Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims, are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged, as appropriate, such that embodiments of the present application may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the objects identified by "first," "second," etc. are generally of a type and not limited to the number of objects, e.g., the first object may be one or more. Furthermore, in the description and claims, "and/or" means at least one of the connected objects, and the character "/", generally means that the associated object is an "or" relationship.
Referring to fig. 1a, the open hole position structure of the pole screen is shown, from top to bottom, the cover plate 01, the optically transparent adhesive (Optically Clear Adhesive, OCA) hard glue 02, the optically transparent resin (Optical Clear Resin, OCR) soft glue 03, the polarizer 04, the touch metal layer 05, the ENCAP layer 06, the Post Spacer (PS) 07, the routing layer 08, the organic film layer 09, the inorganic film layer 010 and the low temperature polysilicon (Low Temperature Poly-Silicon, LTPS) layer 011 are sequentially arranged, and the polarizer 04, the touch metal layer 05, the spacer 07, the routing layer 08, the organic film layer 09 and the inorganic film layer 010 in the field of view are all removed, namely, the open hole area 012 in the figure due to the requirement of leaving a clear hole for the camera.
Referring to fig. 1b, in the actual process, the tolerance of the OCR soft glue 03 is difficult to grasp, so that the glue at the opening is "glue convex", so that the cover plate of the screen and the ENCAP are deformed, i.e. the deformation area 013 shown in the figure is equivalent to a positive lens, and the focusing distance of the camera 014 is offset towards the near-focus direction, thereby reducing the resolution of the camera 014.
The electronic device provided by the embodiment of the application is described in detail below through specific embodiments and application scenes thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, including a screen 1 and a camera 2, where the screen 1 corresponds to the camera 2, including a cover plate 11, a glue layer 12, an optical filter 13, a packaging layer 14, a routing layer 15 and an LTPS layer 16, which are disposed from outside to inside;
in some embodiments, the screen 1 may be an OLED pole screen, where the position of the screen 1 corresponding to the position of the camera 2 refers to the area of the screen 1 corresponding to the position of the camera 2, and for the pole screen, the opening refers to the position of the screen 1 where the internal structure of the screen 1 has an opening to expose the camera 2, instead of providing a through hole on the whole screen 1.
The optical filter 13 is positioned in the forward projection area of the camera 1 on the screen, and the optical filter 13 is used for filtering out part of light in the light entering the camera 2; in some embodiments, the filter 13 is an infrared filter, and functions to filter out infrared light components in the incident light.
The wiring layer 15 is provided with an opening 10, that is, a region outlined by a dotted line in fig. 2, and the opening 10 is located in a forward projection region of the camera 2 on the screen 1. In order to ensure that the camera 2 can normally receive light, it is necessary to ensure that no shielding is present in the optical path of the camera 2, and therefore an aperture 10 is provided in the routing layer 15 for the passage of incident light.
In this embodiment of the application, the optical filter is arranged inside the screen, and the viscose structure is adjusted, compared with the existing equipment shown in fig. 1a and 1b, the optical filter is used for replacing the original dispensing position, so that the problem of camera near focus caused by the phenomenon of viscose protrusion in the pole screen can be avoided.
Further, in contrast to the prior art device shown in fig. 1a and 1b, the optical filter 015 is located between the lens 014 and the imaging surface 016 (e.g. the location of the image sensor). In practical imaging, the optical filter may be regarded as a piece of flat glass, which may cause the rear Jiao Bianchang of the lens to increase the height of the camera module. Referring to fig. 3 for specific comparison, the optical filter 015 in the existing device is located in the camera 014, compared with the case that the optical filter is disposed in the screen in the scheme of the embodiment of the application, the position of the imaging surface 31 in the existing device is more back than the position of the imaging surface 32 in the embodiment of the application, and by adopting the scheme of the embodiment of the application, after the optical filter in the camera is transferred into the screen, the back focus of the lens can be shortened, and the height of the camera can be reduced.
Therefore, the optical filter moves outwards, and the back focus of the lens can be shortened, so that the height of the camera is reduced, and the thickness of the whole camera is reduced.
In some embodiments, the glue layer 12 is an OCR glue layer, or may also be referred to as an OCR soft glue. By virtue of the characteristic of fluidity of the OCR glue, the flowing fills the gap between the optical filter 13 and the hole, so that bubbles are prevented from occurring, and meanwhile, the near-focus problem caused by the glue convex phenomenon is avoided.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the screen 1 further includes a polarizer 17, the polarizer 17 being positioned between the glue layer 12 and the encapsulation layer 14 and around the filter 13.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the screen 1 further includes a touch metal layer 18, the touch metal layer 18 being located between the polarizer 17 and the encapsulation layer 14 and disposed around the filter 13.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the screen 1 further comprises: the isolation part 19, the isolation part 19 is located between the packaging layer 14 and the wiring layer 15, plays an isolation role, and is located outside the orthographic projection area of the camera 2 on the screen 1, so that the light path of the camera 2 can be prevented from being blocked.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the partition 19 includes a plurality of partition posts uniformly distributed.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the screen 1 further comprises: an organic film layer 20 and an inorganic film layer 21, the organic film layer 20 and the inorganic film layer 21 being located between the wiring layer 15 and the LTPS layer 16.
The openings 10 are arranged on the organic film layer 20 and the inorganic film layer 21, namely, the areas outlined by the dotted lines in fig. 2, and the openings are positioned in the orthographic projection area of the camera 2 on the screen 1, so that the light path of the camera 2 can be prevented from being blocked.
