A hot and cold water mixing valve core is characterized in that: comprises a valve core main body (1), wherein a base (2) is installed at the upper end of the valve core main body (1), a rocker (3) is installed at the upper end of the base (2), a valve core side wall (4) is arranged at the lower end of the valve core main body (1), a valve core base (5) is installed at the lower end of the valve core side wall (4), a mixed water outlet hole (6) is formed in the inner side of the valve core side wall (4), a shell (7) is arranged on the outer side of the valve core main body (1), a valve core cold water inlet hole (8) is installed at the lower end of the valve core base (5), a water inlet pipe (9) is installed at the lower end of the valve core base (5), a water heater (11) is arranged at the lower end of the water inlet pipe (9), a hot water outlet pipe (10) is arranged at the upper end, the water tap is characterized in that a cold water diversion hole B (13) is formed in the inner side of the valve core main body (1), a water tap (14) is arranged on the outer side of the valve core main body (1), an installation platform (15) is arranged at the lower end of the water tap (14), a water pipeline (16) is arranged at the lower end of the water tap (14), and a diversion port (17) is formed in the inner side of the valve core main body (1).
