In the corner spraying state, as shown in fig. 6, the two flat plate portions 211 are vertically installed, two sides of the L-shaped assembly formed by the two flat plate portions 211 are respectively provided with one side plate 212, and each side plate 212 and each flat plate portion 211 are vertically installed. The above-mentioned mechanical arm 3 may be a six-axis industrial robot.
Preferably, the spraying device 2 further comprises a lifting device 4, and the mechanical arm 3 is mounted on the moving unit 1 through the lifting device 4. Thus, the spray device 2 can have more degrees of freedom and range of motion.
Further, the moving unit 1 includes a moving seat 11, driving wheels 12 are installed on two sides of the middle of the moving seat 11, and driven wheels 13 are installed at four corners of the moving seat 11. Each driven wheel 13 can be extended and retracted relative to the movable seat 11, and the translation direction is an oblique direction, so that when the spraying operation is performed, each driven wheel 13 is extended in an oblique translation manner, so that the four driven wheels 13 are dispersed, the supporting area is increased, the supporting stability is improved, the driven wheels 13 can be retracted, the overall width of the movable unit 1 is reduced, and the passing performance of the movable seat 11 is increased.
