The technical solution of the present invention is further explained by the following embodiments with reference to the attached fig. 1-4.
Example one
This embodiment provides a bicycle that includes a tubeless wheel rim. In order to make the bicycle lighter, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the rim of the tubeless wheel includes a rim body 1 and a sealing liner 2, the rim body 1 includes an annular bridging member 11 and two annular side walls 12, inner walls of the two side walls 12 are respectively connected to two ends of the bridging member 11 and are located at an outer edge of the bridging member 11, a reinforcing portion 13 protruding toward a center of the bridging member 11 is disposed along a circumferential direction of the bridging member 11, mounting holes 114 are disposed on the reinforcing portion 13 and are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the bridging member 11, and the mounting holes 114 are used for mounting the copper heads 4. The sealing liner 2 is arranged on the outer wall of the rim body 1 so that a sealed cavity is formed between the tire and the sealing liner 2.
The rim body 1 of the embodiment only comprises the bridging piece 11, so that the weight of the rim body 1 can be reduced, meanwhile, the rigidity of the rim body 1 is reduced, and the rim body 1 has certain elasticity, so that a damping device can be omitted from a bicycle, the weight of a bicycle body is further reduced, and the use experience of a user is improved; in addition, the strength of the rim body 1 can be improved by the arrangement of the reinforcing part 13, so that the rim of the tubeless wheel in the embodiment can be normally used.
The material of the rim body 1 in this embodiment is carbon fiber or aluminum alloy, and the weight of the rim body 1 in this embodiment can be greatly reduced, so that the aluminum alloy can also meet the requirement of a user on the light weight of a vehicle body, and the application range of the rim of the tubeless wheel in this embodiment is expanded.
To further enhance the rim of the tubeless wheel in this embodiment, the bridge member 11 is provided with reinforcing portions 13 near the two ends thereof, and each reinforcing portion 13 is provided with a mounting hole 114. In detail, each mounting hole 114 is internally provided with one copper head 4, and each copper head 4 can be connected to one end of one spoke, so that the two ends of the rim can be supported by the spokes, thereby further improving the strength of the wheel and prolonging the service life of the wheel.
In some alternative embodiments, the bridge 11 between the two reinforcing portions 13 is hollowed out, so that the weight of the rim body 1 can be reduced, and the strength of the rim body 1 can be improved. In detail, when the width of the bridge 11 is large, the bridge 11 is hollowed out to reduce the weight of the rim body 1; when the width of the bridge 11 is small, the bridge 11 may not be hollowed out.
As shown in fig. 2, the mounting holes 114 on one of the reinforcing portions 13 are located between two adjacent mounting holes 114 on the other reinforcing portion 13, and due to the uniform distribution of the mounting holes 114, the spokes on the wheel can be distributed more uniformly, so that the spokes can uniformly support the rim body 1, the deformation of the rim body 1 is reduced, and the service life of the wheel can be prolonged.
In some alternative embodiments, the bridge 11 and the side wall 12 are integrally formed to improve the strength of the rim body 1.
In order to further improve the strength of the rim body 1, as shown in fig. 1, the bridge member 11 includes a body portion 111 having a U-shaped profile in cross section and two connecting portions 112, and two ends of the body portion 111 are connected to the side walls 12 by one connecting portion 112, respectively, it can be understood that the body of the bridge member 11 is bent by the U-shaped profile, so as to improve the strength of the bridge member 11, and thus the strength of the rim body 1.
Further, the reinforcement 13 is formed by recessing the outer wall of the bridge 11 toward the center thereof. In detail, the mounting hole 114 is provided in a groove 113 formed by recessing the reinforcing portion 13, and the head portion of the copper head 4 is located in the groove 113.
After the tire is connected with the rim body 1, a sealed cavity is formed between the tire and the sealing liner 2 arranged on the outer side of the rim body 1, in order to ensure the reliable sealing between the tire and the sealing liner 2 and reduce the damage of the sealing liner 2 caused by external force, as shown in fig. 1, the rim of the bicycle comprising the tubeless wheel in the embodiment further comprises a protective liner 3, and the protective liner 3 is arranged between the sealing liner 2 and the rim body 1 to protect the sealing liner 2. In detail, the material of the protective backing tape 3 may be selected from rubber and resin. Of course, those skilled in the art can select the material of the protective lining 3 according to the needs, and the material is not limited herein.
Example two
This embodiment also discloses a bicycle comprising a rim for a tubeless wheel which, as shown in figure 3, is substantially identical to the rim for a tubeless wheel of the first embodiment, differing from the rim for a tubeless wheel of the first embodiment described above in that the reinforcement 13 comprises an annular frame, both ends of which are connected to the bridge 11 and form a cavity 115 with the bridge 11. In detail, the bridge 11 is provided with a through hole connected to the cavity 115, the mounting hole 114 is provided on the reinforcing portion 13, the copper head 4 is mounted on the reinforcing portion 13 through the through hole, the head of the copper head 4 is located in the cavity 115, and the copper head 4 passes through the mounting hole 114.
EXAMPLE III
This embodiment also discloses a bicycle including a rim of a tubeless wheel, which is substantially the same as the rim of the tubeless wheel in the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, except that a reinforcing portion 13 is formed by a convex ring protruded from the inner wall of the bridge member 11 toward the center of the bridge member 11. In detail, the mounting hole 114 penetrates the bridge 11 and the convex ring in sequence.
Since the reinforcing portion 13 in this embodiment is solid, the rim body 1 is heavy, and a weight reduction structure is provided on the reinforcing portion 13 to reduce the weight of the rim body 1. In some alternative embodiments, grooves are provided on the reinforcement 13 at even intervals along its circumference. Of course, the skilled person can set the form of the weight-reducing structure according to the needs, and the invention is not limited herein.
The technical principle of the present invention is described above in connection with specific embodiments. The description is made for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the invention and should not be construed in any way as limiting the scope of the invention. Based on the explanations herein, those skilled in the art will be able to conceive of other embodiments of the present invention without inventive effort, which would fall within the scope of the present invention.
