Abstract

本发明公开一种提高调度自动化***遥测数据准确性的方法,包括:(1)全站遥测数据掉零自动处理;(2)遥测数据突变自动处理;(3)遥测数据不变自动处理。本发明通过调度自动化***采集厂站遥测数据的关联性,利用线路平衡计算、母线平衡计算、主变平衡计算、PQI(有功、无功及电流)的约束关系,当采集厂站遥测数据不变时自动启动关联计算,用计算结果取代不变的遥测数据。同时,通过调度自动化***自动识别遥测数据掉零和遥测数据突变的特征及关联关系,自动保持原遥测数据不变,无需人工手动参与,自动识别和处理异常遥测数据,最大限度的降低遥测数据不准确给电网安全稳定运行带来的危害。

提高调度自动化***遥测数据准确性的方法
技术领域
本发明属于电力调度自动化技术领域,具体涉及了一种提高调度自动化***遥测数据准确性的方法。
背景技术
目前对于电力调度自动化***的数据准确性的研究主要集中在出现遥测数据异常后的辨识,需要通过触发报警后人工手动干预和纠正,不能实现自动识别和处理。
利用SCADA***,增加母线平衡计算、主变平衡计算、全站平衡计算技术,通过计算,给出不平衡度,超标自动化告警提示主站运行维护人员,检查处理,保证坏数据及时处理。当通道故障时,***给出报警,提示主站运行维护人员处理,同时自动切换至备用通道上继续运行,保证数据不间断。由于测量装置采样扰动,***数据瞬间出现冒大数现象,给***运行带来不稳定性,必须处理。采用了抑制冒大数技术措施,保证了数据平滑性。状态估计不良数据自动识别。李璞.如何提高电力调度自动化数据可靠性[J]. 科协论坛,2013:134-135。
检修测试过程中一定要预先向调度控制中心办理检修工作票,在调度控制中心做好相关防护措施后才能进行,防止相关操作影响电网全局数据的计算,使潮流或电压重新分配并产生严重失实,进而破坏电网的动态平衡,影响电网的安全运行。舒本愚.电力***调度自动化在电厂侧的数据管理[J].通讯世界,2015:152-153。
调度自动化***遥测数据来源有2个方面:直接采集和间接采集。直接采集是指通过变电站或者发电厂的远动装置收集厂站数据,经过通信传输通道将遥测数据传送至调度自动化***。间接采集指调度自动化***通过公式计算等方式将直接采集的数据进行加工后形成的数据,比如负荷总加等,这些间接采集数据的准确性依赖于直接采集数据的准确性。直接采集的遥测数据最常见的问题有:遥测掉零、遥测突变、遥测不变。
变电站或者发电厂远动装置主备机切换或者断电重启过程中,因维护人员操作方法不对会引起远动装置上送调度自动化***的遥测数据掉零(即远动装置上送的所有遥测数据均为0),从而导致调度自动化***使用该站计算的负荷总加等数据错误。
变电站或者发电厂的运维人员在开展测控装置定期检验时,自动化值班员如果未在调度自动化***设置“检修”等标示牌封锁该间隔的遥测数据,在测控装置加量测试时必将导致该间隔或设备的遥测数据发生突变,影响遥测数据的准确性。
变电站或者发电厂在厂站通道中断或者远动装置故障时,调度自动化***无法采集到该厂站的遥测数据,从而导致遥测数据不变化或不更新,干扰调度值班员对数据的正确判断。
因此,如果通过人工解决调度自动化***遥测数据的常见问题,人工处理的延时必将导致遥测数据的准确性降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种提高调度自动化***遥测数据准确性的方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种提高调度自动化***遥测数据准确性的方法,包括:
(1)全站遥测数据掉零自动处理:
