本发明公开了一种混合动力驱动装置,用于混合动力汽车,包括发动机、与所述发动机的输出端相连的输入轴、输出轴、与所述输入轴连接的P1电机、与所述输出轴连接的P3电机和位于所述输入轴、所述输出轴之间用以控制所述输入轴与所述输出轴连接与分离的狗牙离合器。本发明公开的混合动力驱动装置通过用狗牙离合器代替传统离合器,结实耐用,可以保证在电机快速响应地调速下完成较平顺换挡,同时提升***的可靠性并明显降低成本。又通过将P1电机偏轴布置,可以有效减小整车轴向尺寸,从而可以覆盖A/B平台车辆搭载布置要求。通过将P3电机轴套轴的布置在P1电机的外侧,结构简单,工艺可实现能力强,高度集成,整体装置布置紧凑。

技术领域
本发明涉及车辆传动技术领域,尤其涉及一种混合动力驱动装置。
背景技术
随着新能源汽车的发展,现如今混动车型成为了目前主流销售的新能源车型,混合动力汽车可在多种驱动模式下运行,然而电池容量有限,主要依靠发动机燃烧提供动力。
根据电机的位置,可以把混动车型分为P0、P1、P2、P3、P4等几种。P0:电机置于变速箱之前,皮带驱动BSG电机(Belt Driven Starter Generator,启动、发电一体电机)。P1:电机置于变速箱之前,安装在发动机曲轴上,在离合器之前(原本飞轮的位置)。P2:电机置于变速箱的输入端,在离合器之后(发动机与变速箱之间)。P3:电机置于变速箱的输出端,与发动机分享同一根轴,同源输出。P4:电机置于变速箱之后,与发动机的输出轴分离,一般是驱动无动力的轮子(P4是电机放在后桥上,另外轮边驱动也叫P4)。
四种单电机驱动模式缺点都很明显,越来越多的车型选择采用双电机来实现“让发动机永远工作在高效区间”的目的,例如本田的IMMD***。然而现有的双电机混动车型,研发制造成本较高,且使用传统离合器,在模式切换时,离合器打开的过程,存在拖曳扭矩损失,影响变速器效率。并且传统离合器采用多摩擦片设计,零部件成本相对较高,且经使用后会不断磨损,对耐久性和自适应性调整有较高的要求。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用狗牙离合器代替传统离合器的混合动力驱动装置。
本发明提供一种混合动力驱动装置,用于混合动力汽车,包括发动机、与所述发动机的输出端相连的输入轴、输出轴、与所述输入轴连接的P1电机、与所述输出轴连接的P3电机和位于所述输入轴、所述输出轴之间用以控制所述输入轴与所述输出轴连接与分离的狗牙离合器。
进一步地,所述输入轴前端设有第一齿轮,所述P1电机前端设有与所述第一齿轮啮合的第二齿轮。
进一步地,所述第二齿轮为用以改变所述发动机与所述P1电机的速比的渐开线斜齿轮且所述第二齿轮的轴线与所述第一齿轮的轴线不重合。
进一步地,所述输入轴后端设有与所述输出轴连接的第三齿轮,所述狗牙离合器与所述第三齿轮匹配。
进一步地,所述输出轴前端设有与所述第三齿轮、所述P3电机均相连的第四齿轮。
进一步地,所述第三齿轮与所述第四齿轮之间通过减速齿轮副连接。
进一步地,所述P3电机前端设有与所述第四齿轮啮合的第五齿轮。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
请参考图1至图2,本实施例提供一种混合动力驱动装置,用于混合动力汽车。该混合动力驱动装置包括用于储存电量并依靠电量驱动汽车的电池包(未图示)、PCU(PowerControl Unit,动力控制单元,未图示)、发动机10(ICE,internal combustion engine,内燃机)、输入轴20、输出轴30、P1电机40、P3电机50、狗牙离合器60、差速器70以及第一齿轮81、第二齿轮82、第三齿轮83、第四齿轮84、第五齿轮85、第六齿轮86和第七齿轮87。P1电机40、P3电机50均为高压大功率电机,既可作为发电机也可作为电动机。
输入轴20与发动机10的输出端连接,第一齿轮81布置在输入轴20前端,第三齿轮83布置在输入轴20后端。第二齿轮82布置在P1电机40前端且与第一齿轮81啮合。第二齿轮82为渐开线斜齿轮,用于设置发动机10与P1电机40之间的速比。第二齿轮82与第一齿轮81的轴线不重合,使P1电机40相对于发动机10偏轴布置,有效减小了整车轴向尺寸。
狗牙离合器60与第三齿轮83相匹配,用以控制第三齿轮83与输出轴30的结合与分离,狗牙离合器60上设液压机构或电机机构控制离合器的状态。狗牙离合器60相对于常规离合器,更结实耐用,可以保证在电机快速响应地调速下完成较平顺换挡,同时提升***的可靠性并明显降低成本。
第四齿轮84布置在输出轴30前端,第七齿轮87布置在输出轴30后端,第五齿轮85布置在P3电机50的前端且与第四齿轮84啮合。第三齿轮83与第四齿轮84之间通过至少一对减速齿轮副(未画出)连接,减速齿轮副的数量可根据实际需要设置。第六齿轮86与汽车的车轮90连接,第六齿轮86与第七齿轮87啮合,差速器70布置在第六齿轮86与车轮90之间用以控制车轮90的转速差。
P3电机50及第五齿轮85均以轴套轴的形式套在P1电机40外侧且能相对P1电机40自由转动。通过将P3电机50轴套轴的布置在P1电机40的外侧,结构简单,工艺可实现能力强,高度集成,整体装置布置紧凑。
