Additionally, while functional block divisions are performed in apparatus schematics, with logical sequences shown in flowcharts, in some cases, steps shown or described may be performed in sequences other than block divisions in apparatus or flowcharts. The terms "first", "second", "third", and the like used in the present invention do not limit data and execution order, but distinguish the same items or similar items having substantially the same function and action.
The safety supervision system 1 based on radio frequency identification provided by the embodiment of the invention is suitable for the application scene shown in fig. 1, and the safety supervision system 1 based on radio frequency identification comprises an information processing terminal 100, a radio frequency reader-writer 200, a radio frequency transmitter 300, at least one human body detection device 400, a safety belt detection device 500 and a first control module 600.
The information processing terminal 100 and the rf reader/writer 200 are installed in the vehicle, the rf transmitter 300, the seat belt detection device 500 and the first control module 600 are installed on a seat of the vehicle, and the human body detection device 400 is installed above the seat. Namely, each seat is mounted with the rf transmitter 300, the seatbelt detection device 500 and the first control module 600, and each seat is mounted with the human body detection device 400 above. The rf transmitter 300, the human body detection device 400, the seat belt detection device 500, and the first control module 600 may be collectively referred to as a seat state detection device 1000. In practical applications, there may be a plurality of seat state detection devices 1000 and a plurality of rf readers 200.
The radio frequency transmitter 300 is connected with the human body detection device 400 and the safety belt detection device 500 through a first control module 600, the radio frequency transmitter 300 is in communication connection with the radio frequency reader-writer 200, and the radio frequency reader-writer 200 is connected with the information processing terminal 100.
The human body detection device 400 may be any device with human body identification function, such as an infrared human body detector. The human body detecting device 400 is installed above the seat to detect whether a person sits on the seat. The infrared human body detector in the embodiment of the invention can accurately detect whether the object on the seat is a human body. In the conventional technology, a pressure sensor is generally adopted for detection, and the pressure sensor can only detect whether an object exists on the seat, but cannot accurately detect whether a person sits down.
The seat belt detecting device 500 is installed in a seat, and is configured to detect whether a buckle and a tongue of a seat belt are fastened or not, and to detect whether a stretched length of a webbing of the seat belt is greater than a preset length or not. The existing method for detecting whether the safety belt is fastened is to detect whether the buckle and the bolt are fastened, if the buckle and the bolt are fastened, the safety belt is fastened, if the safety belt is fastened by detecting whether the buckle and the bolt are fastened, the passenger can wear the safety belt without wearing the safety belt, and in this case, the method for detecting whether the buckle and the bolt are fastened is not feasible.
Therefore, in view of the above situation, in the embodiment of the present invention, by installing a length detecting unit (not shown) on the take-up shaft of the seatbelt retractor, the number of turns is detected by the length detecting unit to determine the length of the take-up belt stretch. Specifically, vehicle seat belts generally include a webbing take-up belt, a retractor, and a securing mechanism. The retractor is a device which is used for adjusting the length of a rolling mesh belt, namely a safety belt, according to the sitting posture, the stature and the like of a passenger and collecting the rolling mesh belt when not in use. The fixing mechanism comprises a belt buckle, a bolt, a fixing pin, a fixing seat and the like.
Further, whether the buckle and the tongue of the seat belt are fastened or not is detected by the seat belt detecting device, and then the stretched length of the webbing is detected by the length detecting unit. The length of the stretched winding belt is equal to the stretching length of the winding belt after the winding shaft rotates for a circle number x and the winding shaft rotates for 1 circle. Wherein, the stretching length of the rolling ribbon when the rolling ribbon is in idle state is M. After different crowds fasten the safety belt, the minimum difference between the stretching length of the coiled braid and the stretching length when the safety belt is fastened in the empty state is calculated to be N through a large number of experiments. The webbing tension L calculated at the time of actual detection needs to satisfy the condition that L > M + N so that the passenger can be considered to be wearing the seat belt correctly.
The rf transmitter 300 is configured to transmit the status information detected by the human body detection device and the seat belt detection device and the serial number information of the seat to the rf reader 200. The radio frequency reader 200 receives the status information and the number information of the seat transmitted by the radio frequency transmitter 300 in real time, and transmits the received information to the information processing terminal 100.
The information processing terminal 100 may be any type of device having an information analysis processing function, such as an electronic device. The information processing terminal 100 is configured to analyze and process the information to obtain a current state of each seat, so that passengers can be conveniently and reliably supervised.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the information processing terminal 100 includes a second control module 101, a display module 102, a voice module 103, and a communication module 104. The second control module 101 is connected to the display module 102, the voice module 103, and the communication module 104. The second control module 101 is further connected to the rf reader/writer 200. The display module 102 may be a display screen, the voice module 103 may be a speaker, and the communication module 104 may be a 4G module or an NB-IOT module.
The second control module 101 is configured to receive the status information sent by the radio frequency reader 200, perform summary analysis on the status information, and obtain a current status of the seat, and the second control module 101 is further configured to control the display module 102 to display the current status of the seat, where an alarm is displayed for an abnormal seat, that is, the abnormal seat is highlighted or red-marked on the display module 102. For an abnormal seat, the second control module 101 controls the voice module 103 to perform voice prompt on the abnormal seat. The second control module 101 is further configured to send the current status of the seat to a management platform through the communication module 104.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the system 1 further includes a management platform 700, where the management platform 700 may be any type of device with a monitoring function, and the management platform 700 is connected to the information processing terminal 100. The management platform 700 is configured to receive the status information sent by the information processing terminal 100, and specifically, the management platform 700 is configured to receive the current status information of the seat sent by the second control module 101 in the information processing terminal 100 through the communication module 104, so that the status information of the seat in the running vehicle can be monitored in time, and the behaviors of the passenger and the driver and the passenger can be further monitored.
To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention is described in detail below, as follows:
the method comprises the steps that firstly, an information processing terminal is powered on, a radio frequency reader-writer issues a command to inform a first main control module, state acquisition is started, then the first main control module controls a human body detection device and a safety belt detection device to work, specifically, the human body detection device is controlled to detect whether a person sits on a seat or not, the safety belt detection device is controlled to detect whether a belt buckle and a spring bolt of a safety belt are fastened or not, whether the stretching length of a winding belt of the safety belt is larger than a preset length or not is detected, the current state of the seat is detected in real time through the human body detection device and the safety belt detection device, and when the detection of the human body detection device and the safety belt detection device is finished through the. The radio frequency transmitter transmits the detection information to a radio frequency reader-writer, the radio frequency reader-writer receives the detection information transmitted by the radio frequency transmitter in real time, and then the radio frequency reader-writer transmits the detection information to a second control module of the information processing terminal. The second control module firstly collects the detection information and then performs unified processing and analysis to obtain the current state of each seat. On one hand, the second control module controls the display module to display the current state of the seat, performs alarm display on the abnormal seat, and simultaneously controls the voice module to perform voice prompt on the abnormal seat. On the other hand, the second control module sends the current state of the seat to a management platform through a communication module, so that the management platform monitors the state information of the seat in the running vehicle in time.
