In a 3GPP 5G NR network, a terminal device needs to acquire identification information corresponding to a base station before receiving paging of the base station.

It can be understood that, in the specific implementation, there may be other methods for allocating the current IP address to the terminal device, and details of the embodiment of the present invention are not described herein.
Compared with the method for dynamically allocating the IP address to the terminal equipment through the SMF, the method for dynamically allocating the IP address to the terminal equipment allocates the IP address to the terminal equipment through the AMF without setting the SMF, so that the network structure can be simplified, and the complexity of the network equipment can be reduced.

Continuing with the above example, the host address of the terminal device is selected as the identification information of the terminal device, and the host address of the terminal device is 10.11. The system integer may be specified by an existing standard or may be configured by the base station and broadcast via a system message. For example, the systematic integer is 1024.
