Fig. 3 contains a detailed schematic view of the lock tongue 23 and the lock catch 30, a notch is formed in the middle of the side wall of the lock catch 30 to form a lock catch hook 301, and the cross section of the lock catch 301 is "P" type, that is, the inner and outer hook surfaces of the lock catch 301 have smooth arcs.
Further, the bottom of the latch 30 is provided with a latch mounting hole 302, and the latch mounting hole 302 is used for fixing the latch 30 to other attachments. In this embodiment, two sides of the bottom of the latch 30 are respectively provided with one latch mounting opening 302, so as to prevent the latch 30 from rotating after being mounted.

In this embodiment, fig. 4 is a schematic view illustrating the change of the engagement state between the latch tongue 23 and the lock catch 30, wherein (a) shows a schematic view before engagement, taking the angle of fig. 4 as an example, since the inner and outer hook surfaces of the lock hook 301 and the latch tongue hook 231 have smooth arcs, the force applied to the latch tongue hook 231 from the lock catch 30 is decomposed into a left force and a downward force, the downward force is counteracted by the latch tongue fixing rib 113, the left force pushes the latch tongue 23 to move left, the latch tongue 23 compresses the latch tongue spring 234 and moves to the bottom of the main housing 11, when the latch tongue hook 231 and the lock hook 301 completely avoid, the lock catch 30 loses the barrier and is inserted into the lock catch receiving hole 111 smoothly, and the latch tongue 23 is pushed back to the home position by the elastic force of the latch tongue spring 234, the latch hook 231 is also engaged and fastened with the latch hook 301, and the engaged state shown in fig. 4 (B) is achieved.
Further, in the engaged state, still taking the angle of fig. 4 as an example, the lock catch 30 is located in the lock catch receiving hole 111, when the lock catch 30 is forced to move outward, the hook surfaces of the lock hook 301 and the lock tongue hook 231 are in contact first, since the inner and outer hook surfaces of the lock hook 301 and the lock tongue hook 231 have smooth curvatures, the force applied to the lock tongue hook 231 from the lock catch 30 is decomposed into a leftward force and an upward force, wherein the upward force is still offset by the lock tongue fixing rib 113, the leftward force will cause the lock tongue 23 to move leftward, the lock tongue 23 will compress the lock tongue spring 234 and move toward the bottom of the main housing 11, when the lock tongue hook 231 and the lock hook 301 are completely avoided, the lock tongue 30 will smoothly block the lock catch from being disengaged from the lock catch receiving hole 111, and the lock tongue 23 is pushed back to the original position by the elastic force of the lock tongue spring 234, return to the pre-engagement state shown in fig. 4 (a).
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, further, the rotation center of the C-shaped stopping sidewall 221 is concentric with the rotation centers of the stopping shaft 22 and the motor shaft 211, and the cross section of the C-shaped stopping sidewall 221 surrounds the locking tongue 23 to rotate. When the motor 21 rotates clockwise, power is transmitted to the lock 22 through the motor shaft 211, so that the C-shaped stopping side wall 221 is driven to rotate clockwise, when the C-shaped stopping side wall 221 rotates into the space below the lock tongue leg 233, the space below the lock tongue leg 233 is filled, so that the lock tongue 23 is blocked, the lock tongue 23 is stopped, at this time, if the lock tongue 23 and the lock buckle 30 are in a meshed state, because the lock buckle 30 is only slightly smaller than the lock buckle accommodating hole 111, the lock buckle 30 can not move in other directions, the lock buckle 30 is locked and cannot be pulled out, and the locking effect is achieved.
Further, since the outer diameter of the C-shaped stop sidewall 221 has a curvature and the stop support rib 114 just fits the outer diameter of the C-shaped stop sidewall 221, so as to support the C-shaped stop sidewall 221, even if the latch 30 is subjected to a great pulling force, the C-shaped stop sidewall will not be damaged in the locked state.
In a locked state, the motor 21 rotates counterclockwise, the C-shaped stopping side wall 221 rotates out from below the locking tongue leg 233, no barrier is left below the locking tongue leg 233 to obtain a space again, the locking tongue 23 is released, and when the lock catch 30 is forced to move out of the lock catch accommodating hole 111, the locking tongue 23 can be pushed to move, the locking tongue hook 231 is enabled to avoid the locking tongue hook 301, and then the lock catch 30 moves out of the lock catch accommodating hole 111 smoothly, so that an unlocking effect is achieved.
In order to facilitate understanding of the practical benefits of the present invention, in the present embodiment, there is also provided a notepad 40 having the detent lock structure 10.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, the notepad 40 includes a locking structure 10, a core 41 and a receiving frame layer 42. The main shell 11 of the locking structure 10 is disposed at the inner edge of the front panel of the notebook 40, and the length of the main shell 11 does not exceed the width of the notebook 40, so as to facilitate better installation;
the lock catch 30 of the locking structure 10 is disposed on the inner side of the back panel of the notebook 40 and has a certain distance with the edge of the notebook 40, and the position of the lock catch 30 corresponds to the lock catch receiving hole 111;
the core 41 is disposed inside the back panel of the notebook 40, and the opening of the core 41 faces the latch 30;
the storage interlayer 42 is disposed inside the front panel of the notebook 40.
Further, the lock catch receiving hole 111 of the main housing 11 faces away from the inner surface of the notepad 40, and when the notepad 40 is folded and closed, the lock catch 30 can be just inserted into the lock catch receiving hole 111, and then the fingerprint can still be captured with the fingerprint head hole 112 facing outward.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the latch 30 is provided with a latch mounting hole 302, and the latch 30 can be mounted and fixed on the notepad 40 through the latch mounting hole 302 by a screw or a rivet
The battery compartment 121 of the locking structure 10 faces the core 41, and after the notepad 40 is bent and closed, there is still a certain space between the core 41 and the locking structure 10, in this state, the battery compartment cover 13 can still be detached normally, and the dry battery 131 can still be pulled out from the space between the core 41 and the locking structure 10.
The locking type lock structure 10 provided by the invention carries out identification authentication through the identification authentication circuit on the circuit main board 14, and the driving motor 21 drives the C-shaped locking side wall 221 on the locking shaft 22 to rotate, the C-shaped locking side wall 221 can lock the lock tongue 23 by occupying the space below the lock tongue foot 234, so as to realize the locking effect, and can also release the lock tongue 23 by moving out of the lower part of the lock tongue foot 234, so as to realize the unlocking effect. The locker 30 is inserted into or removed from the locker receiving hole 111 by an external force without direct driving of the motor 21, so that it is free to select a type of the motor 21, thereby effectively reducing cost and power consumption.
The notebook 40 provided by the invention is provided with the stop type lock structure 10 with low cost, and uses the dry battery 131 for power supply, and can independently replace the dry battery 131, thereby further saving the cost.