变电站或者发电厂在开展远动装置维护时存在全站遥测数据掉零的风险,此时数据传输通道的规约报文会在链路短时中断后进行链路重建、全站数据总召唤且召唤的遥测数据全部为零,但与本站线路相连的对侧线路数据正常且不为零,此时调度自动化***通过自动识别此特征后保持原遥测数据不变,避免全站数据掉零的影响,同时触发全站数据异常的告警信息便于维护人员发现和处理。具体处理流程为:
1)前置采集服务器判定单个厂站传输通道中断;
2)前置采集服务器判定单个厂站传输通道回复,总召唤的规约报文中遥测数据全部为0;
3)数据处理服务器判定与本站运行线路相连的对侧线路数据正常刷新且不为零;
4)数据处理服务器判定本站遥测数据保持不变;
5)数据处理服务器触发全站遥测数据异常告警。
(2)遥测数据突变自动处理:
变电站或者发电厂的运维人员在开展测控装置定期检验时,自动化值班员如果未在调度自动化***封锁该测控装置上送的遥测数据,在测控装置加量测试时必将导致该间隔或设备的遥测数据发生突变;此时调度自动***通过识别该间隔的开关和刀闸均在分位,同时结合母线平衡计算或者主变的平衡计算确认该间隔处于冷备用或检修状态正确后,自动封锁或者程序不处理该间隔的遥测数据,保持原数据数不变,防止数据突变的影响。具体处理流程为:
1)变电站或发电厂单个间隔的开关和刀闸在分位(即冷备用或检修状态);
2)数据处理服务器通过母线平衡计算或者主变的平衡计算判定间隔状态正确;
3)间隔遥测数据突变时,数据处理服务器判定采集数据无效,保持原遥测数据不变。
(3)遥测数据不变自动处理:
变电站或者发电厂在厂站通道中断或者远动装置故障时,调度自动化***的遥测数据不变,首先利用线路元件的对侧线路数据取代的本端线路的数据,同时结合母线平衡计算或者主变的平衡计算最大限度的计算不变遥测数据的实际值,降低遥测数据不变的影响。具体处理流程为:
1)变电站或发电厂的通道中断或远动装置故障;
2)线路元件对端数据取代本端线路的数据(即线路对端代);
3)母线平衡计算或者主变的平衡计算最大限度的计算不变遥测数据。
本发明的优点:
本发明通过调度自动化***采集厂站遥测数据的关联性,利用线路平衡计算、母线平衡计算、主变平衡计算、PQI(有功、无功及电流)的约束关系,当采集厂站遥测数据不变时自动启动关联计算,用计算结果取代不变的遥测数据。同时,通过调度自动化***自动识别遥测数据掉零和遥测数据突变的特征及关联关系,自动保持原遥测数据不变,无需人工手动参与,自动识别和处理异常遥测数据,最大限度的降低遥测数据不准确给电网安全稳定运行带来的危害。

一种提高调度自动化***遥测数据准确性的方法,包括:
(1)全站遥测数据掉零自动处理:

1.一种提高调度自动化***遥测数据准确性的方法,其特征在于包括:
(1)全站遥测数据掉零自动处理:
变电站或者发电厂在开展远动装置维护时存在全站遥测数据掉零的风险,此时数据传输通道的规约报文会在链路短时中断后进行链路重建、全站数据总召唤且召唤的遥测数据全部为零,但与本站线路相连的对侧线路数据正常且不为零,此时调度自动化***通过自动识别此特征后保持原遥测数据不变,避免全站数据掉零的影响,同时触发全站数据异常的告警信息便于维护人员发现和处理;具体处理流程为:

变电站或者发电厂在厂站通道中断或者远动装置故障时,调度自动化***的遥测数据不变,首先利用线路元件的对侧线路数据取代的本端线路的数据,同时结合母线平衡计算或者主变的平衡计算最大限度的计算不变遥测数据的实际值,降低遥测数据不变的影响;具体处理流程为:
31)变电站或发电厂的通道中断或远动装置故障;
32)线路元件对端数据取代本端线路的数据;
33)母线平衡计算或者主变的平衡计算最大限度的计算不变遥测数据。
