Abstract
本发明公开了一种使用寿命长的银黑地膜,包括由内到外依次固定设有的内层、中层和外层,该使用寿命长的银黑地膜包括以下质量份数的原料制成:PE56‑78份、PP40‑60份、茂金属12‑18份、塑胶原料8‑20份、纳米黑色染料3‑15份、纳米银色染料7‑15份、光稳定剂5‑10份、抗氧剂材料2‑8份、荧光剂1.4‑2.3份、助射剂6‑8份。有益效果:本发明中的银黑地膜由内层、中层和外层复合而成,制成的银黑地膜透光率为零,属于全避光地膜,比普通地膜使用寿命长,使用时黑色面朝内,降低地温、保墒、抑制杂草生长,银色面朝外,一方面驱逐害虫,防止病虫害产生,有利于无公害蔬菜的生长,另一方面反射光线,增加作物光合作用,提高作物长势,使用寿命长,坐果多、坐果好、作物长势旺盛。

技术领域
本发明涉及银黑地膜制备的技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种使用寿命长的银黑地膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
农作物种植过程中,通常采用地膜来覆盖保护农作物。按照颜色分,地膜可分为透明薄膜、黑色薄膜、绿色薄膜、银色薄膜等,其中,黑色薄膜的应用最为广泛。但现在常用的黑色地膜使用寿命只有80天左右,老化后又难以完全回收,逐步形成了大面积的污染,不利于绿色环保和可持续发展。
在中国专利授权公告号为CN102675724B、授权公告日为2013年09月04日的中国专利公开了一种果树专用黑色功能地膜,是由下列重量百分比的原料制成:LLDPE35%-45%,LDPE6%-15%,HDPE5%-12%,mPE15%-25%,黑母料8%-15%,果树专用膜功能母料5%-12%。
但是现有技术为黑色功能地膜,使用寿命低,功能单一,在使用时,黑色的地膜易导致吸热过多,而造成被覆盖部分的土壤温度过高,从而可能造成农作物死亡。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用寿命长的银黑地膜及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的一种使用寿命长的银黑地膜及其制备方法问题。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种使用寿命长的银黑地膜及其制备方法。
包括银黑地膜本体,所述银黑地膜本体包括由内到外依次固定设有的内层、中层和外层,该使用寿命长的银黑地膜包括以下质量份数的原料制成:
PE56-78份、PP40-60份、茂金属12-18份、塑胶原料8-20份、纳米黑色染料3-15份、纳米银色染料7-15份、光稳定剂5-10份、抗氧剂材料2-8份、荧光剂1.4-2.3份、助射剂6-8份。
进一步的,所述荧光剂包括以下原料组份:有机膨润土0.3-0.5份、环氧乙烷0.7-1.0份、乙酸乙酯0.4-0.8份。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种使用寿命长的银黑地膜的制备方法。
根据上述质量份数,称取所述使用寿命长的银黑地膜所需各原料;
取出相应分量的PE、PP、茂金属、塑胶原料、纳米黑色染料、光稳定剂、抗氧剂材料和助射剂放入到搅拌机一中进行充分搅拌混合,得到混合物料一;
取出相应分量的PE、PP、茂金属、塑胶原料、纳米银色染料、光稳定剂、抗氧剂材料和助射剂放入到搅拌机二中进行充分搅拌混合,得到混合物料二;
取出相应分量的PE、PP、茂金属、塑胶原料、纳米银色染料、光稳定剂、抗氧剂材料和助射剂放入到搅拌机三中进行充分搅拌混合,得到混合物料三;
将有机膨润土、环氧乙烷和乙酸乙酯都放入到容器中进行混合均匀,制成荧光剂,再将荧光剂分别加入到混合物料一、混合物料二和混合物料三中;
将上述中加入荧光剂的混合物料一、混合物料二和混合物料三进行充分加热并热熔吹塑,经内层、中层和外层三层共挤,制备获得银黑地膜,冷却后再对银黑地膜进行包装处理。
