in addition, the monitoring workstation also provides a time interval query function, and after the user selects the starting time and the ending time, a query result is returned to the user, and the query result comprises basic information of all patients undergoing heat treatment in the time interval;
7. and after the thermal therapy is finished, storing the thermal therapy data into the memory.
The utility model discloses a thermotherapy in-process, not only monitor the body cavity temperature, monitor patient's body surface temperature and head temperature simultaneously, the body cavity temperature is also called the thermotherapy temperature, use the body cavity temperature as the standard during the thermotherapy of prior art, the in-process of beginning the thermotherapy, it is long when the thermotherapy is set for by medical personnel, when the body cavity temperature reaches the settlement temperature, close, reduce the radiation illuminator or reduce irradiation intensity, but different people are different to the sensitive degree of heat, some people just can reach the body cavity settlement temperature in 2 minutes, some people need 10 minutes or even longer time, and the thermotherapy valid time can only be started from the body cavity temperature reaches the setting value, that is to say, different people, the same thermotherapy time, in fact, have different effective thermotherapy time. The thermotherapy is high in temperature, time control is strict, the thermotherapy effect cannot be achieved due to too short thermotherapy time, and the reverse effect can be achieved due to too long time, so that the thermotherapy time is prevented from being too long on the basis of ensuring the effective time of the thermotherapy, the body cavity temperature of a patient is monitored in real time by the scheme, when the body cavity temperature reaches the set temperature, the time for the thermotherapy input by a doctor/nurse is counted down, namely, the time is counted after the body cavity temperature of a user reaches the set temperature, once the body cavity temperature reaches the set temperature, the body cavity temperature can be kept as long as the temperature in a cabin does not drop too much, each patient can be ensured to have enough thermotherapy effective time, and the thermotherapy.
In addition, the temperature of the head of the patient cannot be too high, for example, the temperature of the heat therapy is usually controlled to be 39.4-39.6 degrees, but the head temperature can cause discomfort symptoms such as dizziness of the patient if the temperature of the head is above 39 degrees for a long time, so the scheme simultaneously monitors the temperature of the head of the patient, and automatically turns off or weakens the radiation lamp closest to the head when the temperature of the head reaches a head temperature early warning value until the temperature of the head is lower than a set value, wherein the set value is set to be 35 degrees, or simultaneously sends out a warning message. Of course, if the body cavity temperature can be maintained at the hyperthermia set temperature after the radiation lamp is turned off, it is not necessary to turn on the turned-off radiation lamp again.
Similarly, the temperature of different parts of the patient is monitored by the plurality of body temperature sensors, and when the temperature reaches a corresponding body surface temperature early warning value, the corresponding irradiation lamp is turned off or the illumination intensity is weakened, so that the skin is prevented from being scalded due to overhigh skin temperature, or warning messages are sent out simultaneously. And regarding the irradiation lamp closest to the body surface temperature sensor reaching the body surface temperature early warning value as a corresponding irradiation lamp.
This scheme provides supporting external guardianship workstation for thermotherapy equipment, can receive, save and show heart rate sensor 31, blood oxygen sensor 32, sensors such as under-deck temperature sensor 33, body surface temperature sensor 35, body cavity temperature sensor 36 and head temperature sensor 37's data, connect the radiation lamp 41 simultaneously, through showing all sensor data in unison the medical personnel of being convenient for look over, make medical personnel can conveniently acquire user's sign data, can also conveniently control radiation lamp 41 simultaneously. In addition, this scheme replaces the traditional numerous and complicated monitor by external guardianship workstation, need carry on the patient rhythm of the heart, blood oxygen etc. sign monitoring time measuring directly with corresponding sensor equipment connect the human body can, sensing data direct transmission shows to external guardianship workstation, need not numerous and complicated sign monitoring facilities, also need not medical personnel and additionally builds sign monitoring facilities, simplify the thermotherapy and prepare work, improve acquisition efficiency and the equipment control efficiency of medical personnel to each data of thermotherapy in-process.
Example two
The embodiment is similar to the embodiment, except that the main control module 11 of the embodiment is connected to a hospital system through a wireless module, the hospital system includes a doctor terminal and/or a nurse terminal, and an account of a medical staff logging in the workstation is associated with the doctor terminal or the nurse terminal.
The monitoring workstation is connected to the hospital system, medical staff arranges the patient to enter the thermotherapy irradiation cabin before/after, and medical staff inputs patient or identification, and the workstation at first looks for corresponding patient from this monitoring workstation, when not finding the target patient, looks for corresponding patient from the hospital system to patient information that will be selected by the user is drawed to this monitoring workstation in, and after the thermotherapy, with thermotherapy data transmission to the hospital system. The patient information includes basic information, doctor information, and medication information.
And when any monitoring data reaches the corresponding monitoring early warning, a warning message is sent to the corresponding nurse terminal and/or doctor terminal.
Further, in this embodiment, the account that the medical staff logs in corresponds to the doctor/nurse terminal, and the medical staff can check the thermotherapy condition of the patient at any time at the own doctor/nurse terminal. In the first embodiment, account information of a doctor/patient terminal of a corresponding doctor/nurse can be called from a hospital system by inputting the name, the job number and the like of the doctor/nurse, and an account of the corresponding doctor/nurse in the monitoring workstation is established by the account.
This scheme is connected the guardianship workstation in the hospital system, can directly acquire patient information from the hospital system with thermotherapy data transmission to the hospital system, need not to type into patient's whole information simultaneously, improves thermotherapy operating efficiency. And the account is associated with a doctor terminal and a nursing terminal in the hospital system, and the warning information can be sent to the doctor terminal and/or the nursing terminal which logs in the monitoring workstation at present, so that a doctor nurse at a distance can acquire the warning information in time.
