The rotation angle of the panel body 31 is 0-90 °, when the panel body 31 is located at the initial position, the length direction of the guide hole 334 is perpendicular to the length direction of the screw rod 333, and at this time, the connecting piece 335 is located at the bottom of the guide hole (as shown in fig. 13); when the panel body 31 starts to rotate, the fixed seat 331 changes direction along with the rotation, and the connecting piece 335 moves towards the top of the guide hole (as shown in fig. 15); when the panel body 31 is located at the rotation end position, the length direction of the guide hole 334 is parallel to the length direction of the screw 333. The optimal angle of panel body upset is 30 degrees, and this angle makes things convenient for people to directly use and controls the touch-sensitive screen.
As shown in fig. 16, the panel body 31 includes a bottom plate 312, a bracket 313, a circuit board 314, and a circuit mounting box 315, the fixing base 331 is fixed to one side or two sides of the rear of the bottom plate 312, the circuit mounting box 315 is installed on the front side of the bottom plate 312, the circuit board 314 is installed inside the circuit mounting box 315, the bracket 313 covers the periphery of the circuit mounting box 315, and the touch screen 311 covers the outer side surface of the bracket 313.
The panel seat 32 is provided with decorative plates 322 on two sides of the mounting groove 321, the decorative plates 322 are provided with switch knobs 11 for controlling the cooking bench, and when the panel body 31 is located at an initial position, the touch screen 311 and the decorative plates 322 are located on the same plane.
The control panel assembly further comprises a mounting plate 35, the mounting plate 35 is "L" shaped, the bottom of the mounting plate 35 is mounted in the integrated oven body 1, the screw rod 333 is movably connected to the mounting plate 35 through a sliding sleeve 36, a chute is arranged on the mounting plate 35, and a chute 361 buckled outside the chute 351 is formed on the sliding sleeve 36 (as shown in fig. 13 and 15).
The motor drives the screw rod to move forwards, so that the screw rod pushes the panel body to overturn relative to the panel seat along the rotating shaft, the touch screen is enabled to incline towards a user, direct operation of the user is facilitated, stooping or squatting is not needed, and the device is very humanized.
The gas-electric interface mounting assembly:
the gas-electric interface mounting assembly comprises a gas source interface 51 and a power source interface 52, the left side and the right side of the rear side of the machine body 1 are respectively sunken towards the front side direction of the machine body 1 to form a left groove 17 and a right groove 18, the power source interface 52 is positioned in the left groove 17, and the inner end of the power source interface is connected to a control system in the machine body 1; the right groove 18 is internally provided with the air supply interface 51, and the inner end of the air supply interface 51 is connected to an air inlet pipe 53. In this embodiment, left groove and right side lean on bottom of the body to set up, convenience of customers connects external power socket and gas pipeline.
The power interface 52 is inserted with a power cord 54, the power cord 54 includes a connecting seat 55, a connecting wire 56 and a plug 57, the connecting seat 55 is inserted in the power interface 52, and the connecting wire 56 connects the connecting seat 55 and the plug 57. A fixing plate 551 is formed on the connecting seat 55, mounting holes are correspondingly formed on the fixing plate 551 and the inner wall of the left groove 17, and the connecting seat 55 and the inner wall of the left groove 17 are fixed through bolts or screws. The power line is directly connected to the power interface, so that the power line is not required to be additionally installed by a user, and the power line is very convenient; the screw bolt fixing mode is convenient to detach and replace.
As shown in fig. 21, the cooking bench 7 includes two left and right burners 71, each burner 71 is connected to an air inlet joint 72, two air holes are opened on the air inlet pipe 53 corresponding to the two air inlet joints 72, the two air inlet joints 72 have the same structure, as shown in fig. 22, an air inlet 74 is formed in the middle, and the air inlet 74 can be inserted into the air holes; an arc-shaped groove 73 used for being matched with the air inlet pipe 53 is formed on the outer side of the air inlet 74, and the air inlet pipe is convenient to embed and mount.
According to the invention, the gas-electric interface is arranged at the rear side of the machine body, and no additional hole is required to be formed in the side plate of the machine body, so that the process is simplified, the limitation of the placement of the integrated stove in the later period is avoided, and the device is very convenient.
