The temperature of the formed plastic is high, so that a worker needs to pour a proper amount of tap water into the water tank 101, when the plastic moves to the rear side to be located below the water outlet device 102, the worker needs to manually press the switch valve 103 to the right side, the sixth spring 104 is compressed, at the moment, the tap water in the water tank 101 can be extruded out of the water outlet device 102 to the plastic, the tap water can quickly cool the plastic, when the worker needs to cool the plastic temporarily, the worker needs to quickly release the switch valve 103, the sixth spring 104 has a reset function, the sixth spring 104 can push the switch valve 103 to slide leftwards, the tap water can stop flowing into the plastic from the water outlet device 102 temporarily, and the plastic cooling operation is finished by the device.
It takes a great effort for a worker to manually press the switching valve 103 to the right, so that when the first ball rod 55 moves to the right, the first ball rod 55 pushes the fourth block frame 112 to move to the right in the fixed block rod 111 when the first ball rod 55 moves to the right to contact the fourth block frame 112, the seventh spring 113 is compressed, the switching valve 103 opens the water outlet 102 when the fourth block frame 112 moves to the right to contact the switching valve 103, when the first ball rod 55 moves to the left, the first ball rod 55 moves to the left to temporarily stop contacting the fourth block frame 112, the seventh spring 113 is reset, the seventh spring 113 pushes the fourth block frame 112 to move to the left in the fixed block rod 111, the fourth block frame 112 moves to the left to temporarily stop contacting the switching valve 103, the sixth spring 104 is reset, the sixth spring 104 pushes the switching valve 103 to move to the left, the on-off valve 103 will close the water outlet 102 so that the device is realised without the need for a worker to manually push the on-off valve 103 to the right.
The worker needs to start the cylinder 122 to stretch, when the telescopic rod of the cylinder 122 extends, the telescopic rod of the cylinder 122 can enable the power pushing rod 123 to move towards the front side, the power pushing rod 123 can drive the elastic pushing frame 62 to move towards the front side, the elastic pushing frame 62 can drive the elastic pushing frame 62 to move towards the front side when the telescopic rod of the cylinder 122 contracts, the telescopic rod of the cylinder 122 can enable the power pushing rod 123 to move towards the rear side, the power pushing rod 123 can drive the elastic pushing frame 62 to move towards the rear side when the power pushing rod 123 moves towards the rear side, the elastic pushing frame 62 can drive the elastic pushing frame 62 to move towards the rear side when the telescopic rod of the cylinder 122 contracts, so that the worker does not need to manually pull the elastic pushing frame 62, and the labor intensity of the worker is effectively reduced.

an injection molding raw material liquid tank (51) is installed on the upper portion of a second support frame (3), a first opener (52) is arranged on the lower portion of the second support frame (3) in a sliding mode, the top of the first opener (52) is matched with the bottom of the injection molding raw material liquid tank (51) in a sliding mode, a first cylindrical rod (53) is fixedly connected to the first opener (52), a first spring (54) is sleeved on the first opener (52), two ends of the first spring (54) are respectively connected to the second support frame (3) and the first opener (52), a first ball block rod (55) is arranged at the end portion of the first opener (52), a first fixing frame (61) is fixedly connected to a forming reaction plate (2), an elastic pushing frame (62) is arranged in the first fixing frame (61) in a sliding mode, a pusher (64) is arranged on the elastic pushing frame (62) in a sliding mode, a second spring (63) is sleeved on the elastic pushing frame (62), two ends of the second spring (63) are respectively connected to the elastic pushing frame (62) and the pusher (64), a second round block rod (65) is fixedly connected to the elastic pushing frame (62);
the water tank (101) is installed on the upper portion of the third support frame (4), water outlets (102) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the water tank (101), a switch valve (103) is arranged on the water tank (101) in a sliding mode, a sixth spring (104) is sleeved on the switch valve (103), and two ends of the sixth spring (104) are connected to the water tank (101) and the switch valve (103) respectively.

The automatic plastic molding equipment of claim 1, wherein a first fixed sliding column (71) is welded in the middle of the top of the molding reaction plate (2), a stopper (73) is slidably arranged on the first fixed sliding column (71), a third spring (72) is sleeved on the first fixed sliding column (71), two ends of the third spring (72) are respectively connected to the molding reaction plate (2) and the stopper (73), and a first connecting and fixing push rod (74) is welded on the top of the stopper (73).
