Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of organic fertilizer production, in particular to an organic fertilizer drying process.
Background
When the existing organic fertilizer drying process is used for drying materials, auxiliary materials are generally required to be added, the dryness and humidity of the materials are adjusted through the auxiliary materials, and then the materials are dried. When the amount of the materials to be dried is large, a large amount of auxiliary materials need to be added, so that the cost for purchasing the auxiliary materials is greatly increased, and the expansion of the production scale is not facilitated.
In addition, in the traditional drying equipment, hot air is directly discharged outside, so that the environment is polluted, and heat waste is also caused.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an organic fertilizer drying process comprises the following steps:
arranging an air energy heat pump to enable the air energy heat pump and a drying mechanism to form a circulation loop, and controlling the working state of the air energy heat pump to collect or generate heat required during drying, so that heat in the dryer is supplied and recycled, and the temperature in the dryer is maintained in a preset temperature range;
and a circulating fan is arranged on the circulating loop to provide circulating power.
Furthermore, an evaporator and a condenser are arranged in the air energy heat pump, warm and humid gas generated in the dryer is dehydrated and dehumidified through the evaporator, and cold and dry gas is obtained; the cold dry gas is heated by a condenser to obtain hot dry gas, and the hot dry gas brings heat into the dryer to continuously dry the materials in the dryer.
Furthermore, a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor are arranged in the dryer, the circulating fan adjusts the air volume of the circulating loop, and when the temperature in the dryer is detected to be too low and the humidity in the dryer is detected to be too high, the circulating fan is controlled to increase the air volume, so that the supply of hot air is increased; when the temperature and the humidity reach a reasonable interval, the circulating fan is controlled to reduce the air quantity, so that the hot air supply is reduced, and the temperature and the humidity in the dryer are kept balanced.
Further, before drying, the circulation loop is subjected to sealing heat preservation pretreatment.
Has the advantages that: the heat circulation in the circulation loop is realized by adding the air energy heat pump, so that the heat exhausted in the dryer can be fully collected and secondarily utilized, and meanwhile, the temperature in the dryer can be regulated by generating heat through the air energy heat pump, so that the dryer can be maintained in a preset temperature range, the proper drying temperature is ensured, and the better drying effect is achieved.

If the first and second are described for the purpose of distinguishing technical features, they are not to be understood as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated or implicitly indicating the precedence of the technical features indicated.
In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly limited, terms such as arrangement, installation, connection and the like should be understood in a broad sense, and those skilled in the art can reasonably determine the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention in combination with the specific contents of the technical solutions.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the organic fertilizer drying process provided by the embodiment of the invention specifically comprises the following steps:
the air-source heat pump 2 is arranged, so that the air-source heat pump 2 and the dryer 1 form a circulation loop, the power of the air-source heat pump 2 during working is controlled to collect or generate heat required during drying, and then supply and cyclic utilization of the heat in the dryer 1 are realized, so that the temperature in the dryer 1 is maintained in a preset temperature range.
The circulating fan 3 is arranged on the circulating loop to provide circulating power, so that air in the circulating loop flows through the air-source heat pump 2 to be heated conveniently.
It is understood that the higher the power of the air-source heat pump 2 is, the better the dehumidification and heating effect is.
The heat circulation in the circulation loop is realized by adding the air energy heat pump 2, so that the heat exhausted from the dryer 1 can be fully collected and secondarily utilized, and meanwhile, the temperature in the dryer 1 is adjusted by generating the heat through the air energy heat pump 2, so that the dryer 1 can be maintained in a preset temperature range, a proper drying temperature is ensured, and a better drying effect is achieved.
Preferably, an evaporator 22 and a condenser 21 are arranged in the air-source heat pump 2, warm and humid gas generated in the dryer 1 is firstly dehydrated and dehumidified by the evaporator 22, and cold and dry gas is obtained; the cold dry gas is heated by the condenser 21 to obtain hot dry gas, and the hot dry gas brings heat into the dryer 1 to continuously dry the materials in the dryer 1. Under the action of the evaporator 22 and the condenser 21, the circulating air continuously realizes dehumidification and heating, and is heated again after moisture is discharged by condensation, so that the drying effect is enhanced.
Preferably, a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor are arranged in the dryer 1, the circulating fan 3 adjusts the air volume of the circulating loop, and when the temperature in the dryer 1 is detected to be too low and the humidity is detected to be too high, the circulating fan 3 is controlled to increase the air volume, so that the supply of hot air is increased; when the temperature and the humidity reach a reasonable interval, the circulating fan 3 is controlled to reduce the air quantity, so that the hot air supply is reduced, the temperature and the humidity in the dryer 1 are kept balanced, the dryer is convenient to maintain in a state of low energy loss, and the utilization rate of energy is greatly improved.
Further, before drying, the circulation loop is subjected to sealing heat preservation pretreatment. The whole organic fertilizer drying device is totally enclosed, so that the energy efficiency is further improved.
A fertilizer drying device for realizing this fertilizer stoving technology mainly comprises drying-machine 1, air can heat pump 2 and circulating fan 3. The condenser 21 of the air energy heat pump 2 heats air to provide hot air for the dryer 1, so that the temperature is kept stable in the drying process. The hot air carries away the moisture in the material. The evaporator 22 in the air-source heat pump 2 dehumidifies the warm air to remove the excess moisture in the material. The circulating fan 3 enables the air-source heat pump 2 to continuously supply heat and dehumidify materials in the dryer 1. The amount of hot air provided by the air-source heat pump 2 can be monitored and controlled according to the temperature and humidity of the sensor in the dryer 1.
The traditional organic fertilizer drying process adopts disposable energy, and the air energy heat pump 2 process adopted in the application belongs to secondary energy, so that the energy efficiency is improved by more than 3 times. Compare in the direct outer row of hot-air of traditional drying equipment, drying device in this application adopts totally enclosed, and heated air circulation utilizes and has further improved the efficiency. Meanwhile, the polluted air is not discharged outside, and the environment is not polluted. By adopting the organic fertilizer drying process, the cost of adding auxiliary materials is saved, and the total cost is saved by more than 100% compared with the additive materials. And the difficulty of auxiliary material purchasing, transporting and dedusting workload is reduced.
Meanwhile, the air energy heat pump 2 is adopted to dry the materials to enable the materials to reach the dry humidity during subsequent fermentation, compared with the dry humidity with the same degree of auxiliary material addition, the fermented materials are fully contacted and mixed with the circulating air, the nutrient content in the fermented materials far exceeds the mixing amount, and the quality of the produced organic fertilizer is better.
While the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention within the knowledge of those skilled in the art.
