4. The mission emergency processing system of claim 3, wherein the mission distribution system further comprises a detection module for legality detecting the video capture parameter and the law enforcement mission parameter.
5. The mission emergency processing system of claim 3, wherein the mission distribution system further comprises a video pre-processing module for performing sharpness processing on the separated law enforcement video.
6. The mission emergency processing system according to claim 3, wherein the mission distribution system further comprises a video similarity calculation module for performing similarity calculation on key frames of the law enforcement video separated from the plurality of video files uploaded by the mission capture video, the occurrence location of the law enforcement mission and the occurrence time of the law enforcement mission in the parameters of the law enforcement mission, and finding out the video file with the highest similarity as the video file of the same type.
7. The mission emergency processing system according to claim 6, wherein the mission emergency pushing module is further configured to count the law enforcement missions within a predetermined time period, count the number of video files of the same type, sort the law enforcement missions of multiple types according to the number of video files to obtain a to-be-processed law enforcement mission ranking table, and push the to-be-processed law enforcement missions to the mission emergency processing system.
8. The task urgency processing system of claim 1, comprising a task extraction module, a task urgency calculation module, and a task urgency response module; the task extraction module is used for receiving the law enforcement task through the task emergency degree recognition engine and extracting the position, frequency and time of the task from the law enforcement task; the task emergency degree calculation module is used for calculating and obtaining the task emergency degree by combining corresponding weights based on a position coefficient of task occurrence, a frequency coefficient of task occurrence and a time coefficient of task occurrence; and the task emergency response module carries out corresponding task emergency response according to the task emergency degree.
9. A task urgency handling method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the task acquisition equipment acquires a law enforcement task comprising a law enforcement video, a law enforcement task position and law enforcement task occurrence time, and uploads the law enforcement task to the task distribution system;
the task distribution system separates law enforcement videos, video shooting parameters and law enforcement task parameters from the law enforcement tasks, extracts key frames containing target features from the separated law enforcement videos, counts the frequency of the same type of law enforcement tasks according to the key frames, the video shooting parameters and the law enforcement task parameters, and sends the law enforcement tasks to be processed to the task emergency processing system by combining the positions of the tasks, the frequency of the tasks and the time of the tasks;
the task emergency processing system extracts the position of the task, the frequency of the task and the time of the task from the to-be-processed law enforcement task, calculates the task emergency degree based on the position coefficient of the task, the frequency coefficient of the task and the time coefficient of the task and in combination with corresponding weights, and performs corresponding task emergency response according to the task emergency degree.
10. The method for processing task urgency as recited in claim 9, wherein the task assignment system further includes a step of performing validity check on the video capturing parameter and the law enforcement task parameter after separating the law enforcement video, the video capturing parameter and the law enforcement task parameter from the law enforcement task, and specifically includes the following sub-steps:
extracting a video shooting timestamp, a video shooting position and a task acquisition equipment identifier from the video shooting parameters; extracting the position of the law enforcement task and the time of the law enforcement task from the law enforcement task parameters;
judging whether the task acquisition equipment identification is legal acquisition equipment prestored in the task distribution system, judging whether the video shooting timestamp and the occurrence time of the law enforcement task are within a preset time range, judging whether the video shooting position and the occurrence position of the law enforcement task are within a preset area range, if so, considering that the video file is legal, and if not, considering that the video file is uploaded wrongly.