Claims (10)

1. A stop-lock construction, comprising:
the lock catch comprises a main shell and a lock catch fixing rib, wherein the main shell comprises a lock catch accommodating hole and a lock tongue fixing rib, the lock catch accommodating hole is formed in the side wall of the main shell, and the lock tongue fixing rib is vertically arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the main shell and surrounds two sides of the lock catch accommodating hole;
the locking clutch comprises a lock tongue, a motor and a locking shaft, the lock tongue further comprises a lock tongue substrate and a lock tongue hook perpendicular to the lock tongue substrate, the lock tongue hook is arranged in a gap in the middle of the lock tongue fixing rib, the lock tongue hook perpendicularly points to the lock tongue accommodating hole, the lock tongue substrate is attached to the lock tongue fixing rib in parallel, and the motor is connected with the locking shaft; and
the lock catch has a slightly smaller profile than the lock catch receiving hole and can be inserted into the lock catch receiving hole.
2. A detent lock construction according to claim 1, wherein said latch hook is perpendicular to said latch base plate, and wherein said latch hook is "P" shaped in cross-section, i.e. the inner and outer hook surfaces of said latch hook have smooth curvatures.
3. A stop lock structure according to claim 1, wherein a notch is formed in the middle of the side wall of the lock catch, a lock hook is disposed at the notch, the cross section of the lock hook is "P" shaped, that is, the inner and outer hook surfaces of the lock hook have smooth radians, and when the lock catch enters or leaves the lock catch accommodating hole, the hook surface of the lock hook pushes the lock tongue to move laterally to avoid the lock tongue.
4. A stop lock construction according to claim 1, wherein the bolt further comprises a bolt spring, the bolt spring being arranged vertically at the bottom of the inner cavity of the main housing, the bolt spring top supporting the bolt.
5. A stop lock structure as recited in claim 1, wherein a C-shaped stop sidewall extends forward from the sidewall of the stop shaft, and the axis of the C-shaped stop sidewall coincides with the axis of the stop shaft, and the C-shaped stop sidewall is disposed in the gap between the latch bolt and the main housing and is rotatable around the axis of the stop shaft.

A stop lock structure as defined in claim 1 wherein said bolt further comprises a bolt foot, said bolt foot is disposed at the edge of said bolt base plate and perpendicular to the bottom of said main housing, and has a gap with the bottom of said main housing, said C-shaped stop sidewall can be rotated into the gap between said bolt foot and said main housing, so that said bolt cannot move.

A stop lock construction as defined in claim 1, wherein the main housing further includes a plurality of stop support ribs, the stop support ribs are disposed at the gaps between the C-shaped stop side walls and the main housing, the stop support ribs are connected to the bottom of the inner cavity of the main housing and perpendicular to the latch receiving holes, and the top ends of the stop support ribs have a certain curvature to fit and support the outer diameter of the C-shaped stop side walls.

A stop lock structure according to claim 1, wherein the main housing further includes a circuit main board, the circuit main board is disposed at the bottom of the inner cavity of the main housing, a fingerprint head hole is formed at a position of the main housing corresponding to the circuit main board, and two battery springs are separately disposed on the circuit main board and perpendicular to the circuit main board.
9. A stop lock construction according to claim 1 wherein said main housing further comprises a rear cover and a battery compartment cover, said rear cover being connected to said main housing by a plurality of sets of fasteners, said rear cover having a battery compartment formed at an end thereof adjacent to said circuit board, said battery compartment having dry batteries disposed therein, said battery spring extending from notches at both sides of said battery compartment and being resiliently connected to said dry batteries, said battery compartment cover being mounted to said battery compartment by means of fasteners.
10. A notepad, comprising: the structure of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the main housing is disposed at an edge of an inner side of a front panel of the notebook, and the bolt receiving hole faces away from the notebook, and the locker is disposed at a distance from an inner edge of a rear panel of the notebook, at the same level as the locker receiving hole;
the notebook core is arranged on the inner side of the notebook back panel, and the opening of the notebook core faces the lock catch; and the storage interlayer is arranged on the inner side of the front panel of the notebook.
