In actual use, the purpose of setting the grouting through hole assembly is as follows: the flowing and the diffusion of the grouting liquid are convenient in the grouting process; the longitudinal through hole 8-1 is communicated with the communicating hole, grouting liquid can enter the plug 8 from the communicating hole and then is discharged from the longitudinal through hole 8-1 and the annular through hole 8-2 communicated with the longitudinal through hole 8-1, and grouting is carried out on a soil body 2 to form an anchoring and expanding end 10. Preferably, the number of the circumferential through holes 8-2 is four, and the four circumferential through holes 8-2 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the plugs 8.
As shown in fig. 1-8, a method of anchoring an expandable anchoring device, the method comprising the steps of:
step one, assembling an expandable anchoring assembly outside a hole: welding the outer end of the connecting pipe 5 with the inner end of the anchoring expansion pipe 6, and then welding the welded connecting pipe 5 with the outer end of the anchor pipe 3; inserting a moving rod 7 on the anchoring plug into the connecting pipe 5 to be fixedly connected with the outer end of the connecting pipe 5, and assembling into an expandable anchoring assembly;
step two, drilling: drilling an anchor hole for installing the expandable anchoring device;
step three, inserting an expandable anchoring assembly in the hole: the assembled expandable anchoring assembly is driven into the anchor hole from inside to outside until the outer end of the plug 8 is abutted against the bottom of the anchor hole;
step four, adjusting the expandable anchoring assembly in the hole: inserting a dowel bar 9 into the anchor pipe 3, and inserting the outer end of the dowel bar 9 on the movable rod 7; rotating the dowel bar 9 to drive the anchoring plug to rotate towards the inner end of the anchor pipe 3; the plug 8 extrudes the anchoring expansion pipe 6 in the rotating process, so that the end part of the anchoring expansion pipe 6 is expanded until the plug 8 is clamped at the outer port of the connecting pipe 5, and the dowel bar 9 stops rotating; the dowel 9 is then withdrawn from the anchor tube 3;
step five, grouting: grouting from the inner end of the anchor pipe 3 to the outer end of the anchor pipe 3, and forming an anchoring expansion end 10 at the outer end of the plug 8 by grouting liquid through the grouting channel.
During actual use, the end cap 8 extrudes the anchoring expansion pipe 6 by rotating the dowel bar 9, so that the end part of the anchoring expansion pipe 6 is opened, an anchoring expansion end 10 can be formed after subsequent grouting, and the tunnel is reinforced. The dowel bar 9 is adopted to adjust the position of the anchoring plug, so that a constructor can conveniently complete the position adjustment of the expandable anchoring device in the anchor hole, and meanwhile, the anchor plug can be withdrawn from the anchor hole after the position adjustment is completed without influencing the subsequent grouting work. As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, a plurality of anchor pipes 3 are arranged on the cross section of the tunnel, and the anchoring expansion ends 10 formed at the end parts of the anchor pipes 3 are used for enhancing the pulling resistance of the anchor pipes 3, so as to better support the body 1 to be anchored and reduce the deformation of the body 1 to be anchored.
In the fourth step, due to the existence of the cutting seam 6-1, the anchoring expansion pipes 6 respectively extend outwards along the cutting seam 6-1 after being extruded, when the inner end of the plug 8 is clamped at the outer port of the connecting pipe 5, the end portions of the anchoring expansion pipes 6 are completely opened, and the anchoring expansion ends 10 can be formed after the subsequent grouting is completed. And in the fifth step, a grout stop valve 11 is arranged between the end part of the anchor pipe 3 and the grouting assembly. When the anchor pipe is actually used, grouting liquid entering the anchor pipe 3 is controlled through the grout stop valve 11, backflow of the grouting liquid is prevented, and the flow can be controlled. In the fifth embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the grouting assembly includes a communicating pipe 12 installed at an end of the grout stop valve 11 far from the anchor pipe 3, and a grouting machine 13 disposed in the body to be anchored 1 and communicating with the communicating pipe 12 for grouting into the anchor pipe 3.