进一步的,上述混合物一在搅拌混合时,搅拌速度为300-150r/min,搅拌时间为10-20min。
进一步的,上述混合物二在搅拌混合时,搅拌速度为150-200r/min,搅拌时间为20-25min。
进一步的,上述混合物三在搅拌混合时,搅拌速度为100-200r/min,搅拌时间为20-30min。
进一步的,上述获得的银黑地膜中,中层和外层均呈银色,内层呈黑色。
进一步的,上述获得的银黑地膜中的加热温度为190-200℃,热熔时间为40-55s。
其中,本发明所采用的原料药份阐述如下:
PP:是一种半结晶的热塑性塑料。具有较高的耐冲击性,机械性质强韧,抗多种有机溶剂和酸碱腐蚀。在工业界有广泛的应用,是平常常见的高分子材料之一。澳大利亚的钱币也使用聚丙烯制作。
茂金属:茂金属是过渡金属与环戊二烯相连所形成的有机金属配位化合物。茂类金属化合物催化剂简称茂金属催化剂,茂金属聚烯烃就是以茂金属配位化合物为催化剂,进行烯烃聚合反应所制的的聚合物。茂金属聚合物加工性能好、强度高、刚性和透明性好,在耐温、耐化学药品等方面的性能得到了显著的改善。
塑胶原料:塑胶原料按照合成树脂的分子结构分主要有热塑性及热固性塑胶之分:对於热塑性塑胶指反复加热仍有可塑性的塑胶:主要有PVC/PS/ABS/PMMA/POM/PC/PA等常用原料。热固性塑胶主要指加热硬化的合成树脂制得的得塑胶,像一些酚醛塑胶及氨基塑胶。
光稳定剂:光稳定剂是高分子制品(例如塑料、橡胶、涂料、合成纤维)的一种添加剂,它能屏蔽或吸收紫外线的能量,猝灭单线态氧及将氢过氧化物分解成非活性物质等功能,使高分子聚合物在光的辐射下,能排除或减缓光化学反应可能性,阻止或延迟光老化的过程,从而达到延长高分子聚合物制品使用寿命的目的。
有机膨润土:有机膨润土是一种无机矿物/有机铵复合物,以膨润土为原料,利用膨润土中蒙脱石的层片状结构及其能在水或有机溶剂中溶胀分散成胶体级粘粒特性,通过离子交换技术***有机覆盖剂而制成的。有机膨润土在各类有机溶剂、油类、液体树脂中能形成凝胶,具有良好的增稠性、触变性、悬浮稳定性、高温稳定性、润滑性、成膜性,耐水性及化学稳定性,在涂料工业中有重要的应用价值。在油漆油墨、航空、冶金、'化纤、石油等工业中也有广泛的应用。
环氧乙烷:环氧乙烷是一种有机化合物,化学式是C2H4O,是一种有毒的致癌物质,以前被用来制造杀菌剂。环氧乙烷易燃易爆,不易长途运输,因此有强烈的地域性。被广泛地应用于洗涤,制药,印染等行业。在化工相关产业可作为清洁剂的起始剂。
乙酸乙酯:乙酸乙酯是无色透明液体,低毒性,有甜味,浓度较高时有刺激性气味,易挥发,对空气敏感,能吸水分,使其缓慢水解而呈酸性反应。能与氯仿、乙醇、丙酮和***混溶,溶于水(10%ml/ml)。能溶解某些金属盐类(如氯化锂、氯化钴、氯化锌、氯化铁等)反应。相对密度0.902。熔点-83℃。沸点77℃。折光率1.3719。闪点7.2℃(开杯)。易燃。蒸气能与空气形成***性混合物。半数致死量(大鼠,经口)11.3ml/kg。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明中的银黑地膜由内层、中层和外层复合而成,制成的银黑地膜透光率为零,属于全避光地膜,比普通地膜使用寿命长,使用时黑色面朝内,降低地温、保墒、抑制杂草生长,银色面朝外,一方面驱逐害虫,防止病虫害产生,有利于无公害蔬菜的生长,另一方面反射光线,增加作物光合作用,提高作物长势,使用寿命长,坐果多、坐果好、作物长势旺盛。
(2)本发明制备得到银黑地膜,气密性强,银黑地膜覆盖后能显著地减少土壤水分蒸发,使土壤湿度稳定,并能长期保持湿润,银黑地膜棉花防白虱,有利于根系生长。在旱区可以采用人工造墒、补墒的方法进行抗旱播种。便于银黑地膜反射,使昆虫不敢接近;反射使果实颜色均匀性;增温释温效应。它还可以抑制杂草生长、节约成本,对于水土流失防治、土壤疏松、便于根系发育,降低灌溉成本、节约化肥消耗,果树银黑地膜,保持土壤温度,使根系生长良好,以及保持适当的土壤水分,便于种植这些方面,都是非常有帮助的。

