the slicing mechanism (4) is arranged between one side of the top of the first supporting table (2) and the feeding mechanism (3).

the first springs (43) are arranged between the opposite sides of the shaft sleeves (44) on the same side and the mounting blocks (41) on the same side, and the first springs (43) are sleeved on the outer sides of the lifting shafts (42) on the same side;
the first mounting plates (45) are arranged between the upper parts and the lower parts of the lifting shafts (42);
the fixing buckles (46) are evenly arranged on the first mounting plate (45) in a sliding manner;
saw blades (47) used for slicing toast bread are arranged between the opposite sides of the fixing buckles (46) on the same vertical plane, and the saw blades (47) are connected with the middle part of the second supporting table (40) in a sliding manner;
the contact blocks (48) are arranged at the lower parts of the lifting shafts (42) in an up-down symmetrical manner;
a fixed base (49), wherein the fixed base (49) is arranged on one side of the top of the first supporting platform (2);
the second transmission shaft (410) is rotatably arranged on the top of the fixed base (49) and one side of the top of the first supporting platform (2);
the upper parts of the eccentric wheels (411) and the second transmission shafts (410) are respectively provided with the eccentric wheels (411), and the eccentric wheels (411) are matched with the contact blocks (48);
the middle of one side of the top of the first supporting table (2) is provided with a second bearing seat (412);
a third transmission shaft (413), wherein the second bearing seat (412) is provided with the third transmission shaft (413);
a first bevel gear component (414), wherein the first bevel gear component (414) is arranged between one end of the third transmission shaft (413) and one end of the first transmission shaft (35);

5. The elongated toasted bread slicing apparatus according to claim 4, further comprising a feeding mechanism (6), wherein the feeding mechanism (6) comprises:
the conveying belt assembly (60) is arranged on one side of the top of the first supporting table (2), and one side of the side part of the conveying belt assembly (60) is connected with one end of the third transmission shaft (413);
the upper side of the side part of the conveyor belt assembly (60) is provided with a first conical plate (61);
