the user has the cheated risk in the transaction is identified. Once the cheated user successfully pays, funds are directly transferred to the intermediate account for a specified time according to the risk level. As shown in fig. 5, during the payment process of the payer, the transaction may be risk-controlled, and as shown in the figure, the payee may be controlled by the control device. If the transaction is recognized to be risky, the paying party completes payment, reveals the risk, pushes a risk reporting interface to guide reporting, prolongs the control time, namely the punishment duration in the graph, and prompts the paying party to submit reporting materials. If the risk is higher, the ability of calling out is also introduced in the process to wake up the user in time. The payee can check the fund, but the fund cannot be turned out within the control time. Once the user reports and the fraud fact is established, corresponding official instructions and materials are issued, the payee account judicial is frozen and the funds can be returned as they are. If the transaction is confirmed to be risk-free, the limit can be removed, and the payee can be released immediately, thereby reducing public opinion. The payee inquires the balance of the user and displays the balance of the primary account and the amount of the intermediate account, pushes a safety prompt and informs the reason to increase the safety of the payee user.
As shown in fig. 6, the flow of funds (i.e., transaction resources) for pending transactions in the practice of the present specification is as follows:
1) if the transaction is identified as risky, then funds flow into the intermediary account for a specified length of time. Reporting and establishing by the user within the control time, freezing the account judicial of the payee, and returning the fund to the payer; if the user does not report within the time period, the funds flow into the payee account.
2) If no risk is identified for the transaction, the funds flow directly into the payee account.
In the embodiment of the specification, after expenditure is based on a paying party, the suspected fraud account is controlled in the intermediate account, so that the loss of the thought payment after deep fraud can be intercepted, the reconciliation and the loss recovery can be completed after a case is set, the transaction safety is improved, and the cost of the risk transaction fund recovery is reduced.

The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments may be referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the hardware + program class embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to only the partial description of the method embodiment.
The embodiments of the present description are not limited to what must be consistent with industry communications standards, standard computer resource data updating and data storage rules, or what is described in one or more embodiments of the present description. Certain industry standards, or implementations modified slightly from those described using custom modes or examples, may also achieve the same, equivalent, or similar, or other, contemplated implementations of the above-described examples. The embodiments using the modified or transformed data acquisition, storage, judgment, processing and the like can still fall within the scope of the alternative embodiments of the embodiments in this specification.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a vehicle-mounted human-computer interaction device, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smart phone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
Although one or more embodiments of the present description provide method operational steps as described in the embodiments or flowcharts, more or fewer operational steps may be included based on conventional or non-inventive approaches. The order of steps recited in the embodiments is merely one manner of performing the steps in a multitude of orders and does not represent the only order of execution. When the device or the end product in practice executes, it can execute sequentially or in parallel according to the method shown in the embodiment or the figures (for example, in the environment of parallel processors or multi-thread processing, even in the environment of distributed resource data update). The terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, the presence of additional identical or equivalent elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the recited elements is not excluded. The terms first, second, etc. are used to denote names, but not any particular order.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various modules by functions, and are described separately. Of course, when implementing one or more of the present description, the functions of each module may be implemented in one or more software and/or hardware, or a module implementing the same function may be implemented by a combination of multiple sub-modules or sub-units, etc. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.

In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