An expandable anchoring device, characterized in that: the anchor device comprises an anchor pipe (3) inserted into an anchor hole from inside to outside and an expandable anchor mechanism arranged at the outer end of the anchor pipe (3), wherein the expandable anchor mechanism comprises a connecting pipe (5) arranged at the outer end of the anchor pipe (3), an anchoring expansion pipe (6) arranged at the outer end of the connecting pipe (5) and an anchoring plug inserted into the anchoring expansion pipe (6) and used for expanding the outer end of the anchoring expansion pipe (6), a grouting channel communicated with the anchor pipe (3) is formed in the anchoring plug, and a dowel bar (9) which rotates from outside to inside along the depth direction of the anchor hole and pushes the anchoring plug to move inwards is arranged on the anchoring plug; the anchor pipe (3), the expandable anchoring mechanism, the dowel bar (9) and the anchor hole are coaxially arranged.

An expandable anchoring device according to claim 1, wherein: the anchoring and expanding pipe (6) is formed by cutting a prefabricated steel pipe, the pipe diameter of the prefabricated steel pipe is gradually reduced from inside to outside, a plurality of cutting seams (6-1) are formed in the pipe section of the anchoring and expanding pipe (6), the cutting seams (6-1) are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the outer end of the anchoring and expanding pipe (6), and the cutting seams (6-1) are straight-cut gaps from the outer side to the inner side of the prefabricated steel pipe.

An expandable anchoring device according to claim 1, wherein: the anchoring plug comprises a movable rod (7) extending into the connecting pipe (5) and a plug (8) which is arranged at the outer end of the movable rod (7) and is coaxially arranged with the movable rod (7); the moving rod (7) is connected with the dowel bar (9) in a plug-in manner; the plug (8) is clamped at the outer end of the movable rod (7); the grouting channel comprises a communicating hole formed in the moving rod (7) and a grouting through hole assembly formed in the plug (8), the communicating hole and the moving rod (7) are coaxially arranged, and the communicating hole and the grouting through hole assembly are communicated with the anchor pipe (3).

An expandable anchoring device according to claim 3, wherein: the grouting through hole assembly comprises a longitudinal through hole (8-1) arranged at the outer end of the plug (8) and a plurality of circumferential through holes (8-2) arranged on the plug (8); the longitudinal through hole (8-1) and the plug (8) are coaxially arranged, and the longitudinal through hole (8-1) is communicated with the communicating hole; the plurality of annular through holes (8-2) are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the plug (8), and each annular through hole (8-2) is communicated with the longitudinal through hole (8-1).
5. A method of anchoring an expandable anchoring device according to claim 1, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step one, assembling an expandable anchoring assembly outside a hole: welding the outer end of the connecting pipe (5) and the inner end of the anchoring expansion pipe (6), and then welding the welded connecting pipe (5) and the outer end of the anchor pipe (3); inserting a moving rod (7) on the anchoring plug into the connecting pipe (5) to be fixedly connected with the outer end of the connecting pipe (5) to assemble an expandable anchoring assembly;
step two, drilling: drilling an anchor hole for installing the expandable anchoring device;
step three, inserting an expandable anchoring assembly in the hole: the assembled expandable anchoring assembly is driven into the anchor hole from inside to outside until the outer end of the plug (8) is abutted against the bottom of the anchor hole;
step four, adjusting the expandable anchoring assembly in the hole: inserting a dowel bar (9) into the anchor pipe (3) and inserting the outer end of the dowel bar (9) on the movable rod (7); rotating the dowel bar (9) to drive the anchoring plug to rotate towards the inner end of the anchor pipe (3); the plug (8) extrudes the anchoring expansion pipe (6) in the rotating process, so that the end part of the anchoring expansion pipe (6) is expanded until the plug (8) is clamped at the outer port of the connecting pipe (5), and the dowel bar (9) stops rotating; then withdrawing the dowel bar (9) from the anchor tube (3);
step five, grouting: and grouting from the inner end of the anchor pipe (3) to the outer end of the anchor pipe (3), wherein the grouting liquid forms an anchoring expansion end (10) at the outer end of the plug (8) through the grouting channel.
