1. The electric motorcycle comprises a frame with a seat surface, a front wheel and a rear wheel, and is characterized in that the frame is also provided with a backrest part; pedal parts are arranged in the front area of the front wheels on the two sides of the front end of the frame;
and the pedal part, the front wheel, the seat surface and the rear wheel are sequentially arranged on the frame from front to back, so that the electric motorcycle is used for a rider to straddle the frame and lean against the backrest part under the load using state of the electric motorcycle.
2. The electric motorcycle of claim 1, wherein a vertical height H1 of the seat surface is less than or equal to 60 cm.
3. The electric motorcycle of claim 2, wherein the vertical height H1 of the seat surface is 40-50 cm.
4. The electric motorcycle of claim 1, wherein a center of gravity of a triangle formed between the seat surface force receiving point and the pedal portion force receiving point and a center of a rear wheel axle is located forward of the seat surface force receiving point.
5. The electric motorcycle of claim 4, wherein a ratio of a distance L1 between outermost sides of the step parts to a vertical height H2 of a bottommost side of the step parts is 2.5:1 or less.
6. An electric motorcycle according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein a tread surface of the step portion is disposed obliquely from front to rear and toward a rear upper side of the frame.
7. An electric motorcycle according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein a tread surface of the step portion is disposed obliquely from outside to inside toward the front wheel.
8. An electric motorcycle according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the footrest section is provided at a front end of the frame via a folding mechanism.
9. The electric motorcycle of claim 8, wherein the folding mechanism includes a limit connector disposed at a front end of the frame, and a shaft disposed on the limit connector for rotational connection with the pedal portion.
10. The electric motorcycle of claim 9, wherein the limit connector is provided with a limit surface, and the step portion is provided with a limit abutting surface abutting against the limit surface.
11. An electric motorcycle according to claim 8, wherein the step portion is further provided with a downward movement prevention stopper portion.
12. The electric motorcycle of claim 1, wherein the seat surface is provided with a connection wing, and the backrest frame of the backrest portion is movably connected with the connection wing and can be turned relative to the connection wing.
13. The electric motorcycle of claim 12, wherein an angle between the backrest portion and the seat surface is 100 ° and 120 °.
14. An electric motorcycle according to claim 12, wherein the backrest frame and the connection wing are held in a relatively fixed state or released from the relatively fixed state by a lock assembly.
15. An electric motorcycle according to claim 14, wherein the locking assembly comprises a locking pin and a resilient assembly;
the rebound assembly comprises an elastic piece and a limiting piece;
the locking pin is movably arranged on the backrest frame and the connecting wing, the elastic piece is sleeved on the locking pin, the end part of the elastic piece is fixed on the connecting wing, the limiting piece is arranged on the locking pin, and the elastic piece is compressed when the locking pin is pulled out by external force.
16. The electric motorcycle of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a vertical height H3 of the handle provided at the front end of the frame is 70 to 90 cm.
17. The electric motorcycle of claim 1, wherein the front end of the frame is provided with a bluetooth sound.
18. An electric motorcycle according to claim 1, characterised in that the front and/or rear wheels are driven by a hub motor.
