Description

Inorganic gel profile control plugging agent for steam huff and puff steam channeling well
Technical Field
The invention relates to an inorganic gel profile control plugging agent for a steam huff and puff steam channeling well, belonging to the technical field of drilling compositions.
Background
After the heavy oil thermal recovery reservoir is produced for a long time, the stratum often forms a steam channeling channel. Steam flows to other production wells along the flow-crossing channel, a depletion layer is formed in the oil deposit, so that the energy of the steam cannot be fully applied to the crude oil, and invalid steam injection is caused. In order to solve the problem of the channeling, a chemical plugging agent is used for plugging the channeling channel. The chemical plugging agent needs to meet the following requirements: the cost is low, the composition can be used in large dose, and a deficit layer is filled; secondly, the plugging strength is high, and the plugging state can be kept under the steam injection pressure; the validity period is long, and the steam injection is still effective after multiple times and long time steam injection; high temperature resistance and effectiveness at steam injection temperature; the initial setting time is long, and large-dosage and long-time construction can be carried out; sixthly, the penetrability is good, and the oil can be injected into the deep part of an oil layer; and the oil reservoir can be gelled at the temperature to prevent the plugging agent from being pushed away from the plugging position under the steam injection pressure.
The currently commonly used chemical plugging agents mainly comprise nitrogen foams, inorganic particle plugging agents and organic gel plugging agents. The profile control construction of the nitrogen foam plugging agent is simple, the oil flow channel is not influenced, the plugging strength is weak, and the plugging effective period is short. The inorganic particle plugging agent has good plugging performance, but has the main problems that the operation cost is high because the pipe column needs to be moved, and the operation cost of the pipe column and the liquid preparation usually accounts for about half of the total cost; and the viscosity of the oil is high, and the injection pressure is easily overhigh when the dosage is large, so that the oil is difficult to enter the deep part of an oil reservoir. The organogel plugging agent can be constructed without moving a pipe column, has higher plugging strength and validity period than a nitrogen foam plugging agent, but the common organogel is not high-temperature resistant and has poorer plugging effect on a steam huff-puff well (about 250 ℃); for some high-temperature-resistant organogel plugging agents, the gelling temperature is high, the organogel plugging agent does not gel at the formation temperature, and the organogel plugging agent can be pushed away from a plugging position at the initial stage of steam injection, so that the plugging effect is difficult to realize.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an inorganic gel profile control plugging agent for a steam huff and puff steam channeling well, which not only can be used for movable pipe column construction, but also has higher plugging strength and longer validity period, and can resist the high temperature of 250 ℃.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an inorganic gel profile control plugging agent for a steam stimulation steam channeling well comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-50% of water glass, 0-0.6% of low-temperature cross-linking agent, 2-8% of urea, 0-10% of inorganic solid filler and the balance of water.
The inorganic gel profile control plugging agent for the steam huff and puff steam channeling well is alkaline, urea contained in the inorganic gel profile control plugging agent is hydrolyzed when the temperature exceeds 60 ℃, and neutralization reaction is carried out to reduce the pH value, so that SiO in water glass is promoted3 2-Forming a silicone grid structure to form a gel; and the isocyanic acid radical ion of the urea hydrolysate also participates in gelling reaction with SiO of the water glass3 2-Forming a grid, and when the isocyanic acid radical ions participate in the gelling reaction, not only increasing the grid strength of the colloid, but also locking the moisture in the colloid, so that the formed colloid cannot shrink due to moisture loss under the high-temperature condition (higher than 100 ℃), the strength of the colloid under the high-temperature condition (higher than 100 ℃) can be ensured, and the effective period of plugging is prolonged.
The inorganic gel profile control plugging agent for the steam huff and puff steam channeling well can resist the high temperature of 250 ℃, has low cost, can be constructed without moving a pipe column, and can obviously reduce the construction cost. The urea is powder or granular, and can be used for agricultural and vehicle.
Preferably, the solid content of the water glass is 40-45%. The modulus of the water glass is 3.2-3.6.
The low temperature cross-linking agent gelatinizes the water glass at a temperature not exceeding 60 ℃. The low-temperature cross-linking agent enables the inorganic gel profile control plugging agent to play a cross-linking role at normal temperature, so that the inorganic gel profile control plugging agent can be gelled at a lower oil reservoir temperature (more than 30 ℃), further a certain plugging effect is provided at the initial stage of steam injection of a thermal recovery well, and the inorganic gel profile control plugging agent can be used for normally-recovered oil reservoirs; when the oil reservoir temperature is increased in the later stage of steam injection, the plugging effect can be kept and even enhanced, the plugging effect on steam channeling is ensured, and the plugging agent has a great popularization prospect. Preferably, the low-temperature crosslinking agent is one or any combination of ammonium chloride, calcium chloride, ethyl acetate, boric acid, ethanol and wood tar. Wherein, low-temperature cross-linking agents such as ammonium chloride, calcium chloride, boric acid and the like are ionized at normal temperature, so that the pH value of the system is reduced to promote the water glass to form gel; in addition to the influence of the pH value, ionization of the low-temperature crosslinking agent and the ionization product Ca2+Borate ions and the like can also promote the gelling of the water glass.
The inorganic solid filler can play a role in enhancing the colloid strength, and preferably, the inorganic solid filler is bentonite. The bentonite has good suspension property in water, can enhance the colloid strength, and can be mixed with SiO in water glass3 2-The reaction promotes the water glass to be gelatinized, does not influence the trafficability of the inorganic gel profile control plugging agent, can realize the construction of a static pipe column, and can also be used for the steam channeling plugging of a thermal production well which implements mechanical sand control measures. The initial setting time of the inorganic solid fillers such as bentonite can be shortened because of participating in the gelling reaction, so that the inorganic solid fillers can be omitted if the dosage is larger and the construction time is too long. More preferably, the bentonite is sodium bentonite.
Preferably, the mass percentages of the low-temperature crosslinking agent and the inorganic solid filler are not 0 at the same time. If the formation temperature exceeds 60 ℃, the mass percent of the low-temperature crosslinking agent can be 0, and if the low-temperature is lower than 60 ℃ but solid filler is used, the mass percent of the low-temperature crosslinking agent can also be 0. Preferably, the mass percentage of the low-temperature cross-linking agent is more than 0 and less than or equal to 0.6 percent. The use of the low-temperature cross-linking agent can lead the inorganic gel profile control plugging agent to be capable of gelling under the condition of lower than 60 ℃, and plugging the channeling passage before the temperature of the oil reservoir is increased by steam. The mass percentage of the low-temperature cross-linking agent is 0.1-0.6%.
In order to ensure the initial setting time of the inorganic gel profile control agent, only a small amount of low-temperature cross-linking agent can be added to carry out cross-linking at the temperature lower than 60 ℃, but the strength of the formed colloid is low, and the inorganic solid filler is added to play a good plugging role before the oil reservoir temperature rises. Preferably, the mass percent of the inorganic solid filler is 6-10%.
When the inorganic gel profile control plugging agent is prepared, the low-temperature crosslinking agent, the urea, the water glass and the bentonite in the formula amount are sequentially added into the water in the formula amount and uniformly mixed, so that the inorganic gel profile control plugging agent is obtained. When the inorganic gel profile control plugging agent is used in oil and water wells, the prepared solution can be directly injected from a sleeve, and after the solution is completely injected, the water is injected again to be replaced, and the wells are stewed; or the oil pipe can be pulled out, the profile control pipe column is lowered, the stratum is injected from the profile control pipe, and then the water is injected for replacement and the well is stewed.
