Referring to fig. 11, the control module 61 includes a controller 610, a driving circuit 611, a first relay KA1, and a second relay KA2, an output of the controller 610 is electrically connected to an input end of the driving circuit 611, an output end of the driving circuit 611 is electrically connected to a controlled end of the relay, the first relay KA1 is selected as a normally open electromagnetic relay, a first electromagnetic valve KW1 is disposed on an air supply pipeline of the rotating member 51 connected to the first feeding device 5, the controlled end of the first relay KA1 is connected in series to an electromagnetic circuit of the first electromagnetic valve KW1, when the first reader 602 identifies the electronic tag 600, the controller 610 can control the first relay KA1 to attract each other, the power circuit of the first electromagnetic valve KW1 is connected, and further, a cylinder shaft of the rotating member 51 is extended, so that the receiving track 50 is connected to the main track 24.
Referring to fig. 11, the second relay KA2 is selected as a three-pole three-throw electromagnetic relay, an air source air path where the second driving element 411 of the first limiting assembly 41 is located is provided with a second electromagnetic valve KW2, the second electromagnetic valve KW2 is used for controlling on/off of the air path, an air source air path where the third driving element 421 of the second limiting assembly 42 is located is provided with a third electromagnetic valve KW3, the third electromagnetic valve KW3 is used for controlling on/off of the air path, three controlled ends of the first relay KA1 are respectively connected in series in a power supply circuit of the second electromagnetic valve KW2, a power supply circuit of the third electromagnetic valve KW3 and a power supply circuit of the power element 402 of the feeding structure 40.
Referring to fig. 9, the identification module 60 includes an electronic tag 600 and a reader group 601, the reader group 601 being capable of identifying the electronic tag 600 and transmitting information to the control module 61, the electronic tag 600 being mounted on the chaplet frame 3, the electronic tag 600 storing therein passed processes and non-passed processes of the clothes held by the chaplet frame 3. Referring to fig. 2, the electronic tag 600 is fixed on the rotating wheel 32, the storage slot 320 is disposed on one side of the rotating wheel 32, the electronic tag 600 is disposed in the storage slot 320, a fixture block 321 is disposed on a sidewall of the storage slot 320, and the fixture block 321 fixes the electronic tag 600 in the storage slot 320.
Referring to fig. 5, the reader group 601 includes a first reader 602 and a second reader 603, both the first reader 602 and the second reader 603 are installed on the rack 1, the first reader 602 is disposed above the main rail 24 and near the receiving rail 50, the second reader 603 is disposed above the main rail 24 and near the end of the discharging rail 43, and the receiving rail 50 and the discharging rail 43 are disposed between the first reader 602 and the second reader 603. The second reader 603 is used for detecting whether the clothes hanger 3 passes through the main rail 24 when the discharging rail 43 of the clothes hanger 3 moves to the main rail 24, so that the phenomenon that the clothes hanger 3 falls off due to the collision of the clothes hanger 3 is reduced.
Referring to fig. 5, after the clothes-supporting frame 3 moves to the material-distributing rail 25, firstly, the clothes-supporting frame 3 passes through the blanking portion 250, because the blanking portion 250 is inclined towards the ground, the clothes-supporting frame 3 moves to the first limiting component 41 on the blanking portion 250 due to gravity, the cylinder shaft of the second driving member 411 is shortened to open the first limiting piece 410, and then the first limiting piece 410 can push the clothes-supporting frame 3, and the clothes-supporting frame 3 moves the folded angle formed by the feeding portion 251 and the buffering portion 252. The feeding structure 40 feeds the clothes stretchers 3 to the second limiting assembly 42, the second limiting assembly 42 can push the clothes stretchers 3 out in the same way as the first limiting assembly 41, and the clothes stretchers 3 move to the main rail 24 through the material distributing rail 25.
Referring to fig. 5 and 11, in order to improve the feeding efficiency, when the previous bracketing hanger 3 is placed at the second position limiting assembly 42, the next bracketing hanger 3 is placed at a folding angle formed by the buffering portion 252 and the loading portion 251, and the next bracketing hanger 3 is placed at the first position limiting assembly. When the second reader 603 recognizes that the main rail 24 below the material distributing rail 25 does not pass through the clothes hangers 3, the controller 610 closes the second relay KA2, at this time, the second limiting component 42 sends out the foremost clothes hanger 3, the feeding structure 40 feeds the next clothes hanger 3 to the second limiting component 42, the next clothes hanger 3 of the next clothes hanger 3 moves the folding angle between the feeding portion 251 and the buffering portion 252 to wait, and the next two clothes hangers 3 of the next clothes hanger 3 move to the second limiting component 42 to wait.