PE56克、PP40克、茂金属12克、塑胶原料8克、纳米黑色染料3克、纳米银色染料7克、光稳定剂5克、抗氧剂材料2克、荧光剂1.4克、助射剂6克。
其中,所述荧光剂包括以下原料组份:有机膨润土0.3克、环氧乙烷0.7克、乙酸乙酯0.4克。
该使用寿命长的银黑地膜的制备,包括以下步骤:
根据上述质量份数,称取所述使用寿命长的银黑地膜所需各原料;
根据上述质量份数,称取所述银黑地膜所需的各原料;
取出相应分量的PE、PP、茂金属、塑胶原料、纳米黑色染料、光稳定剂、抗氧剂材料和助射剂放入到搅拌机一中进行充分搅拌混合,得到混合物料一;

将有机膨润土0.3克、环氧乙烷0.7克、乙酸乙酯0.4克都放入到容器中进行混合均匀,制成荧光剂,再将荧光剂分别加入到混合物料一、混合物料二和混合物料三中;
将上述中加入荧光剂的混合物料一、混合物料二和混合物料三进行充分加热并热熔吹塑,经内层、中层和外层三层共挤,制备获得银黑地膜,冷却后再对银黑地膜进行包装处理。
实施例二
一种使用寿命长的银黑地膜,使用寿命长的银黑地膜由以下质量份数的原料制成:
PE67克、PP50克、茂金属15克、塑胶原料14克、纳米黑色染料9克、纳米银色染料11克、光稳定剂7克、抗氧剂材料6克、荧光剂1.8克、助射剂7克。
其中,所述荧光剂包括以下原料组份:有机膨润土0.4克、环氧乙烷0.85克、乙酸乙酯0.6克。
该使用寿命长的银黑地膜的制备,包括以下步骤:
根据上述质量份数,称取所述使用寿命长的银黑地膜所需各原料;
根据上述质量份数,称取所述银黑地膜所需的各原料;
取出相应分量的PE、PP、茂金属、塑胶原料、纳米黑色染料、光稳定剂、抗氧剂材料和助射剂放入到搅拌机一中进行充分搅拌混合,得到混合物料一;
取出相应分量的PE、PP、茂金属、塑胶原料、纳米银色染料、光稳定剂、抗氧剂材料和助射剂放入到搅拌机二中进行充分搅拌混合,得到混合物料二;
取出相应分量的PE、PP、茂金属、塑胶原料、纳米银色染料、光稳定剂、抗氧剂材料和助射剂放入到搅拌机三中进行充分搅拌混合,得到混合物料三;

PE78克、PP60克、茂金属18克、塑胶原料20克、纳米黑色染料15克、纳米银色染料15克、光稳定剂10克、抗氧剂材料8克、荧光剂2.3克、助射剂8克。
其中,所述荧光剂包括以下原料组份:有机膨润土0.5克、环氧乙烷1.0克、乙酸乙酯0.8克。
该使用寿命长的银黑地膜的制备,包括以下步骤:
根据上述质量份数,称取所述使用寿命长的银黑地膜所需各原料;
根据上述质量份数,称取所述银黑地膜所需的各原料;
取出相应分量的PE、PP、茂金属、塑胶原料、纳米黑色染料、光稳定剂、抗氧剂材料和助射剂放入到搅拌机一中进行充分搅拌混合,得到混合物料一;

PE56-78份、PP40-60份、茂金属12-18份、塑胶原料8-20份、纳米黑色染料3-15份、纳米银色染料7-15份、光稳定剂5-10份、抗氧剂材料2-8份、荧光剂1.4-2.3份、助射剂6-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用寿命长的银黑地膜,其特征在于,所述荧光剂包括以下原料组份:有机膨润土0.3-0.5份、环氧乙烷0.7-1.0份、乙酸乙酯0.4-0.8份。
3.一种使用寿命长的银黑地膜的制备方法,其特征在于,用于权利要求2所述的使用寿命长的银黑地膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
根据上述质量份数,称取所述银黑地膜所需的各原料;
取出相应分量的PE、PP、茂金属、塑胶原料、纳米黑色染料、光稳定剂、抗氧剂材料和助射剂放入到搅拌机一中进行充分搅拌混合,得到混合物料一;
取出相应分量的PE、PP、茂金属、塑胶原料、纳米银色染料、光稳定剂、抗氧剂材料和助射剂放入到搅拌机二中进行充分搅拌混合,得到混合物料二;
取出相应分量的PE、PP、茂金属、塑胶原料、纳米银色染料、光稳定剂、抗氧剂材料和助射剂放入到搅拌机三中进行充分搅拌混合,得到混合物料三;
将有机膨润土、环氧乙烷和乙酸乙酯都放入到容器中进行混合均匀,制成荧光剂,再将荧光剂分别加入到混合物料一、混合物料二和混合物料三中;
