Background
The seal is used as stationery which is printed on a document to represent authentication or signing. The common types of seals are: official seal, financial seal, contract seal, project seal and the like. The official seal is used as the basis for determining the legal fact, the seal needs to be strictly managed, and the situation that the seal is stamped privately by a lawbreaker without the stamping authority is prevented, so that the influence is brought to the normal operation of a company. Meanwhile, when the official seal is used normally, the content of the seal, the time of the seal and the place of the seal need to be recorded.
The prior art has the following disadvantages: 1. people without the stamping authority cannot be prevented from stamping privately; 2. the stamping content, the stamping time and the stamping place need to be confirmed manually, which is complicated.

The holding part 1 is provided with an identification module 4, the periphery of the stamping part 2 is provided with at least one telescopic fixing block 5, the outer side of the stamping part 2 is sleeved with a protective cover 15, and the protective cover 15 is provided with a fixing hole 8 matched with the fixing block 5; when the identification module 4 confirms that the user has no authority, the fixing block 5 extends out of the fixing hole 8 and is inserted into the fixing hole 8, the protective cover 15 cannot be removed, and the seal cannot be used; when the identification module 4 confirms that the user has the authority, the fixing block 5 retracts the stamping part, the protective cover 15 is removed, and the seal can be used. The identification module 4 is a fingerprint identification module or a face identification module.
