The fine screen assembly 8 comprises a fine screen groove 42, a blanking groove 43 and a fine screen 44, the fine screen groove 42 is fixedly installed on the fine screen seat 6, the blanking groove 43 is arranged at the lower end of the fine screen groove 42, an annular baffle is arranged at the upper end of the fine screen 44, the fine screen 44 is slidably connected onto the fine screen groove 42, a plurality of groups of springs are arranged on the periphery of the annular baffle of the fine screen 44, and the plurality of groups of springs are fixedly connected with the side wall of the fine screen groove 42.

When the oak vermicelli processing device is used, according to different specifications of oak vermicelli raw materials to be processed, the distance between the crushed aggregate arc-shaped seat 12 and the crushed aggregate gear roller 15 is adjusted by pushing the adjusting plate 13, the adjusting plate 13 and the crushed aggregate arc-shaped seat 12 are fixed through the adjusting pin 14, the first motor 18 works to drive the first driving belt wheel 19 to rotate, the first driving belt wheel 19 drives the first driven belt wheel 21 to rotate through the first belt 20, the first driven belt wheel 21 drives the driving gear 17 to rotate, the driving gear 17 drives the driven gear 16 and the crushed aggregate gear roller 15 to rotate through gear meshing transmission, the oak vermicelli raw material barrel cover feeding hopper 11 is put into the crushed aggregate box 10, and the oak vermicelli raw materials are extruded and crushed through the rotated crushed aggregate gear roller 15 and the crushed aggregate arc-shaped seat 12; after being crushed and processed, the oak vermicelli raw material in the material crushing box 10 falls into the grinding cover 22 through the material outlet, the oak vermicelli raw material falls into the grinding fixed seat 28, the second motor 23 works to drive the second driving belt pulley 24 to rotate, the second driving belt pulley 24 drives the second driven belt pulley 26 to rotate through the second belt 25, the second driven belt pulley 26 drives the grinding rotary plate 29 to rotate through the grinding driving shaft 27, the grinding rotary plate 29 rotates to grind and crush the oak vermicelli raw material falling into the grinding fixed seat 28, and the ground and crushed oak vermicelli raw material falls onto the inclined blanking bottom plate 222 and falls into the coarse screen component 4 through the blanking port 223; the oak vermicelli raw material ground in the grinding cover 22 falls onto the coarse screen 31 in the coarse screen groove 30, the vibrator 34 is electrified to work to drive the coarse screen groove 30 to vibrate, the oak vermicelli raw material is screened on the vibrating coarse screen 31, and the obliquely arranged coarse screen groove 30 ensures that the oak vermicelli raw material slides downwards while being screened; in the process of roughly screening oak vermicelli raw materials in the rough screening groove 30, the third motor 38 works to drive the third driving belt wheel 39 to rotate, the third driving belt wheel 39 drives the third driven belt wheel 41 to rotate through the third belt 40, the third driven belt wheel 41 drives the fan blades 37 to rotate, and the dust collection pipe 36 is used for absorbing the settled scraps generated in the rough screening groove 30; the oak vermicelli raw material falls into the fine screen 44 after being primarily screened by the coarse screening component 4, the rotating hand wheel frame 53 drives the driving frame 52 to rotate, the driving frame 52 drives the second connecting rod 50 to rotate, so as to drive the rotating support rod 49 to rotate in the vertical direction, the rotating support rod 49 drives the push rod 47 to slide on the first fixing seat 45 in a reciprocating manner through the first connecting rod 48, so as to drive the connecting frame 46 and the fine screen 44 to move on the fine screen groove 42 in a reciprocating manner, the oak vermicelli raw material is further screened through the fine screen 44, and the oak vermicelli raw material passing through the fine screen 44 falls out from the blanking groove 43.
