the hand wheel (5) is rotationally connected with a mounting seat (27) on the bracket (3) through a rotating shaft and is used for realizing the ascending or descending of the lifting device (6); a screw rod (21) is arranged at the bottom end of the support (3), one end of the screw rod (21) is connected with the sliding block (22) in a sliding mode, and the other end of the screw rod (21) is movably connected with the hand wheel (5) through a gear pair; the two sliding blocks (22) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the seat plate (6), and the two sliding blocks (22) are movably provided with two connecting rods (23) which incline upwards and are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the sliding blocks.
4. An exercise machine according to claim 1 wherein:
the leg exercise device (4) comprises: a pedal (11), a support seat (32) and an S-shaped connecting rod (33);
the supporting seat (32) bottom is installed on the horizontal pole of support (3) bottom front end, S type connecting rod (33) are rotated and are installed on supporting seat (32) for the rotation of drive footboard (11), install on S type connecting rod (33) footboard (11).
5. An exercise machine according to claim 1 wherein: the handle (7) is provided with an anti-slip sleeve.