P1电机40与P3电机50均通过导线与电池包相连,当P1电机40与P3电机50做为发电机时,电池包储存P1电机40与P3电机50产生的电量,P1电机40与P3电机50作为电动机时,电池包中的电量驱动P1电机40与P3电机50旋转。
PCU与发动机10、P1电机40、P3电机50、狗牙离合器60均相连,PCU根据车速、油门刹车操作、电池包SOC(State of charge,荷电状态)等情况,控制狗牙离合器60的状态以及发动机10、P1电机40、P3电机50的启停、转速,并具体细分成6种工作模式,怠速充电模式、纯电驱动模式、串联驱动模式、并联驱动模式、发动机直驱模式、制动能量回收模式。
请参考图2,在怠速充电模式下,PCU控制狗牙离合器60不结合,P3电机50不启动,发动机10带动P1电机40为电池包充电。纯电驱动模式下,PCU控制狗牙离合器60不结合,P1电机40不启动,电池包为P3电机供电,驱动输出轴30转动,进而带动车轮90转动。串联驱动模式下,PCU控制狗牙离合器60不结合,发动机10带动P1电机40为电池包充电,电池包为P3电机供电,驱动输出轴30转动,进而带动车轮90转动。制动能量回收模式下,PCU控制狗牙离合器60不结合,汽车行驶时松开油门,此时P3电机50发出负扭矩指令,此时的P3电机50作为发电机使用,P3电机50此时可以理解成一个可以给电池包充电的刹车。
并联驱动模式下,PCU控制狗牙离合器60结合,第三齿轮83与第四齿轮84啮合,输入轴20与输出轴30连接,发动机10通过输入轴20、狗牙离合器60、输出轴30带动车轮90转动,同时P3电机50同样带动输出轴30转动。当电池包电量低时,发动机10还可以带动P1电机40转动为电池包充电。发动机直驱模式下,PCU控制狗牙离合器60结合,第三齿轮83与第四齿轮84啮合,输入轴20与输出轴30连接,发动机10通过输入轴20、狗牙离合器60、输出轴30带动车轮90转动。当电池包电量低时,发动机10还可以带动P1电机40转动为电池包充电。
车辆在启动提速过程中,先通过纯电驱动模式快速响应,低速时在串联模式,之后并联驱动模式,高速巡航阶段为发动机直驱模式。该模式切换顺序,仅指的是理想提速过程中的最佳切换顺序,然后实际行驶过程中,会根据速度增减改变模式切换顺序。
本实施例提供的混合动力驱动装置通过用狗牙离合器60代替传统离合器,结实耐用,可以保证在电机快速响应地调速下完成较平顺换挡,同时提升***的可靠性并明显降低成本。又通过将P1电机40偏轴布置,可以有效减小整车轴向尺寸,从而可以覆盖A/B平台车辆搭载布置要求。通过将P3电机60轴套轴的布置在P1电机40的外侧,结构简单,工艺可实现能力强,高度集成,整体装置布置紧凑。
在附图中,为了清晰起见,会夸大层和区域的尺寸和相对尺寸。应当理解的是,当元件例如层、区域或基板被称作“形成在”、“设置在”或“位于”另一元件上时,该元件可以直接设置在所述另一元件上,或者也可以存在中间元件。相反,当元件被称作“直接形成在”或“直接设置在”另一元件上时,不存在中间元件。

Claims (10)
1.一种混合动力驱动装置,用于混合动力汽车,其特征在于,包括发动机、与所述发动机的输出端相连的输入轴、输出轴、与所述输入轴连接的P1电机、与所述输出轴连接的P3电机和位于所述输入轴、所述输出轴之间用以控制所述输入轴与所述输出轴连接与分离的狗牙离合器。
2.如权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述输入轴前端设有第一齿轮,所述P1电机前端设有与所述第一齿轮啮合的第二齿轮。
3.如权利要求2所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第二齿轮为用以改变所述发动机与所述P1电机的速比的渐开线斜齿轮且所述第二齿轮的轴线与所述第一齿轮的轴线不重合。
4.如权利要求2所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述输入轴后端设有与所述输出轴连接的第三齿轮,所述狗牙离合器与所述第三齿轮匹配。
5.如权利要求4所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述输出轴前端设有与所述第三齿轮、所述P3电机均相连的第四齿轮。
6.如权利要求5所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第三齿轮与所述第四齿轮之间通过减速齿轮副连接。
7.如权利要求5所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述P3电机前端设有与所述第四齿轮啮合的第五齿轮。
8.如权利要求7所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述P3电机、所述第五齿轮均套在所述P1电机外侧且能相对所述P1电机自由转动。
9.如权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,还包括与所述混合动力汽车的车轮相连接的第六齿轮,所述输出轴后端设有与所述第六齿轮啮合的第七齿轮。
10.如权利要求9所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第六齿轮与所述车轮之间设有用以控制所述车轮转速差的差速器。
